I see no issue with tech that blocks hearing. If you have to ask though, I get the odd feeling it's going to be OP... Ultimately it depends on what the tech actually is, so go ahead and make it.
On a side note, headphones.

We would prefer if you didnt submit more than one or two at a time. As for poison, those would be submitted under technology.

Hello, I'm new around here. I have a few questions that I would like answered.
Pressing issues:
1) Is the Nanabi currently available?
2) If so, then does it have to be in Iwagakure?
3) If so, then are there any other ways that I could get abilities similar to it's own, without coming into contact with the Nanabi and studying it?
Insignificant, but still questions I would like answered:
1) Is there any way to create jutsu like that of Zetsu's Mayfly technique that allowed him to grow from trees, or from the ground?
2) Is there any room for someone to join Otogakure?
3) Is there such a thing as Shadow techniques?
4) Is there a list of Stealth techniques?
5) When is an acceptable time to create customs?
6) Are there any rules against creating a custom that might have similar abilities to one another person might already own?
Sorry if my plethora of questions is too numerous. I'm holding off a bit until I hit a road block before I inquire more.

Oh wow one thing wasn't listed, sorry I don't do the list. Most of the questions are basic stuff that is listed or you can look up yourself. For future use try not being a d**k to people who help you, and go so far to quote the stuff and link it to show they were wrong about 1 point.

Try not to assume that people don't in fact look things up. The average human can only remember seven things in their short term memory, and the short term memory lasts only five seconds. Thusly, if someone does look something up, without reviewing it atleast twenty-four time to learn it, they might forget it. ( Twenty-four is the universal, if you do it that many times, you should remember it for quite a while. )
The above was dickish sounding, but what I said before was not. You were just taking it as diskish because you typed " Not trying to be a d**k... " So naturally you probably, as someone who has to deal with dickish people often, that it was dickish. Far from it. I was merely saying in a calm type that none of the reference areas showed that there was a Nanabi host.
I put up the quotes so you wouldn't have to go to those pages, and I put up the direct links incase you thought I had edited the posts to back up my statement.
Again, I am sorry if that came off as dickish, I had no intent to offend you. If you'd like, I could put how I am feeling while typing it infront of the paragraph. ( That sounds dickish, but I'm saying it because I sound dickish, and the way I speak is dickish. )

When you go as far to tell someone to check their facts next time. When you didn't even do that to begin with, then quote and then link to the areas and focus on them being wrong at that. When it doesn't change the fact 90% of what i put can be looked up. That is being a d**k
