The best that I can come up with is:
The act of pulling up a skirt is to reveal things otherwise unseen. These are nuns, so as best I can assume it means that Obama is revealing very surprising things about the catholic church to the world?
Also, Square one: Two heads = Two Faced = Deceitful ?
So, Catholic Church is deceitful, and Obama are reveal thar Topsy Krets.
