Hm. One thing that you could really make good use of would be a Summoned Greater Daemon. They're cheap as all hell for their statline and they can pop up through any of your Aspiring Champions.
Your squads are all over the place for equipment. One squad that stands out is squad 4: Mark of Khorne, a Heavy Bolter, and a Meltagun? The Heavy Bolter needs them to sit still, but their other kit needs them to get up close and personal to be effective.
I'd put a Rhino on your Berserkers. Having them footslog up to the line will get them blasted apart before they can become effective.
I have never really had to make use of dozer blades on a Rhino for Chaos. They're alright, but Rhinos are cheap enough that you can potentially afford to lose one if you need to plow through rough terrain.
Defilers cannot be dedicated to a specific god through a mark.
No qualms with the Dreads, just be careful that you keep them far enough away from your other units so that they don't get quite as much damage on you in a "Fire Frenzy" result in the early game.
OVERALL NOTES FOR CHAOS: Most of the time, it is hard to kit a squad for "all around" roles. Mixing equipment can be handy to have a squad for dedicated objective camping, though. Heavy Bolters and/or Autocannons work great for that role. Otherwise, you might look into taking 'specialist' squads for particular roles, or smaller squads to serve as objective camping and heavy weapon platforms. When I do that, I tend to take five man squads and give them an Autocannon.
On vehicles, you need to be sure that you're not spending too much. It's easy to over-upgrade with the Chaos Codex. Rhinos should be as much of a bare bones metal box on the field as possible, imo. The survivability upgrades (Daemonic Possession, Dozer Blades, etc) should be saved for vehicles with more strategic importance. I never run a Vindicator or Land Raider without Daemonic Possession, for example, because the damage negation that the upgrade gives is absolutely priceless for strategic value.
DarkElf27 can attest to the fact that I used to be all about a smaller number of high-kit squads. Right now, you have a lot of squads without any particular purpose. Look into taking some Cult troops to give a little more of a leaned edge. Also, look into taking more heavy anti-armor. One Meltagun and two Lascannons are iffy. I'll post one of my 2500 lists in a little bit here so you can see what I field.

ok, i can see the ideas of the demon prince coming in, and i'd love to field one, but... i absolutely HATE metal models.. with a passion..
if i wanted some raptors however, i guess i could convert some space marine assault troops to chaos.
chaos squad 4 is kinda shambles i agree, so i have some spare heavy weapon troops so i can swap out that melta gun, or even swap for other squads.

The Summoned Greater Daemon model can be anything, so long as it looks sufficiently daemonic. For my army, I'm considering using some named character daemon from Fantasy (whose name ALWAYS eludes me) or maybe finally making my Chaos Lord on a Carnifex conversion that I've been planning out for so long.

Ashly-Bloodmoon as for my previous idea, converting normal space marine assault troops into raptors, would it work ? Yep, I did just that for a contest a few years back. Just file off any imperial symbols, add a few skulls n' spikes. Then say that they only recently converted to chaos, hence the newer style armour.

How do they not suit Khorne? They're hurling themselves across the battlefield as fast as they possibly can to jack up their enemy.

I think any CSM unit save perhaps dedicated fire support like havocs can be dedicated to khorne... and jump packs allow close combat soone rthan footsloging so certainly raptors have khornes eyeing them. regarding shooting, even berzerkers have boltpistols and plasma pistols...

The same thing (shootiness) could be argued on the Raptors, saying that they jump around and keep in Rapid Fire range to pelt their enemies. Try Khornite Bikers. You'll like them. Van, with the current codex, EVERY unit except for Vehicles, Obliterators and Summoned Daemons can take an icon of the god of their choice.

Why do squads with the Mark of Khorne have a heavy bolter? Give them Mark of Nurgle or Tzeentch.

Jason Kharo Why do squads with the Mark of Khorne have a heavy bolter? Give them Mark of Nurgle or Tzeentch. they have mark of khorne, incase of drop troops ( enemy assault marines, legion of the dammed, terminators ) so they can at least have a chance if they get attacked and my army is based on khorne

Having the Mark of Khorne isn't going to make much of a difference against dedicated melee troops. It is a waste of points giving a ranged squad a melee upgrade. Nurgle works with Khorne quite often you know.
