I did the same thing during the movie.
I was like, "Whoa, Frodo is great." But no, I can't say I admired that guy beside frodo. He wasn't worth the glance.
I got a soda, and then came back when they were done proclaiming their alliegances.

The book was much worse. It was like, 100 pages of...nothing.
I maintain that Sam was the best. No question.

It wasn't nothing, it was history and sociology, and the specifics of life during the time of the Counsil of elrond.
It was... long... so long.. .I can't even remember reading it.

I'm only using it out lightly sketch what I'm going to paint on my wall, mostly the mythy constalations. I'm taking a break.
And yes, character creating. I like Rune Mages...Fianna is leaving, Malik is in the business of having one...following?
