Does anyone else give out valentines to friends on V-Day anymore? Yes, I know it's a random question. I just think it's fun to give out valentines. Don't judge me. lol, I don't think its completely disappeared. My friend gave me a giant cookie that said "Happy Valentines Day" on it. Of course, she got mad at me when I thanked her for the brownies. She is adamant on calling it a cookie, despite its resemblance to a brownie. xD You should of called her cute when angry, then she would of just become all confuzzled.

who's in charge of Inuzuka's and is it possible to get a inuzuka in Oto? Seeing as how there are some in Suna, I think it would be possible, but I'm just curious. >.>

I was actually considering doing this, but decided it just wasn't for me.
My plan would've been to make the inuzuka originate from konoha, but then turn refugee after like, an attack on his small village. or maybe he just didn't like konoha as much and moved to oto because they heard about it...and it's...coolness. lol. try to be creative?
Also, I think inuzuka's are in the same boat as Nara, nobody OWNS them, so you can make a character in it freely.

Ha, I don't know if I like them that much, they hurt my ears. Ha get this, the guy who created them lives in my town and they had this huge party that most of my school went to and everyone there got free skull-candy! Can you believe that.
