If you hadn't of done that, it would be someone else under Lucifer's spell, Nikolai said. He continued to watch the stars and even spotted a shooting star for a second, but he didn't think of a wish to make. Isn't it funny how people would think of this as a test from God? he asked her.
Erik sighed, "Apparently." He walked up to Lena and wrapped his arms around her waist.
Roy's eye twitched when he saw Erik. He turned around and huffed. "I need comfort food." he muttered.
"Me too." Selene nodded.
"Why you?" Viktor asked and snuggled Selene.
"Because I'm hungry." she giggled.

((i heard that the whole meowbook thing was just gaia's april fools joke to make us go crazy. >.<))
Tally watched Erik make his way over to Lena and then she spotted Viktor and Selene. She looked back at the ground as she felt a horrible ripping ache in her chest. She heard Roy say he needed comfort food and she jumped at the chance. "I'll go make some food! I'm not the best cook in the world but I can make something that should cheer you up." she said quickly and she started heading off to the kitchen in the apartments before anyone could protest.
Skye leaned against Armageddon and sighed as she watched Tally leave. "Poor thing..." she said softly.
Jordna slowly shook her head at his question. "No, because maybe that's what this is. Just a simple test. But a test for what?" she asked as she looked up at the stars herself.

Roy was about to say something, but Tally was already gone. "Umm ok..." he blinked.
Armageddon nodded. "I'll be back." he said and followed Tally. If there was anyone she should talk to about this, it was him.
The question made Nikolai chuckle. Test? This is no test, it is a simple spectacle for higher beings, he said. The gods are bored, so they turn to us, their personal circus freaks. All this, this is just for their entertainment.

Jordna looked at him and she quickly wiped a tear that was falling from her eye. She looked so young and vulnerable even though she was trying to be tough. "We're not freaks. No god would ever be so cruel...would they?" she asked.
Tally headed into the kitchen and once everything was silent, she suddenly felt empty. She leaned her head in her hands while her elbows rested against a counter. Fresh tears formed in her eyes and she couldn't stand not knowing if GD was alright.
Hana had noticed that Tally walked away and she pouted. "Tally?" she asked as she went to follow after Armageddon but Skye got in her way.
Skye stood in front of Hana and shook her head sternly. "Tally will be ok. Just let Armageddon talk to her. You stay here." she said calmly so she wouldn't upset her.

Nikolai only chuckled, leaving Jordna to answer her own question.
Armageddon walked up to Tally, his emotionless eyes sparkling with sympathy. "...I know it hurts..." he muttered, waiting to see if she was even listening.
Escalus looked at Hana then at Skye. "What's wrong?" he asked.

Jordna looked at him with more tears in her eyes. "No!" she shouted out before she put her hand over her mouth and hoped no one heard her. "It can't be true. Not even the devil is that cruel! Just shut up!" she said as she seemed to mimic her sister by putting her hands over her ears.
Tally jumped as she heard Armageddon's voice but she knew she couldn't hide it from him. She simply nodded and hid her face in her hands again. "I wish it'd hurt. I hate this feeling of numbness...this emptiness. It churns my stomach! It feels like I'm dying all over again and I just...want him back. I want him to believe that I'm really here. I want to hold him in my arms and erase the pain I've caused him but I don't know if that'll just make him worse. And I want Lucifer to just disappear! Why do bad things happen to such good people?" she asked him as she looked up at him again.
Skye smiled at Escalus and shook her head. "Nothing's wrong. Tally just needs to do some venting and the only one who understands what she's really going through is Armageddon. I know you want to be there for her Hana, but you need to give her some space for now ok." she said gently, her usual maternal instincts kicking in.
Hana looked at Skye for a while before she nodded in understanding. She then heard Jordna and her attention turned to her. "Jordna, are you alright?" she asked.

Believe what you want to believe, was all Nikolai said before ending the conversation.
"It's....the laws of balance." Armageddon said and walked up to her. "I know you detest hearing about the balance crap, but I assure you it makes more sense then the Almighty Lord testing you. As for the pain, you must learn to live with it. You'll grow stonger by passing through the pain." he said softly.
Damian heard Jordna scream, which shocked him awake. "What? Is Lucifer here?!" he gasped and looked around.

Jordna opened her eyes at his words and felt sick to her stomach. She didn't acknowledge Hana or Damian since her emotions were overbearing. "Everything's just a huge lie in this world isn't it?!" she shouted at him before hunched over as if she was about to be sick but nothing happened. She tried to keep her breathing even. "W-we're never going back. If what you're saying is true, then me and Giselle are going to be stuck here forever! I-I don't want to stay here and G-Giselle..." she said through tears as she shook her head again. "No! You're lying!" she shouted at Nikolai before she pulled her knees to her chest.
Tally just nodded slowly. "I didn't mind dying, since I knew GD would be safe. But if I knew that coming back and trying to rejoin him would turn out like this...I would've rather stayed dead. It'd be less pain for him." she admitted softly. "I don't detest the balance. I just don't really understand it much." she said as she tried to change the subject.
Skye heard Damian say Lucifer's name and she growled as looked around to make sure that Lucifer really wasn't there. "No, he isn't here. I don't know why Jordna's upset." she answered him as she listened to Jordna ramble on. Her brows furrowed as she tried to figure out what was making her freak out.

"You all need to sleep and save your energy." Nikolai said and let his sloth aura spread everywhere, making everyone drowzy.
Roy listened to his stomach growl and looked at the apartements. "Where's the food?" he frowned then began to yawn until he fell asleep.
Erik fell asleep with a sleeping Lena in his arms, the same with Viktor and Selene.
Damian tilted his head at Jordna until the sloth aura knocked him out.
"Do not worry." Armageddon assured Tally. "GD will be back, that I promise."

Jordna felt the drowsy aura but she forced herself awake as she looked at Giselle. "B-but I promised..." she knocked out before she could finish her sentence.
Tally looked at Armageddon with a grim expression. "Please, don't make promises you can't keep. If GD comes back now, he'll be controlled by Lucifer. And we don't have Rin anymore to separate his soul from GD's body like she did with Erik. How are we supposed to get rid of Lucifer without harming GD?"' she asked him as a small flash of hope appeared in her eyes but quickly faded.
Skye blocked Nikolai's drowsy aura and she leaned against a tree as she waited for Armageddon to return.

Armageddon turned around to hide his smirk. "But there is one thing you should know about the devil," he said and looked over his shoulder. "Lucifer has always been a gambler."

Tally pondered Armageddon's words before she gave a slight grin. "I remember that. Lily scammed Lucifer, knowing he couldn't refuse a bet." she said as she chuckled at the memory. "So we offer him a deal. One so tempting that he just can't say no. And if we win, Lucifer can never return plus he has to give us GD back." she said with a sigh of relief. "We just better hope that works." she added softly before she looked down at the counter she was leaning on. She was glad they had at least that figured out. But she was still worried that GD would still think of her as a fake. Though she knew she'd do anything to make him happy, even if it meant leaving him forever.

Armageddon nodded and put a hand on her shoulder. "Go get some rest. You'll need it for tomorrow." he said. And with that, he disappeared into his shadow portal.

Tally smiled at Armageddon as she watched him disappear. She was about to leave the kitchen before she remembered why she came here in the first place. She decided to make it up to Roy by creating the dish and leaving it out with an apology note before she headed to the apartments. She found the one where she first spent the night with GD and she crawled into the bed happily, letting her fatigue take over so she could fall into a deep sleep.

 A young man was waiting patiently for everyone to wake up. He had a dreamy look in his eyes and a half burnt cigarette between his right index finger and middle finger. He was leaning against a tree and looked at each face.
