◊❖❖======₪ [Kyla: Narnia: Enclave]₪======❖❖◊ Kyle's question was appreciated. But she let Amy answer and kept her response to herself. That’s when it appeared the attack- or- wait! A limit break! Of course! Smart choice of tactics. When up against an enemy who had the advantage. He had an attack to compensate- but he had to let them deal a good beating before he could launch it.
Fine. the shield may break, but Kyla wasn't going to let Amy or Dani suffer for talking into the trap with her- WHY the HELL did they follow her?! She knew it was a trap and was prepared to deal with the consequences. It wasn't right they needed to get fried-
Speak of being fried- Cory cancelled the BBQ, and sent the dragon packing. The fight was over before it really got serious. Something told her though by the way he reacted- should have sent Fenrir?- they were more then his match. If they held out through his limit break, he would have been theirs. Maybe.
Now staring at the spent Cory on the ground before them, huffing and puffing and spewing his gratuitous insults as always, Kyla sealed her face with that expressionless stare that looked creepishly like her replicas. Well she had to get it from somewhere.
"Obviously-So your half assed thanks can stuff it." She threw the Elixir he had given her before back at him, then turned away from all three of them. Not wanting anyone to see her expression. She was.. angry. Not just angry but- something more than angry. Frustrated, annoyed, all those close relatives of anger were bundled up in the chasm of her chest and making her face hot.
Yes, it was a trap. Yes she got it; YES she went after the biggest a*****e in the history of this whole journey- that includes ANSEM. But she did it anyway. Why?
~ ...Virtue. You don't need a reason to help people.~ Her favourite motto since childhood. The one that inspired her and strengthened her since the first day she heard it. this was the unspoken answer she was trying to find. Tyue's voice cut through the rage that was slowly building and settled her partner’s thoughts and feelings.
~ You did what’s right. Even if not many would help you- but look- some did! Amy and Dani came with you. For you! Whether or not they believe in your decision is irrelevant.~
'..Someone betraying me, and me betraying someone else, have nothing to do with each other. Because in the end what I do is my decision. I won’t let someone else’s foul actions determine my own...if I let every wrong, decide how I treat people, then... I’m no different than my replica.'
~ Love your enemies right? Pray for those who wronged you.~
There. There it was, the definition drawn between them as clear as day. Now her own feelings made sense to her again, and that cloud inside her heart dispersed. She could breathe once more.
Focusing her thoughts into the charm Kyla sent a reply. ' Cory's too wiped to get us back- and I'd prefer Demyx transit anyways- if the Bard is up for it of course? ‘ About to take a wild guess on their location, Kyla suddenly saw the answer manifest a few yards away from her. ’ Judging by the weeping Dryad spirit- we're... in Narnia. Singed trees aside- it's nature still familiar.’ Thank you photographic memory, though she couldn’t calculate to save her life. Though I've not been to this particular spot before.'
Kyla walked over to the ashen tree with its limbs crumbling. Beside it, a ghostly wind taking the shape of a suffering creature, moved wispily around the destroyed trunk. It’s body- normally would have composed of petals of leaves... was brunt foliage and ash.. it opened its mouth in a silent wail as it died and disappeared.

[Dani :: Narnia]
Dani smirked has her enemy received her attack pretty well. She was also happy that Amy’s attack went over just as great. What she didn’t expect was the fire everywhere. Just as she was going to protect herself from the fire, Kyla did it for her. “Now to deal the fin-“Dani cut her thoughts off when Cory appeared and knocked the enemy away.
Now Dani was pissed at Cory mostly because of the fact that he had taken the kill Dani really wanted. What really took the cake was the “obvious trap.” Dani looked over to Kyla and notice her throw an exlir at Cory’s face. “That was really not nice Cory,” Dani said trying to keep a level head, “Also we did know it was a trap, and I didn’t come for you. I came to support a friend. I may not like you, considering that you tried to kill me, but I will always support my friend.”
Dani then heard Kyle inside of her head and was surprised at this new invention. “Yeah we should be fine until then,” Dani said to Kyle, “We tried to take care of the thing that took Cory, but it ran off.”
Dani then walked to where Kyla was, finally noticing the actual tertian around these parts. “You have been here before Kyla?” Dani asked Kyla before reaching out to touch her shoulder. “You must’ve had a good adventure here. Want to tell me what happened while we wait for a way out of here?”

[Cory .:. Narnia .:. Scorched Enclave]
Cory caught the elixir and stared at it for a moment. He really did need it at this point, or to at least accept Amy's offer for healing. But he couldn't bring himself to open the vial, or to simply say "Yeah, heal me up."
The rogue set the elixir on the ground beside him before getting back up on his feet, his shaking legs an obvious sign that he was pushing himself too far. He didn't say anything as he began walking away, not entirely sure where he was going. He just wanted to be alone for a while, and the now scorched Enclave was not the place for that. At least not now. The rogue left the girls alone, vanishing into the burning woods and leaving them to their own devices.

{Genesis, Leon : Village Ouskirts : Clearing}
Genesis was unrelenting in his attack's. He had not noticed Alan just yet, a good thing for the young man. Through Alan's vision he would see dark tendrils surrounding Genesis, granting him strength. He would also see the red energy that emanated from the blade, mixed with black tendrils as well.
He pressed the attack yet again, dashing towards Cloud and bringing the blade down with sufficient force to break through his guard if he wasn't fully prepared for it. More sparks would emit from their blades if they collided again, the sparks also visible to Alan's unique sight.
Leon nodded his head, glad that at last, he seemed to have gotten through to Cloud. There was no chance to form a strategy though, as yet again Genesis came back on the attack, clearly determined to keep them on the defensive. It seemed though, just as Cloud had been obsessed with Genesis, so to was Cloud the rapier wielder's primary focus. Which was good for Leon, it meant that he could get the advantage. As Genesis struck once again at Cloud, Leon charged forward as well and hoped to strike in time to catch the one-winged man off guard.

[Alan :: Village Outskirts - Clearing]
Apparently they hadn't seen him. Good. Alan waited, preparing and gathering his strength, until the moment just before Leon was about to attack. Catching the enemy off guard would be ideal. Alan rounded the tree, moving his arm as if swatting away spider webs - he was trying to quickly dispel the dark tendrils around Genesis, as well as the red energy on his blade. If he could weaken the enchantments right as his foe came in for an attack, Genesis might be caught off-guard enough for Leon to get a solid attack off.
Without even checking to see if counterspell had worked, Alan dismissed Clarity and began chanting. An ominous ball of fire formed above his head . . .

[Laan .:. Flying Dutchman .:. Above Deck]
"Alice?"
The young man called out to the animator from the door leading below deck, his eyes having immediately caught her black hair. A rare smile came over his face, hoping he had gotten his old friend's attention.

[Allice :: Flying Dutchman :: Above Deck]
Alice turned her head to the voice, her vivid auburn eyes coming to rest on Laan. She kept her features neutral as she walked closer to the railing that overlooked the main deck. She summoned a smile of her own easily enough in return. Though she couldn't tell if it was genuine or not.
"Laan," she responded simply, adverting her gaze briefly, just enough to watch Alys waltz through the air before looking back.

[Laan .:. Flying Dutchman .:. Above Deck]
A small, all-black clone of Alys appeared in the air, forming when small globs of darkness slowly materialized and collapsed into one another. The anti-Alys began to dance as well immediately upon formation.
The deathknight watched the two bunnies dance for a moment before turning his attention back to Alice. "So... When did you skip 10 years?"

[Cloud : Hawaii : Clearing]
Cloud had known, and fought, with Leon for years, both in the sparing sense and united against Heartless, and other monsters that threatened Radiant Garden. The Defense Committee was under Leon's control, and although Cloud never actually joined it, he did occasionally help out. One might say they knew each others' fighting style.
Cloud was prepared for it, and what was more, Cloud was prepared to hand it off to Leon. As Genesis' sword descended, Cloud brought his sword up, at an angle, to block; before pressure was fully applied, he stepped to the right, letting Genesis' momentum take both blades to the ground where Cloud once stood. Freed, Cloud rolled aside, leaving Leon with an opening to attack (in theory XD).

[Amy : Narnia : Enclave]
Narnia. . . I'm in Narnia.
Amy looked around, seeing the place in an entirely new light. Cory put the elixer down, and stood; she stood as well. Then he simply walked away. He seemed dejected, and Amy felt an urge to go after him. Something Dani had said stopped her. She turned to the girl, curious.
"Cory tried to kill you?" she asked. She hadn't know about that.
Kyla seemed agitated, and it was more than just the Dryad dieing. It was like viewing a calm sort of thunderstorm to look at her, although that analogy probably sucked. Like she was mad, maybe, and quietly angry, and possessed all the power and ability to go full on rage with thunder and lightning. Or maybe the storm would pass, or already did pass, and the world could expect a rainbow.
Either way, it seemed that Kyla was far more emotionally involved than any of them. Amy looked back to where Cory had disappeared to, wondering about his actions. Was the tough rebel who alternately hurt them and aided them feeling rejected?

[Nick :: Hawaii :: Beach]
Nick landed near the shore with a small grunt, throwing sand up into the air all around him. "ACK! PPBTH. Bleh!" He spat, attempting to remove the many sand particles that had entered his mouth upon landing. He noticed a female with glasses, blinking a few times before making his way towards her.
"...What happened?" The aeromancer asked, not having been here to see everything that had happened. I really need to be with this group more often. I always seem to miss the good stuff whenever I wander away...

[ Kyle ; Sora : Caribbean : Pearl's Lower Decks ]
Kyle continued to nod as he got a number of responses. Jacob, Sora, Noelle, Jenny, and himself made 5 known sea-goers. Kuja, Auron, Prote, Dawn, Quistis, and Louis made 6 that would remain up here, and Anthony said he'd go wherever was needed.
"That's 5 below, 6 above, and 1 indifferent," he muttered, realizing that, to his chagrin, the powerhouses were canons, and they'd remain up here.
That still left two undecided factors.
"And you two?" he asked, glancing to Sayrike and Joe, though his eyes remained on Joe for a bit longer. He had a feeling he knew exactly where Joe would go, but he felt he should ask regardless.

[ Seymour : Hawaii : Beach ]
"Depends on their well-being," Seymour responded to Kyle's question, looking a slight bit annoyed (as annoyed as the Maester could seem, anyway).
Upon Nicholas' arrival, Seymour turned his gaze to the young man. There was a strange gleam in the half-guado's eyes.
"Three of the women were essentially kidnapped through a Corridor of Darkness. We're awaiting their response now," he explained, a slight raised brow as he fully turned to face the young 'Ivalician'.
"You know, Ivalician, you helped me fend off that monstrosity in China yesterday, you have joined with this group and traveled... and yet," he mused, his voice drifting off somewhat, though what he said was loud enough for everyone nearby to hear. "You have yet to give us your name. Seems only right to have formally introduced yourself earlier..."

[Dani :: Narnia] Dani noticed that Kyla was suddenly deep in thought and would give her time to answer the question. Dani then noticed that Amy had asked about her fight with Cory.
“Yes Amy,” Dani responded to Amy, “I was almost killed by him. I thought I told you guys but I guess it didn’t come to mind. When I came out of my caretaker’s house today in this world and tried to defeat the heartless like usual, Cory attacked me because I was destroying heartless. The battle was long and I managed to hop onto some cars in the city. In the end, I got hit by something called a ‘blue rose’ and a power ranger had to save me. I came here anyway to make sure Kyla did not get hurt.”
Dani then turned back to Kyla to see what her answer was to the question.

[The Black Pearl ~ Lower Decks]
Noelle leaned in slightly, a question coming to mind. Kyle was addressing where the earthlings would go, because it was obvious that everyone else couldn't journey under the sea. But, there were beings other than humans in their parties.
"What about Prote?" She spoke up, looking around for him. He wasn't there, "I mean . . . I don't exactly think he breathes air."
"I do not." Prote said as he walked in. "I'm sorry I was not here sooner, I was unaware that we were to meet."
