Ummmm... I think so. I'm not clear on exactly what PERL is, so CGI-based would be best.

I've been in Q&A all day, I think I finally found a place for me... get gold and feel helpful.
But now this boy asks me a question in a PM, I type up uber-long answer and he's got PMs disabled. Serves me well...

I'm still on the lookout for others, too. Kari: Now just a template, that'd be a little easier. But if a whole website is your gain... Imma have to pass on that one.
