What would be the possible roadblocks or problems that would be encountered if a tournament was held..
With the rules set up so that anyone can attack anyone else at any time they wished. Wherever they wished.
Instead of there being brackets.. there'd just be a list of people.
And it didn't matter who.. as long as they at least defeated 3 people which gives them a spot in the finals.
