He looked back at the girl, Kat-chan. The student noticed how she was slightly fearful of the sparrow. "No worries, Kat-chan. These levers probably are connected with a trap door, and we'll figure out how to use the levers if we answer the crow's questions correctly."
Humbra sighed. "Do you want to give any answers to its questions?"

Desert
Kuro brushed the sand from his shirt and looked back at the walls of the town.
"Our mission." He stated plainly before walking passed the two.
It should be easier to break the ice now. He sighed, still trying to get the sand out of his hair.

~*~In the desert~*~
::the doors to the city opened and revealed what seemed to be a rather rag tag group of soliders. Their armor was dull, which little they were, as the rest was just the same flimsy clothing as the rest of the citizenry wore. It appeared that it was too warm even for armor::
::a woman, a bandana wrapped oddly around her head dressed in genie-ish pants and an airy top approached them::
~*~at the city~*~
::the doors opened as one of the guards saw them standing outside. Of course they had waited until jan-ou had left. They were greeted excitedly and wuickly ushered back towards the main meeting hall that they had first entered. The original four siblings that had greeted them did not seem to be around anywhere::
~*~in the cave~*~
::the crow tilted his head a bit, this time looking at the lever on his right and then looked back to Kat::
What do you beleive that power should be used for?
::he did a little hop towards the lever on the right::

Humbra looked at the crow, and looked at how it moved towards the other lever. He also noted how the being looked at the lever before it moved. All of his focus was on the bird, and what Kat was about to say to it.

"I agree with Tegatus. We should stick together if we even wanna find the village," Kenshin said. "I think we should start going before it gets dark or else we could get ambushed."

Kat looked at Humbra and nodded then rolled her eyes quickly. She looked back at the bird, after she had taken a breath to calm herself down a little. She followed his movement as he hopped over to the right lever. "Power should be used for defending the people you care about most. Also, to protect anything that is close to you, and to prove your worth." she said as calmly as she could.

Sarume withdrew her hand after Ademu was done. He had a good point, though. She looked over at the approaching soldiers, and returned all of her drawn armaments back to theire origional places, showing that they were not there to fight. She bowed, but did not say anything.

"Good idea.." Mamoru took Tegatus's hand and kinda led the way for the group down the path they were originally going.
"Hopefully we should reach the village before it gets dark". He was walking a slightly quick pace, hoping everybody else would keep up.

Tegatus pulled her hand out of Mamoru's grasp. "No, we need to leave the path, I don't think you quite understood me!" She turned and faced the forest. "Who's with me?"

Admeu ran upto the front line, trying to be unintimidating. He called out as he yelled, "Are you guys alright?" Ademu thought that being nice would be a sign of good meaning.

Kuro took the forward position of the group. If there was anything this situation needed, it was diplomacy, and he felt he was more skilled at it than the others.
"This situation would normally call for a peace offering. You have anything of value?" Kuro looked toward Ademu first simply because he was the closest. The only thing Kuro had were plant seeds, which wouldn't grow well in this climate.

Sliding to a stop in the sand, Ademu turned to look at Kuro, "Um... I have a half melted Hershey bar..." he said pulling it from his pocket. Ademu was completly serious, but it was a truly humourous situation.

Kuro's eyes went blank for a moment before he turned back to the woman with the bandana approaching them. He closed his eyes for a moment to think, then finally shrugged his shoulders.
"Give her the chocolate."

"Gotcha!" Ademu said while spinning around to face the group again. He ran up to the leader, and presented her with the chocolate bar. "Hi."
