It's not the first time I've seen someone say they can move faster that people can perceive, but it's still just as irritating.

Or tell him that he moves faster than he can perceive and thusly crashes.

I want to know just how fast something is going to be considered a blur.
I'm pretty sure whatever the speed is, accelerating to it from a stand still would rush the blood to the back of their body. Hopefully hard enough to make their head explode, or something.
