You'd have to come up with rules. How to tell when people're ko'd, if you don't want to do the usual "when they feel their character's tired." Judges may be good, but you run into the HOH problem with "it's rigged, waaaah."
As for you entering, as long as it's not with Sakagami. Otherwise, you're going to have to actually list his abilities. "Why?" It's either that or nerf him, to keep all characters on the same level, despite assumed divinity. Don't need you leaving the battle then throwing the earth into the sun.

Wulf, you oughta know by now that I will never host a tournament with powers.
If I did.
Everyone would be limited to maybe 3-5 "special moves"
A projectile (maximum of one)
An Elemental+Physical attack (maximum debatable)
"superphysical" **Meaning it defies physics in some way** (maximum debatable)
Or auto-condition/auto-combo (maximum of 2 condition.. maximum of 1 auto combo)
All being optional choices.
But people are too scared to agree to such a thing. It'd eliminate their ability to be cheap.

Scratch that about the auto combo... as well as the auto condition.. people should be able to come up with their own combos... otherwise they suck.
