Matachi shook his head "A puppeteer can only control so much in this case, it seems these men are in another way...able to control themselves but are being used as mercenaries. They way he spoke it seemed that way." He said as he poured Katherine another drink as a new wine bottle was set down on the table

Katherine shook her head slightly. "Paradox and Jack might seem a like but in truth there not. Jack's power.. or persance not his power really because his power is more like the emptyness of power...I know it makes little sense, but its.." She shook her head there was no word for it really. "Paradox on the other hand is not controlled by the act of death but more a decayed since of natural things." She then took a sip of her drink. "Any good group if you take there leader they will fall the problem is despite what is said about me i never killed that fake god."

"It seems that may be true as well. The man called shadow introduced himself as an assasin like myself. But he was actring shrewd and sarcastic. Even in the end he worked his tricks noticing it wasn't even his real body I slain." Zypher sighed and looked up at the cieling finishing his first glass.
"Thank nature that all mercenaries aren't like that." Zypher said sarcastically.
(Zypher doesn't worship gods but nature itself. So he said thank nature...... I think it's funny.)

Matachi nodded "Thirst drained off, there was no time for me destroy his water form, but he had borrowed that form it seems." He said as he downed his other glass seeming to be feeling pretty good as he poured another

Katherine stood then. "I think its time i headed to bed bad enough i fell asleep at my desk." She looked down to Matachi killing the drink. "Make sure he doesn't hurt himself Zypher." She then bent down and kissed Matachi's cheek before leaveing the room. ((going to bed night night guys and btw put up Micon's profile))

"That's the problem with those guys. They seem to be able to become the element they represent. In the case of shadow and thirst at least. Tempest is working on some new poisons that could kill them no matter what form they take after being injected." Zypher said to Mitachi.
"I couldn't kill shadow and he left me pretty hurt after the fight was done."
Zypher watched the queen leave after he spoke. He waved slightly a** he saw her leaving.
"Sleep well." Zypher didn't have to keep an eye on her while she slept now that Mitachi was back. He was thankful for that because now he had to stay in his room since his sister sleeps in the room next to him.

Matachi would get up next "I will be there with you" Matachi said picking Katherine off her feet and taking them down, the boys were moved to a room across theirs and it was alot warmer for the fact it had a cellar fireplace. Matachi carried her into the room and closed the door behind them. ((off to bed))

"Such a funny couple those two." Zypher said putting a cork on the bottle he had. Seeing the little meeting was done he stretched thankful that he had a better idea of things. With that he would put things the way they were. Then he would check on Tempest. He knoked on the door lightly and peeked in. Tempest was already asleep in her bed.
Zypher touched his chest where he was wounded.
"I'll sleep tonight then I should be fully healed tomorrow." Zypher said to himself. He would do just that as well almost as soon as he put his head on his pillow he was fast asleep for the night.
((I'm going to bed now as well. So I'll be back on tomorrow.))

Katherine gave a light smile looking over to Matachi's still sleeping form she then got up washed and changed into a simple blue gown she walked into the main hall first her purple eyes looking around for anyone. No one there yet. She enjoyed those vreif moments when it was just herself in the massive room.

Jack was there, standing a good twenty feet away. He held that serving cloth over his arm like a good little servant. He would bow lightly before speaking. "My Lady. Would you like something for breakfast?"

Katherine turned and gave a slight smie. "You wouldn't do as a usual servant. Come now i am sure you might have a bit of poltical skill." Which would be a nice change for most of the men at court.

Katherine gave a healthy nod at that. "I am sorry." She said shortly not knowing what else to say really the painting had finally been moved from the hall Dialh had it in the libary now.

Matachi would come in later seeming pretty tired, he walked forward and kissed Katherine passionately. He would take her left hand into his as bringing her around into his arms and he wasn't gonna let go
