"Oh." Lily visibly drooped again, and turned her face away. "Guan said he didn't know anything that can be done." she told the other woman softly. "I don't know what to do..."

"The White Flame may be strong, but he's not one to see the larger picture," Aliana said. "When Mao said that she couldn't find Arlen he took it to mean that Arlen couldn't be found. If Mao can't find him what it means is that someone doesn't want him to be found. I'm sure someone with real magic would have a better chance at finding him than we would though, but where could we find somebody who could do that? I don't know magic too well but I do know it's easier to find somebody if you know them. Can you think of anyone who knows Arlen and could cast a spell to find him?"

"Cerri." Lily answered promptly, filled with renewed hope and vigor. "She'll know a spell." she added, nodding twice. "And if she's too afraid to cast it, then she can guide me through it." Carefully, she put Richie on the bed, then turned, ready to seek out her older counterpart.

"Surely yoiu must be joking child," Aliana said, standing up from the bed. "Surely Cerri would have tried the spell already. I mean it's not like she's been trying to take care of a foolish little girl all this time."

Lily shrugged, not appearing affected in the slightest. "I understand what you're trying to do. Maybe you should understand that, despite everything, I'm not yet even a year old." she murmured, then headed toward the door and out, making for the stairs.

Aliana sighed and followed Lily out, stepping into Guan's old room instead of following Lily any further.

Rubbing the side of her head, River recalled the quiet reaction she gave the visitor the other night. Hardly careing about anything else but as to why she didn't say anything when she wanted to. Slowly she twisted her fingers together in thought, trying to evade the nervous feeling she had from the last time she went out to hunt. Her awake wide eyes watched the whole room, skiming the ground every now and then to make sure nothing short was around.
Setting her book down, Silent sighed happily. " Glad that old man went to jail. It would of been awful if he got away withit." She mumbled recalling the faint events in the book she just finished. Streching she stared at it for a while then, not knowing what else she could do but sleep, and she didn't want that. She slept enough she thought, and was too wired with energy to do that.Scrunching up, she crossed her legs and stared at the silent bed before shaking her head and closing her eyes, thinking, hands on her feet.

Standing up and swaying from side to side river made her way to the stiars, tired of being down in the bar area. Slowly she walked the flight of stairs in an attempt to calm herself. Reaching the top of them she looked back down to make sure she didn't miss anyone after all that, she headed to her room and shut the door behind her.

Silent trotted around downstairs singing merrily to herself as she did so. In a sad attempt to phase her boredom. Taking cautious steps as her body swayed to the non-exsistant music around her. Twirling herself she bowed to an invisable partner and continued to sway around tables and chairs, a silent and one-man ballet.

Sighing she plopped down into a chair her arms hanging over the arms of it. looking around plainly out of breath, and fanning herself with her hand she slumped back and closed her eyes to relax and think of other possible tasks she could preform. Her leg twitched and the throbbing acheing sensation struck her back and she groaned at the dull annoying pain that forced it self all along her spine and shoulders." I shouldn't of sat for that long like that.." She murmured recalling her position upstairs moments before.

Shadow stumbled in through the front door looking cut up and singed a little. He probably shouldn't have gone out after nearly dying a few days ago, but this couldn't be ignored. He looked like he pulled an all-nighter.

Ellie was standing behind the bar, trying to figure out how to tie a bow behind her back. Dropping the strings, she extended her finger to point to the stairs. "Bed." she commanded, eyes also tired, and a weak smile on her face. "Shadow, dear, you need it."

Shadow walked behind the bar, "What are you doing?" he asked, pulling the first aid kit from the top of the refrigerator. He looked over his suit and sighed, "I need to buy material that does not rip..." He decided, setting the kit on the counter beside her.

"Nothing.." she replied calmly, leaning against the bar, back slouched and feet aching. "I agree." she added, and stifled a small yawn, while looking around the bar.
