Kang smiled happily, not being able to resist planting a soft kiss on her neck. Will it snow? he asked lowly, in a rather childlike voice.

I'm sure it will, Kang. If it does, would you like to play in it? Mi-sook asked with a small giggle, kissing the boy all over his face.

Sunray Tristram Aiden smiled happily. "Bake a lot? Only when she's not studying, reading, or bugging me." Finishing off his drink, Aiden stood up and stretched a little then brushed back a strand of red hair. "She's actually pretty good at it. She can't cook worth a flip but that's where I come in." You cook? Kimiko giggled, taking a light step towards the redhead after she pulled herself from her seat. It was a rare thing to find men who cooked, especially where she came from...Even if her grandfather did bake. She wanted to giggle over how precious that was, but didn't want to discourage Aiden from that. Instead she gathered in her arms the dominos that hadn't been turned into flowers, the flowers created from the dominos, and the little napkin that'd been turned into a bird. It was a good thing she was used to carrying armfuls of things! Do you cook a lot? Or just little things? She was always so full of questions, and it was hard to hush herself when they surfaced. But she blushed faintly and offered a bright smile to Aiden, waiting for him to answer those before she asked any more.

He nodded frantically. I would. I used to look out my bedroom window, when daddy took the screen off - it was so cold during winter. Kang looked down and frowned. But I used to look out there and wish I could touch the snow. He grinned, looking up once more. I once climbed out my window to play in the snow, but mommy caught me and I got in trouble. I was so close. He sighed and looked out the window. Mi-mi will play in the snow with me?

Aiden puffed out his chest a little and grinned, which looked silly since he was a skinny, pale, red-headed kid. "Yeap, I cook all the time. Learned from my mum and gran-mum. I can cook just about anything unless the dish is completely new to me." When seeing her pick up all her things, he tilted his head. "Can I help you carry those? Mum would be disappointed in me if I didn't at least ask."

Oh, no no - I was just going to send them home! Kimiko admitted as the items disappeared in her arms. She blushed softly but smiled still, and clasped her hands behind her back. Were you going to cook lunch? she asked, tilting her head to him just slightly, waiting for him to make the first step towards the door, as she didn't want to seem overly eager to meet his sister.

Aiden blinked when the items just disappeared. "Now that's a nifty trick. I'll have to learn that." He then moved with her, pulling upon the door and holding it for her to go through first. "Sure, I can, unless you just want something simple like a sandwich but I can make those too."

Kimiko moved through the door, bowing her head to Aiden as she passed him but once through the door, promptly stopped to wait for him. Some sandwhiches can be tricky, though! she giggled, nodding in agreement with herself. I tried to make a panini once, but it was messy, and Grandfather had to make it for me. She smiled brightly in thought before looking to the redhead again. I like lasagna! she giggled, offering up ideas to test the boy's culinary skills.

Aiden followed her out, laughing lightly. "Panini's are pretty good though. Just can't be stuffed too much." He then smiled. "Lasagna I can do. Have a preference on what's inside?," he asked as he began to walk.

((Yesh, post first, luff. -snugs-))
I prefer meat lasagnas with red sauce, but you can make it however you'd like! she urged, keeping her steps in time with his. Maybe it'd be better to get your sisters opinion on what she'd like for lunch? She wasn't sure whether or not the boy would want to disturb his sister, but Kimiko never liked the thought of being left out, or leaving others out.

Winter Black "If you really want them to change, that is half the battle." Diamond replied, and offered a small, comforting smile. "If you're caught in a loop, then analyze it. What keeps happening, that things are always the same? Is it something you do? Or something the people around you do?" He picked up his hot chocolate, and took a small sip. It was still too hot, and he might have burned the roof of his mouth, but he showed no signs of really caring, either way. "I'll help you change things, Charlotte." He said. "I promise." A small smile broke through Charlotte's otherwise dead looking expression. she knew what was wrong with it and she knew how to change it but habits die hard, especially when one has been following them for the last oh..lifetime? She looked up at him with a confused expression on her face. He would help her? How could you promise to fix what is already beyond repair? Yet the words brought comfort in them and made her feel that maybe this time it could change if she tried hard enough, hard enough so that diamond wouldn't have to help her but instead just expirience a less deppressed charlotte with more hope than a teaspoon in her. It was a nice dream. "I'll hold you to it then." She said in a half happy half pitying kind of way. Though most complexing to her was why such a being like him could convince her to drag up so many memories best left forgotten.

Diamond nodded, and smiled back. "I expected you to be a little more..." He paused for a moment. "Actually, less is the word... Less accepting of my offer, from the way you acted when I first met you." He took another sip of his hot chocolate. "I'm glad you seem more eager to spend time with me, now." He closed his eyes for a moment. He seemed to be gathering his thoughts. And when he opened them, his eyes were brighter than normal. "When I make a promise, I stick with it to the end." He said. "No matter the outcome. We'll get through this."

Charlotte blushed at her own eagerness, cursing herself for already letting her hopes get higher that this might be a moment she would not regret later. Curses to such emotions that pulled out from under your feet so slowy you didn't even realise they were out in the open. Though it sounded liek he himself was more cautious about her, did he want to back away and out of whatever he had promised? It wouldn't have surprised her if he had, another sad encounter to add to a large pile. "Thank you"
She managed to mummble out, whatever the consequence of this she would have to try and not appear so eager or assuming of such positive outcomes. She lifted her own drink to the parting of her lips, sipping it slowly and blowing away the steam coming off it.

"Its my pleasure, really." He replied, taking another sip, and then a bite of the til-now forgotten cheesecake he'd ordered. "You seem like such a nice girl. But you also seem so sad. I want to help."

Of course I will, sweetheart, Mi-sook said, cradling the boy closely as she kissed all about his face, a hand moving to brush his hair back. You will never get in trouble with me, you can play in it all you'd like. I will happily play with you, she said, nuzzling her nose to the boy's neck.
