Uriel follows along, and he doesn't need to eat, so he gets a drink.

Basically, they were starting with unarmed fighting, since there wasn't any point in putting a weapon in Uriel's hands until he knew how to handle himself. Mostly, he was just hoping this wouldn't involve too many bruises, because he does still plan on trying to get custom on the ship at night. Luckily, he heals fast.

This involves Uriel getting trounced, at least at first. He's a surprisingly quick learner. By the end of their little lesson, he still hasn't really managed to harm his 'attacker' (aka Orient) at all, but he was undeniably doing a lot better.

Uriel goes to his bunk and reads, waiting for it to be late enough that the men will be done their duties so he can try to pick up patrons.

ONce it's dark out, and the pirates are done their duties, Uriel gets to customers, and then goes to bed (in his bunk) because he's fecking exhausted.

This continues for a few days, with Orient training Uriel in the afternoon, and that generally being the only real time they were seeing each other during the day. Between the practice adn the prostituting Uriel was always too tired to go see Orient afterwards.

Uriel's improving quickly, as he almost always does when learning something new, but he's still obviously *no* where near Orient's level. He's trying though. They're still doing unarmed combat. Uriel's supposed to be trying to get the pirate to the ground but it seems he's always the one on his back. LIke with most of the rest of his life.
