He smiled softly at her and takes another sip, letting the heat of the tea waft thourgh his nostrils. He took a deep breath. "It wasn't your fault, Nyl."

He sighed and shook his head. "No, it wasn't. It was mine for leaving the porch." He looked up at her. "I'm surprised I forgot about the fog."

I think I screwed that up royally...again...
Nyl shook her head, yawning. "We could argue this all night, you know. I, however...would rather go back to sleep..." Nyl's eyelids drooped, and she stared down at the table.

"Yes. But honestly, I think I'm trying to catch up with myself. All the energy I've had to use in the past few days...not to mention the past few months of...of sleeplessness, or...well, anyway. I think I'm trying to synchronize with myself again."

"Well, for three of them I wasn't even here. ...And sleep was hard to come by. And when I did get back...I woke up a lot, during the night." She smiled. "Sleeping like a log now, though."

"Welcome to my world." He said, shaking his head some. Seph stood up on the chair and balanced, picking up his mug. He took a sip, then snapped his fingers, trying to create any kind of spark. He sighed softly. Nope, no Ho. He looked at her and nodded his head to the side.
"Go to sleep, Nyl. You're exhausted."

"Don't let the dojo blow up while I'm sleeping." She ruffled his hair - it was impossible to resist doing that - and walked back out into the main room, crashing onto the same couch she'd woken up on not that long ago.

He nodded. "I'll do my best." He finished his tea, an act that kept him busy for about fifteen minutes. He hopped off the chair, placed the mug in the sink, and moved to the couch he had fallen asleep on. He looked over at Nyl. Seph removed the scarf around his neck, and unraveled it. It became a blanket. He fluffed it a bit, and threw it over Nyl.
"I'll tell you tommorrow, okay..?" He smiled some, picking up his own blanket. Seph crawled onto the couch and pulled the blanket over himself. He wasn't tired, but he felt he needed to collect his thoughts. He took a deep breath, hands behind his head.
