Will bit his lip, deep in thought as he just idled about on his bike, totally without direction. His wife was in the hands of his greatest and most hated enemy, Mauser. He needed help. Help besides that he could expect to receive from his Hunters and the Shadow stalkers. He needed help from the other factions.
But who? Things had deteriorated between himself and the vampire Elder Rogue ever since their confrontation on the docks months ago. And he good absolutely no relations with the other vampire leaders. The majority of the lycanthrope elders didn't particularly like him. However he got along great with Myythern, as she'd once worked with the Hunters and had even saved his life. But the lycans were in chaos right now and her position was too weak at the moment to offer any real aid.
So who was left? Really, there was only one last option. He just hoped that she remembered him favorably from their encounter nearly two years ago. Sighing in frustration, Will turned his bike and sped off towards Demonic Ties, one of the hot beds of Tainted presence. He just knew that Krii'Ouse was going to blow a fuse over this.

Bridget(Kim Kyong Cha) took the package and headed back home it being the week-end..she would try it out tonite; the snow and cold keeping humans thinking about thier business and not what going on above them.
It was two in the morning and Kim was standing on the ledge of a building
15 stories high looking down and around for anything that could ruin her
trial run. She thought it was better she was unable to be killed if it didn't work now...rather than just being an altered human. With that thought she
lept from the building and began to fall... then she spread her arms apart
and she slowed down riding the wind currents thanks to the fabric membrane going from ankle to elbow. It was like sky-diving but with more control and with luck a fairly soft landing. She rode the wind currents for about 15 minutes before she landed on an empty street. Kim
hit a little harder than she figured but it was well within what she could accept. The membrane folded up and it looked just like a speed skater's outfit. So Kim with a first good run would try it out a few more times before making it part of her standard equipment.
Kim made it back to her hotel after a quick 'bite' on a guy who was being a jerk to some women. Up the wall and in thru the window she went to her
rooms and peeled off the suit and hung it up inside a closet behind her other clothes. She was becoming comfortable here..maybe to comfortable
as she did before and look what happened. She needed to find others of her kind and see where she fit in this world... she had heard of a bar in the dangerous part of town that catered to the night breeds.. maybe now
was the time to check this out..later today.

Kim was left off in 2 blocks from the hotel and she walked the rest more to clear her head then being paranoid about being found. Right now she could go either way but being around humans so much made things such harder as her hunger and the comradery with humans was keeping her from loosing herself.
She made it to the hotel and walked up the stairs and into lobby and up to her rooms...tomorrow was another day and that was all she could do for tonite. Bridget got into bed and fell fast asleep.

Kim woke up the next day and she got prepared for today; her homework was done and she had some shopping to do first she went to the store
where Goth clothing and items were sold...she bought two more outfits and
some accessories. Next she moved on to a up scale clothing store and purchased several evening wear dresses. She had brunch at a restaurant
in the mall and after that decided to catch a movie. The rest of the day went well for her.
That nite Bridget(Kim) put on make up and got into one of the Goth outfits she had bought.. it was going to be a good nite. She hailed a taxi and went to 'Dante's Inferno' and quickly entered the club and had her coat taken to
be hung up. Kim was having a great time dancing just letting go of all
the dicispline of the milatary and martial arts go bye-bye... she became a
wild child. Four hours later she left the club with a man named Michael
something and went back to his apartment where they started to make out
and it was getting hot and heavy. And then it struck her his psyhic power lvl was riding a lot higher than she first thought...her eyes went coal black and she struck draining him of almost all his psyhic energy and whispered into his mind sleep...Michael simply fell asleep. She also planted in his mind a false image of the woman he had spent the nite with. Evidently heightened emotions increase pyshic energy temporarily...something she made a note in her mind. She then got dressed and left him alone to dream and went down in the elevator and out the door. Kim hailed a cab and went straight home and straight to bed.

Kim went out later that day 3 hours befor sunset and caught a cab taking her down town in the city...after getting down near 'Broad way' she got out
and tipped the cabbie. Tonite she was going to hunt and test her predatory instinct honed by the military and her vampric powers plus her hunger.
she walked down the street with a slow measured step and let people scurry past her so she could pick a target. 15minutes she had found her target and proceded to follow him she used her powers to slow down and
step into an alley way to check that his shoes were untied. She got near him and struck she had rushed him and incapacitated this man and carried him down the alley.. She had time so Kim drained him slowly savoring every bit of his pyshic energy until the energy was almost gone and she wrestled with the thought of taking it all...she won out that time but she also drank a good portion of his blood so the man would be staggering like
he was drunk. Kim ponited the man in the direction of the crowd and helped him and herself move back into the crowd without any one noting
thier presence. She had read his address on his driver's licence and hailed a taxi put him in it and had the cabbie home.
She was glad she was able not kill the man even though her instinct told her to. She realized she would have to fight the urge every time now or
she would kill for its' simple enjoyment. She waved down a taxi and went home.

Bridget(Kim Kyong Cha) stepped out onto the street from Las Noches and quickly scanned the most likely spots surviellance teams could be set up.
She move moved swiftly down the street and hit an alley way there was a manhole cover which she lifted with ease and went down and pulled the
cover back over the entrance.

Kim woke late in the afternoon got up and proceded to get ready for classes... tonite would be different she would have her Glocs hidden in her large tote bag and extra clips in the snow coat. She met the girls at the usual place before class and everybody had a mug of hot chocolate before
class. Kim barely heard the professor her mind on other things... like how much longer she could hide from them(she knew he would use the girls a leverage if he could). The other was how good Rogue really was with her guards at Las Nochez....because he wouldn't have any qualms blowing the place up with everyone in it if he thought he was being played.
The whole nite went like that, Kim thinking of what would happen if Rogue
and Mr. Smythe went to war and the casualties on both sides and the humans caught in the cross-fire. Still right now she better concentrate on her physics with a test coming up.. After classes Kim begged off from the nitely coffee ritual and went straight home. She changed clothing and took a taxi to the residential district.

Bundled up tightly in a scarf and gloves, Takiko ventured into the city. The scarf covered her neck and over her mouth. Every movement of hers was silent, even through the snow. Tonight seemed to be one of the coldest nights so far. The snow seemed endless to her. Even though Takiko was silent, she was not trying to be. It seemed like everything was deserted to her. Though nothing was as it seemed anymore.

Kim caught a taxi to her hotel...it was hard for the cabbie to get everything in the trunk of his cab, the rest went into the back seat along with with her. The taxi stopped in front of the hotel and the cabbie helped Kim take the large duffle bags; all four them into the hotel..Kim tipped the cabbie and had the desk clerk watch her duffle bags as she took them by twos up to her room.
Kim pulled the new dark curtains tight and then turned on the light. She spent the rest of her time field stripping and cleaning the weapons...the EMP pulse rifle took a long time because of its' many parts. When that was done she caught little sleep then got ready for classes... the test was hard and this is where 'total recall' came in handy she finished the test relatively fast and spent the rest of the hour pretending she was still working on the test; she
got an A-. She went out with the girls but stayed for only half-a-hour and
begged off... she was getting hungry and needed to feed that meant a student or professor...as luck would have it she ran into some 'Frat Boys'
who were drunk...Kim smiled and as she passed them. "pain" she whispered and one went down to the ground the other had just enough time to why his buddy collapsed before Kim struck. She took enough psyhic energy to last her and let the two 'Frat Boys' go thier way after they
woke up or security found them...
What she did was dangerous because it might trigger an interest in the college and he would send people to find out what was going on.

After many hours of rummaging around the city. Takiko decided to do something diffrently. Just take a break for a while. Mabye find a lycan to piss off or something. Relativly, she was just bored and looking for something to pass the time with. Though right now she did not know what to do what the time was passed. Her life had to meaning to her at this point. Takiko had learned never to give up though, that was always the worst thing to do. Right now all she could hope for is for her life to change in more exciting ways.

Kim went to classes as usual and met her firends at the student union, from there they went to classes... with the girls giggling and laughing about
something. The classes went normally enough but between classes it seemed to have the feeling that the girls were conspiring about something.
It was after the last class and at the student union coffee shop that they surprised her with some gloves and ear muffs for the cold. She could sense
thier happiness for giving her these gifts... all she could do was say thank
you. They spent the rest of thier time talking about Christmas break and the end of the semester. Kim though time had gone so fast and that after college she would never see these girls again...it would just to dangerous
to them and herself.
* Meanwhile Mr. Smythe had recieved the report of what happened was angry... he had paid Rogue money to watch out for Bridget and she did nothing and it cost him two of his men at Bridget's hands... though he nursed a sort of pride that she was being so resourceful to avoid capture.
Still he would have to teach Rogue that he was no one to jerk around especially after being payed.*

After much silence and solitude of the lage, seemingly empty city began to grow tiring on Takiko. After a few days of not seeing anyone, she had a strong urge to talk to someone. She hadnt seen Kyrre since that awkward day a few days ago. Since then she seemed the world would end from her embarrasment. Everything seemed too cold, even through the friggid weather.

Kim was getting ready for bed... it was almost morning and she would need
the rest after spending her nite in classes and getting weapons and equipment ready to deal with Mr. Smythe. Something else was going to happen she could sense it and caught a vague whiff off from Rogue as to
its' potential damge and death and it had nothing to do with Smythe. The combination of Smythe and the coming event could well spell disaster for
her, Rogue, Will, Tokeru, and others could be devastating.
Concentrating on what the other event would be the name Mauser came to her mind in a small voice but with it came the ugly premonition of death and destruction.
*Meanwhile Mr. Smythe was giving orders to put together an object lesson for Rogue about crossing him. Especially if he had rendered payment for a job. Is the assault team ready and the packages ready to be delivered
to Las Noches. "Yes sir said one of his men... it is ready to go we just need a jump off time." Mr. Smythe sat there and wondered if a hit before the club was filled or after was the way to go....after all each had thier own
merits.

Kim had sent a note to Las Noches telling Rogue what she knew and what she had gleaned from her premonition and hoped Rogue would take this serious. Other than that there was little else she could do right now...
To other matters Kim had her lawyer on retainer finish the buy-out of the ownwers of the hotel and she would become the owner after escroe was
finished..she wouldn't evict the tenets and was planning to upgrade the heating and plumbing along with minor touches to the hotel(lighting,decor',
etc). Howerver she would take over the rooms next to hers to create a large apartment for her stuff and reinforce the walls. She would need a place to stay and that would be the coven's place if they had the room for her. The address had been easily gotten from several of the patrons of Las Noches since she crossed over and tonite would be a good nite to visit
