Cassie puts on the suit.. as the reach Mars Cassie slowly steps on to the reddish landscape.. and she hears a voice in her head..
"Someone's.. here.."
Cassie looks at Raven,

Ares, it seemed, was one damn conceited God. Apparently he claimed Mars as one of his homes, which if Hartley had studied harder in history, would have made sense, since Mars was the Roman name for Ares.
His palace, built in a demonic greco-roman style, was enormous, larger than any mall Hartley had ever been in and a dozen stories tall.
And it was crawling with his denizens.
Apparently, the pact that kept the Gods from touching the students of Hero High did not extend to these creatures...independent contractors who had become Ares' followers after he had taken over the realm of Hades.
They were experts at torture, the two that were watching over Hartley in his prison, tied upside-down over a pit of flames.
"Let me take his body and contort it and twist it. He will never play the music our lord hates again. And forever will his feet be hidden by rocks."
The other one shook his head.
"No! I will travel back to Earth and kill his parents! And then I will kill the parents of every hero I come across! MWA HA HA HAA!"
"Do you EVER have any ideas besides killing people's parents? It gets boring after a while!"
The demons squabbled and argued over Hartley's fate as he blearily looked at where his life had taken him, and wondered if maybe he hadn't made one or two bad choices in the last year...
