Well, it's finally over. The reign of terror, the constant champion, the thing that most of you have been bitching about for the past month...It's done. Never once up until the last few weeks did I believe it was going to be a relief not to be the champion anymore.

And I find myself sitting here thinking..."What was the point?"

What was the point of trying to build my character and give him a mission? What was the point of building up my opponents and trying to make them look good through title defenses? What was the point of trying to write great matches? What was the point of holding the title in the first place?

I don't know. I really don't.

You know, the fact that you guys were so bothered by the fact that I was holding a PRETEND wrestling title in a PRETEND wrestling federation really says a lot on how trivial and pointless your lives must be. To be upset over the fact that someone held a title that only exists THROUGH TYPE for four months just shows that you guys were just looking for something to complain ********, I don't mind dropping the title to Tony. He's a good writer, and he's been consistent throughout his BTWF stay. That's not even an issue with me.

The thing is that I didn't drop the title feeling like I was passing the torch to someone new and fresh. I felt like I was just dropping the title to get the ******** away from all the bitching and whining.

Is this all you guys care about anymore in the BTWF? What your own characters do? You know, the Steve Twist & Friends/Empty Promises feud is probably one of the most well-done feuds in BTWF history, and half of you didn't even bother to think about your predictions for it. Some of you said you didn't even care.

And you call Steve an egotist.

Were any of you even excited about the fact that a really great match could come out of it? Or do you all just skim to the end of matches to see who wins? If so, why do I even bother writing a good match? Why does Steve bother doing so? Why do any of the guys who put effort into their matches do so? Because I really could care less about writing a good match if no one even bothers to read the whole thing.

To all the people that have IMed Rich, bitching about how you're not being "used correctly" and "deserve more": Go play in traffic. Rich has done an awesome job of booking the BTWF. The problem is that none of you idiots can be happy unless you have a PRETEND INTERNET title for your PRETEND INTERNET ********, half of you don't even write your matches and expect to get a title for it.

So, as I pass this title on to Tony, I feel relief more than anything else. I don't want to put Tony through anything, but I have a feeling he's going to be getting the same thing I got if he holds the title for over two months. Sorry, Tony, but expect to see a lot of "UMFG VORHEEZ NEVUR LOZES" in the prediction threads.

In the end, I guess what I want to say is: Thanks, guys. Thanks for making me miserable for holding a fake title. Thanks for making me feel like an a*****e because I wasn't losing to each and every one of you every week. Thanks for making me feel happy to get the strap away from me. And thanks for making my e-fed experience miserable because you need a fake, pretend title to make yourselves feel ******** you.

You know... I actually feel kinda ******** guilty now.
I mean, when I first contacted Dars about the match, and asked how we were gonna play the match. I knew I was gonna lose. And you know what? I didn't care.
I was glad to, because I was just hyped about the match, and how I could use it to develop my character.

Dars has been a great champion, and I've enjoyed building a feud with him that has developed since Civil War. So, when I got out of the ******** hospital last night, and got home, woke my a** up this morning, and dragged my a** to work to read the F2B thread, my eyes widened at reading "NEWWWWW WHC, ANTHONY VOOOORHHEEEEEES".

I was happy, because even I wasn't expecting it, but, at the same time, I didn't feel like I earned it. I felt like I was shifted it to shut up all of you people, who, to quote Dars, say "ZOMFG DARSON NEVR LUSES. Y CAN'T HE LUZ?".

I don't feel like I was handed the torch because I earned it. I feel like you people forced it into my hands. And I don't think that's happened before...

The most I can do with this Title reign now is TRY and enjoy it, and work it into my character, and give him something new to grandstand about. As all good heels do.

Darson brings up a very valid point, and I've said this so many times also.
BTWF, is all fiction. We're not REAL Pro-Wrestlers(pardon the irony). We don't go out into REAL arenas and kill ourselves for REAL fans.
BTWF, like GWA and CTC and EGW are all Wrestling RPG's.
Wrestling. Role. Playing. Games.

We take up a FICTIONAL role, and we ROLE PLAY as best we can.
Winning FICTIONAL matches and FICTIONAL Titles.
I think alot of you have lost sight of that...

But you people oughtta look yourselves in the eye and ask yourself:
"Was Darson really that bad at what he did?"
I don't think so. As I said, I enjoyed working with Dars, and I hope for a re-match somewhere down the line, but for now, you people have won.

You people, not our booker, have stripped Darson Grays of the BTWF Title.

I'm your World Champion, and for that... each and every one of you WILL...

REST... IN... PEACE!!!

WHEEE i got my match done... hay Voorhees think you can tell me if its any good..?

Heh, since when did I become an authority on good matches?
Hah hah Twist. Take that.

Nah, I'm kidding. And my rant about your match. You know that was all in fun too, right? Cause if you don't [shakes fist at Twist]

Now, back on topic, Black Rain.
Sure, I'll take a look. I got an few hours to kill because my exam is over.

EDIT:
I just read the match. Here's my evaluation.
I was short, but, consistant, and stuck to the point of the match.
While it's a Re:Volution match it's pretty good. I mean, nobody expects a Five Star match coming from the B Show. Maybe if BTWF ever did a RAW/SmackDown! with Madness and Re:Volution, and the shows were competeing.
But right now, that's not the case.

Anyways, I see a lot of potential in you Rain. Keep up the good work, and good luck in your career here in BTWF.

Haha. What can I do here but laugh? Not to be offensive but I think the entire situation is laughable. First you have a bunch of people complaining about the title, then you have me making comics about it, then you have Darson complaining about how a fake, pretend title has made him miserable.

I know a lot of people right now won't go out and say sorry just yet (if ever), but things like this happen all the time. People get jealous, people on top will either suffer or trample. Well, you're not trampling so we don't have the worst-case scenario and Voorhees carrying the title is something I can enjoy. Sure, you're a good writer Darson, and you work hard. It's easy to question why you work so hard for such little gratitude. But let me ask this. Did you enjoy writing your matches? Title or not? If you did, then there is really no point in caring how much those people complained and how jealous they were. Besides, the belt was 'imaginary' anyway, complaining about things that are fake and non-existant seems to be rather pointless.

And before you shoot me for arguing, which I do purely for broader horizons, everyone here knows you're one of the best writers in the guild next to Twist. Which always makes them feel as if they will most likely never get the title at the rate they are going. Which is also understandable since people have low confidence issues all the time. I mean, sure, the belt is imaginary. This whole federation is based on imaginary roleplay. But while roleplaying, people want to still feel recognized somehow. And a belt provides the illusion that the person has some merits. Works for the WWE. Which is why there are so many marks...

I'm hoping that guys like Erik and Tony holding a title will make people come to their senses a little here. Let me re-iterate something:

Championships are given to the people who are consistent, hard workers. Who we can rely on to write matches and work with their feuds and opponents. NOT, I repeat, NOT to the best writers.

I've had my title run. It's done now. I'm sure there are people that are paranoid, thinking that I'm just going to get it back next month. Well, I don't want to spoil any storylines, but you all should really stop being so pessimistic. Giving the title to Tony has opened up new venues. I think it's shown that the world title isn't being passed between Steve and I over and over.

I'd like to think that Tony holding the title has made some people happy. But I have a feeling people are still going to b***h because it wasn't them in that title match winning the title.

Deal with it.

Do you work, stay consistent, and you'll get yours, eventually.

Okay, I was just gonna say that I'm having some comp problems. Apparently, three days ago, someone called in to SBC on my sisters account and told them to disconnect our internet. So, for the past three days, I've been without it. And I have no clue when or if we'll get it back on. I'm over my friends house right now, so hopefully when I get back my net will be back up.

And now on to something else. I don't agree with Dars dropping his title, cause for one, Darson was a great champ. So far, one of the best champs I've ever seen on Gaia E-Feds. True, this stuff is fake, but he's carried that FAKE title and wrote some amazing matches. But this is what happens when people take "hating" to far. Not to knock Tony at all, cause he's a cool guy, he's been consistent here in the BTWF from what I've heard, so I'm cool with the fact that he has the title. But I don't think he should've got it thanks to some assholes who sit day in and day out behind a computer screen and drool over some fake a** title and are jealous cause THEY don't have what it takes to handle it yet. Ryan, I just knew you would've said something, so I guess I had to as well. Since it seems whenever you say something, the sheep follow.

Now, as long as I'm in the BTWF, I'm gonna continue to work my a** of and enjoy writing and reading the matches that WE as a E-fed produce. But please people, learn to seperate reality from this role playing that we do. Tony, good luck with your title run and all I have to say I look forward to hopefully writing a match with you one day. Just remember this everyone, we've gotta stick together to be a strong E-Fed, cause all this behind people's backs s**t isn't doing anything but seperating us. We're here to have fun, not ruin people's fun.

Great rants Dar. I'm also hoping that Tony and myself do make some of these people come to their senses. But now, it's time for a rant from me...sort of.

I'm sick of seeing all of this OOC bullshit that people keep posting over and over again about FAKE title belts and FAKE title reigns. So what if you think your ROLE-PLAYING character is the greatest one ever. Why don't you ask around and then wait until you get some matches, if you write them first. You may THINK that you're the next WHC, but unless you show that you're willing to do matches, nobody will take you seriously. I know this from experience. Back throughout December-February, I thought I was going to be the one that was going to take the WHC off of Omega. I had my shot, but I lost. To be honest, I didn't have a problem with it. I knew I was losing, but it didn't phase me. I knew that being egotistical IC was alright, if it went along with your character. But being cocky and egotistical OOC is not always a good thing, only for the simple fact that you will piss people off and never get pushed where you want to be, therefor pissing you off even more than you already are because you don't have the World Heavyweight Title.

So, in short...shut the hell up and quit your pointless bitching. It's never going to get you anywhere and it sure as hell won't get you anything, except for a nice long rant from plenty of people.

Bah, my comics were at first just for the sake of poking fun at everyone. It's not like my purpose is to lead a rebellion or anything. I merely say things.
