Strongheart shook herself, getting as much water ou tof her fur as possible and then looked at Miki saying, "Sure he did." She walked away grumbling to herself wondering what was going to happen now that Flame was back. 'How can someone bring someone else back to life and not die from it? That's just not right. No wolf is that strong.' Strongheart thought, snarling as she rammed into a small tree knocking it down. She looked at the tree and shook her head.

 Miki laughs, "Nah, he made a big mistake, he wasn't quite powerful enough to revive you." She looks in the direction that Ren's in and glares at her.
Ren walks back to the den. She nudges Xander, "Xander, wake up."

Flame looks into the den worried
Max wakes up and gasps for air, a few seconds later he dies from using too much power

Ren looks at Max when she hears him gasp for air. She simply stares at him.

Strongheart walks away from the downed tree and heads to the den muttering under her breath. Once she reaches the den she sees that Max is dead. "What happened? I thought I healed him. I know I used the earth's energy to heal him, so don't any of you think I killed him or didn't try to heal him." She said before going into the healer's area and started checking herb stocks.

Slowly waking up he sees Ren and nudges her. "What is it? Is someone hurt?" Standing up Xander looks toward the entrance of the Den.

Flame Howls in greif "i wish i was there for his childhood" a tear starts falling down his face. he walks off and sits next to the river

Looking over to the healers area he sighs, "Thats a shame. I wasnt the one who killed him was I?" Then he hears a howl he hasnt heard in quite some time the howl of Flame. Bolting out of the den he looks at his old friend. Xander sits down and looks away. 'how can this be?'

Ren follows Xander. She looks at Flame. She is still very confused herself.

Flame gets up and walks down river, arriving at a lake. he sits again all quiet

Strongheart sits in the healer's area and then gets up, nudging Max onto her back and padding out to the others saying, "We should give him a proper burial."
Lilly saw Max and looked at him with sad eyes saying, "Poor mister wolf." She notices Xander talking to another wolf she'd never seen before and he looked upset .She padded over to him saying, "Are you ok?" She put her little nose on Flame's leg trying to offer comfort.
