Dominic barely had time to cheer himself on because as soon as the thought had struck him, a bludger was hurtling his way. Caught up between his jealousy without having Grace to be at his side, he'd almost completely ignored the raging bullet or the game or even his teammates on the field. Whatever it was, something had snapped in him, and revelation struck like lightning. He narrowly avoided her bludger, barely able to whip away to safety. The quaffle flew back and forth, exchanging hands between players. He lost track of it all as he banked hard to the left to swing in rhythm with his target, the raging bludger. Perfectly aligned, he whipped his arm back behind him for as much momentum he could manifest as he aimed right for Chase once again and praying for better luck.

Ver didn't even have time to think as a bludger slammed into her right wrist. She screamed out in pain and tossed her bat to her other hand. Of course, the one time she tries to hit Darius the world is against her. She supposed it was for the best. She didn't want to hurt the Slytherin boy. Never. She groaned and looked around just in time to see a bludger speeding towards Chase. She growled and shot forward, swinging her bat with her left hand, hoping to save her chaser from the bludger, aiming it straight back at Dominic

Narrowing her vision, she tried to focus through the soft winds and frigid snow. Her blonde hair lashed back and forth through her bun, trying to release itself into freedom. She scoured the skies in search of the snitch, dipping and climbing in altitude for a chance at an every point of view possible. She couldn't lie, her hope was beginning to dwindle.

 Great, Amanda thought. Just as she was about to pass the quaffle to Edajin, Chase stole the ball. The win and snow whipped onto the girl's face. Her clothing was already quite soaked, and even hidden away inside a pair of gloves, her hands had turned red due to the cold weather. Amanda couldn't let this be a reason to stop playing or trying, so the fifth year did what she could in these conditions and flew in for a steal.

The next moment, Amanda held the quaffle firmly. She turned around and headed down to the other side of the pitch. There was no way she was going to let Chase, or any of the other chasers, steal this one back. She couldn't! Ravenclaw had to be crushed!

He said snapping at the boy not meaning to but he was stressed, he made a promise to Sun and he wanted to keep it. He gripped his bat and moved to hit a bludger at Chase. โโโ

He gasped, and just at that moment, he lost the quaffle to Amanda. Chase cursed under his breath as he clenched his teeth and bolted after the Slytherin chaser, keen on getting the red ball back.

Ver sighed as the bludger flew past her and slammed into Chase. She growled in frustration and watched as Darius tried to hit Chase to but ended up only hitting himself. She winced for the Slytherin and then sighed. He was aiming at her players, which she realized was his job, but him doing his job meant she had to do hers too. She spun around and chased after the bludger that had hit Chase. She got on the other side of it and aimed it at Darius, swinging hard.

Dominic grit his teeth, a voice lashed forth and struck with static fire. Darius, he barely saw him skirting in his peripherals. "Bloody hell mate, think of the team, not yourself." He snarled from across the pitch. It probably wasn't the best idea, but hell, he hit him! And because of it, they were in possession of the quaffle. His fingers, frozen numb, struggled through fire and ice to keep grip on his broom as he spiralled down the pitch flanking beside his chasers momentarily; it never hurt to be cautious. But he needed to keep to his strategic tactics, regardless of the fueling fire toiling hot on tempered steel as he targeted a rogue bludger and hurled it towards their seeker, Shina.

Of course! His mind spiralled and then, all at once, it just went blank. Like slow motion, he saw the iron orb plummet towards him, slide off the very edge of his slippery bat and roll up at him. It bounced off his forearm, nearly got caught in his soaked robes as it crashed into his chest and then slipped back into the open air. "Gah!" he coughed, doubled over and heaved, gasping for breath.
Every time he talks... Every time...
Will he never learn?

Annabelle cursed,long and hard through the plight of snow drenched through her robes. The cold dripped down her face and she began to regret being too stubborn to get her goggles. She thought it more a hindrance, but after their last game through the blistering rain and wind, well, hell, it helped more than she could have ever guessed... Until now....
Still, she couldn't give up, not with her team depending on her. So she plowed on, ice sliding down her raw, frozen flesh, a frostbite gnawing at her wrists and fingers, threatening to rip the flesh from the bone if she continued on like this.

At a glance backwards, he spotted Rufus, and thought the Ravenclaws would gain more ground if he threw it, rather than snail his way up the pitch. So Chase, without another thought, sent the quaffle flying at Rufus.
