It was a thought. I mean the post the most contests BHG has are kinda fun, but winning takes too much work and people don't try if they enter late or see someone getting way ahead.

I don't try to be rude to lower level players, but if I'm recrewting for anything I won't invite people who appear red or purple to me. Too much variation in levels can screw up drop rates.

A person would have to be an awfully low cl to be too low for the gnome general. *shakes head* But when I consider the stories in the zOMG threads I'm subscribed to...

I'm pretty sure I was high enough. I think my CL is 3.something, and it probably wasn't really much lower when I was doing that one.

I was probably too low a level when I did the gnome general and OMGWTF, but I'd found good people to team up with (I beat both in two man crews)
Still, my best and worst crew experiences have to be from my time in Bass'ken Lake.
Whatever you do, do NOT accept the quest to kill 'rabid grass fluffs'. If there was ever a quest I would have gladly deleted from my PDA, it was that one.

The enemies you have to kill for that one are actually called Carrion Flower Fluffs. In order to find them you have to be lucky enough to find one of the rare servers that actually has a live Mother fluff. Then you have to follow her around and hope she spawns carrions instead of regular grass fluffs and hope and pray no idiot kills her. No mother fluff means no carrion fluffs at all.
