Misery looks at the dress, horrified. "(Th-That's not real Gardevoir is it?)" She knew humans sometimes used Pokemon fur for clothes.

"Of course not!" Maddy said. "It's just designed after the likeness of a Gardevoir." She held the dress out for Misery to touch. It felt nothing like an actual Pokemon. A dress then caught Maddy's attention from the corner of her eye (her right eye, to be exact, since she was wearing her eyepatch). It was long and midnight black. The top part of it was a corset, that laced up in the back with laces the color of every Pokemon type. The front of the dress itself had some tiny stones on it, each one also a color representing a Pokemon type, like the laces. "Nothing too flashy." Maddy said. "But it's certainly quite elegant." She asked a nearby employee to fetch the dress in her size. Maddy went up to the counter and paid for it. It was pricey, but it's not like she needed more than one dress. She turned to Misery. "See anything you like? They have some hair bands and stuff..." She told her. "They have handbags too. I may get one of those instead of my backpack, now that I think of it."

She didn't seem too interested in any of the clothes but she was looking at the earrings. "(I'd like to wear some of these... but I don't like any of them.)" She says with a sigh. "(I wonder if there is any place around here where I could get something I want.)"

Maddy ended up picking out a black and red handbag to buy as well. "Let's go find a jewelery store then. Might as well put Dark's money to use." They left the store and continued down the street. "This city sure is great. I definitely wanna buy a house here." She said. She put all of the items in her backpack into her new handbag and threw the backpack out in the nearest trash can. It was an old ragged-looking backpack anyway. It belong in the trash.

"(It is a nice place for a city.)" She agrees, although she still isn't too fond of crowds. She spots a small store across the street. It seems rather bland but a small sign outside advertises that it helps bring out a Pokemon's inner personality. "(Can we go over there and see what that's about?)" Misery asks, intrigued.

Maddy peered curiously at the store Misery pointed out. "Sure, why not?" They walked across the street (checking both ways before crossing, of course) and entered the store.

The inside of the store was set up like a salon, although it was rather small. There was a geeky looking man at the front desk who seemed surprised when the two of them enter. "Oh, hello." He says, sounding rather down. "If you were looking for the Goldenheart Cafe, that's next door." Misery looks around then at the man. "(There s a way to bring out my inner personality?)" She asks him, sounding excited. The man perks up. It seems most people who come in here weren't interested. "Uh yes." he says and adjusts his large glasses. "This machine here," He says and points to a large cylindrical machine that looks like it slides open. "Allows you to become on the outside what you feel on the inside." She turns and looks at Maddy, really excited. "(Can I try it? Please?!)" She was almost like a child now. Was it really safe for her to try?

After several hours searching the Museum Aram pulled out his TADS
"Maddy, I think I got something. In the north of this region is a Pokéball factory, just south of is a town that's home to many fairy types and some of those on our side can surely be useful, it could be a great temporary set up till we claim that factory for ourselves. Imagine what we could do with a place like that if we were in control of it. However...It seems to already be under control of some punks calling themselves Team Flare. It'll be risky, the best things always are, what do you think?"

Maddy thought for a moment. She wondered if she should give Dark a call and see if he'd be okay with it. Then she shrugged. "Go ahead. But you're paying for it with Dark's money." She was kind of interested in how Misery would turn out. She may want to use this service for some of her Pokemon as well.
Her TADS buzzed and she read the message from Aram. Sounds neat. I'll look into it. She responded.

"That'll be 10,000 PD up front." He says as he slinks down a bit. He knew it was expensive, but it was expensive to run as well. Misery quickly counts up the money and hands it to him. He nods and presses a button on the side of the machine, opening it up. Misery hands Maddy Brick's ball and she enters the machine. He closes it and presses another button. The lights flicker from the power usage and a neon green light radiates from inside the machine. After a minute the machine stops and opens up. "(I don't feel any different...)" She says sounding disappointed. The man now has a large grin on his face as he holds up a mirror for her. "You sure look different." He says. Sure enough, she looked quite different. "(Oh wow! I look so cool!)" She smiles. Definitely worth the money, she believed.

"Oh man! You look awesome!" Maddy exclaimed. "Makes me want to get my hair done as well." She was only half-joking. She handed Misery back Brick's ball. "I may have to use this service on my own Pokemon. It's totally cool."

Misery takes the ball back and she looks back at the old man. "Well you should probably do it sooner than later... I'm not sure how much longer this place will be open." He sighs. "I don't get very many customers here.... Oh my name is Ernest, and this place is Ego On The Outside... uh... In case you actually cared..." he frowns and sighs again. "(I bet a lot of people from Aqua would be interested in this.)" Misery says to Maddy. "(We should tell them about it!)"

Maddy smiled at the man. "I'll be sure to tell my friends about this service. I'm sure they'll be happy to use it." With that in mind, they left the shop. "Do you still want a pair of earrings?" She asked Misery.

Thanks to that machine she was already wearing some... but she could always use more. "(Yeah okay. I wonder what would look good on me now...)" She asks as she exits the store.
Ernest waves as they leave, his frown turned into a pessimistic smile.

They wandered down the street and soon came across a jewelry store. "Awesome." Maddy said as they entered the shop. Displays littered the store, filled with oodles of shiny jewelery. She walked up a case displaying earrings. "Ooooooh." She said, spotting a shiny pair that would go well with her dress.
