"Well since many students from your class has already fought, I'm going to get someone from another class I teach." He said smiling. He heard the crowd saying remarks such as "This nekomata. Hahaha. The weak nekomata? Okay I'm up to make sure this neko doesn't do much anymore after he's done with this battle. He'll be so dumbstruck of real power." He knew Chris heard them and wasn't surprised when he saw him look down. "Well.. Your opponent will be a boy name Shock." He said pointing to the boy in the stands indicating him to get to the ring. "You might be surprised by his unusual moves." He said grabbing some rope from his pocket."YOU CARRY THAT AROUND-?!?!""I know.. creepy right?" He said grabbing hold of the neko making him drop the crutches. He tied him up and sat him on the ground next to one of the walls looking helpless."So... I just sit here?" He said looking annoyed."Yepp.. that's what I was expecting." He said laughing and walking away. "Shock get down here." He said smiling. Shock walked to the arena. "Who do I have to defeat?" He said looking the wolve's way.

 Akira looked at Schok from head to toe, sizing him up."That'll be me," he said with a serious tone. Unusual moves?....I can't tell how he fights from just looking. I'll have to play it safe, at least until I find out what's so unusual about this guy.

Shock looked at him smirking. "Well this might just be interesting unless I beat you too easily. Please bring a nice fight that I will enjoy." He said leaving a smirk on his face. "I wish you luck." He said knowing the match would start soon.

Normally, Akira would've said something about this arrogant behavior but now was not the time to let his emotions get the best of him. He must cold, calculating, and merciless, like a wolf against an unknown enemy. "Good luck to you as well."
Akira walked towards the other end of the ring, waiting for the signal to begin. He had calmed himself, all noise from the crowd had disappeared, all he saw was Shock and Chris, the boy tied to the wall.

Melodie turned her head towards Chris and Ron. "Hey, guys! Long time no talk!" Giggling in excitement, she unwrapped her limbs from Xavier and gave the duo she had addressed a salute. When Akira had spoken, Melodie noticed that he blatantly ignored her. "I don't like you," she told him in a blunt manner. All the happiness she exuded immediately morhped into contempt. "Don't talk about Orochi like that. He's not a mere kid!" Her eyes flickered, the blue becoming darker every paasing second. Just as she was about to lash out at him, his opponent approached them. Melodie immediately reverted back to her happy nature. "Good luck, Shock!"

A sigh escaped his lips as Melodie released him. He was inwardly cheering, but when she approached the two males, Xavier felt his jealousy spark. The teacher, Ron, had a thing for Melodie before. This did not place the sound user in his good list.
When Melodie was speaking to the new Inu, he felt her aura change dramatically. Is Melodie finally returning to her right state of mind? The hopeful thought was immediately crushed as she wished Shock good luck. He felt another wave of jealousy wash over him. Too... Many... Males... This was definitely not good for the happy-go-lucky Melodie. She might get taken advantage of!
Xavier was inwardly seething as he took a few long strides towards Melodie and pulled her closer. "You cannot wander around and greet people like that, Mel," he told her in a stern voice. Melodie simply huffed, but said nothing more of the matter.

(Yeah can't argue with that one Frosty... It completely shocked me when I got on and saw I was a few pages behind Lol ) Shock looked a Melodie and winked. "Thanks cutey." He said in a small seductive tone. He watched Xavier take hold of her. "Hmm... Interesting." He thought almost chuckling in his mind. "Well shall we get on with this?" He asked Ron."Sure you may start anytime you want." He said looking at Akira and Shock. "The students can stay on the stage if they want to. There isn't going to be too much damage on the ring this time knowing the strategy is to defend and take." He looked at the students still on the stage. "You two may begin."Shock looked at Akira taking a battle stance. He turned his head to Melodie and nodded smiling. "Let's go wolf boy."

Akira had already moved as soon as he heard the teacher said start. When Shock turned to talk to him, he wasn't there anymore. Akira was high above him, eyes wide and fists clenched. He kicked the air and aimed for a lariat, speeding towards the unaware Shock like a missile.

"Huh?" He said alittle shocked seeing the wolf boy gone. "Where could he be?" He looked around and finally looked up seeing him. "Damn.. I need to catch guard for this one." He said lifting his hand at him. "Shock wave." He said as a purple wave sent straight for him.Ron smiled and created a timer on top of the stadium on each ends.

What the hell is that? The purple wave was heading towards him fast and Akira's instincts told him that if he got hit by one of those, it would not end well. He kicked the air again, stepping sideways to dodge the path of the shock wave, and landed on the ground with a tremor. The ground beneath him shook and cracked at the pressure but Akira was unscatched.

Shock looked at him with a surprised look. "Hmm. He knows how to dodge and run, but what about fight?" He thought. He ran towards him and punched the ground making the shock waves travel through the ground. The shock waves traveled towards Akira.

His attacks are unusual but there must be a pattern to them. Akira jumped over the shock waves with ease, making his ways towards Shock. If it's a shock wave, then it should behave like a wave. When you hit a wave from the front, you'll get swallowed by it instead. But if you hit somewhere else... Let's see what would happen... On the last shock wave, Akira positioned himself on top of it, and slammed his fist on the crest of the wave. The crest of the wave was forced down and created a ripple around Akira's fist. The energy from the wave dispersed in a circle away from him, and towards Shock.

(sorry my sister got on my laptop lol. ) Shock watched as he countered his attack. He jump in the air before he could get hit. "Shocking Light." He announced as he pointed his palm at him. A blast of purple lights flew from his hand towards Akira. "Now while he's distracted by that, Jinx!" He yelled as he pointed his other hand at him. A big purple beam shot from his hand. If it hit him most of his attack skills would fail.

(No worries.) Damn, he's got more tricks up his sleeve, eh? Akira dodged the light but as he spun to dodge the last one, his back was left open. The beam hit Akira directly through his shoulder blade. He was expecting blood but there was none. He looked at his body but there was no damage. He didn't feel different either. "What was that beam of light?" He looked at Shock. "What did you do to me?"

Shock smiled seeing he had made his blow victorious. "Well... I wouldn't want to learn what it does if I were you." He said smiling. "I'd just give up before something happens you wouldn't want." He laughed. "Now if you won't give up then you'll have to deal with the consequences." He started to think. "I'm not exactly sure when his attacks will prevail, but I'll stay on my toes." He then took his attention back to him. "Now let's watch you fail." He said as he pointed his palm back at him. "Shocking Lightning!" He yelled as it shot purple lightning from his finger tips towards Akira.

"Hmph..." Akira looked at his feet and tapped the ground. The lightning was heading his way but Akira continued to tap the ground. In a second, Akira would be hit but he stood still. His feet started to blurr and with it, the rest of his body.
A voice behind Shock spoke. "I don't know what you did to me, but thinking about it won't do me much good now." Akira grabbed Shock's shoulder and clenched his fist. "Grit your teeth. This'll hurt a lot." Akira roared and threw an uppercut at Shock.
