well then, the first we're going to do is meditation, followed by some warm ups, then the lessons begin with a spar and we'll finish with a tai chi cool down, but I'm reluctant to even train someone seeing as the last person I trained defected to the atasuki, so follow me to the docks * wize starts towards the docks*

(Yuan walks into the classroom and sits at a desk, putting his feet up on the desk. He was still tired from the night before.
