She doesn't have internet in her apartment yet, but my roommate was in a class with her last semester, and just happened to have her mobile email. (Hooray for Norwegian social butterflies.) I got in contact with her, but because we have different carriers, it can get pricey to email each other.

Ahhh, I understand, Prudence. =w= I'm doing homework, too.
My professor just wants us to write a one page paper to demonstrate we know how to do MLA format (and not even correctly. If you only have one page, you don't put your name in the header. And yet, he wants us to.) and he doesn't care what we write on, so I'm just "La la la Taoism and Nirvana la la la~"

I'm just required to learn it now before
we begin fourth year. Our fourth year
high school is equivalent to 1st year
college, you see. We're that advanced.

I had to learn MLA, which they're still teaching me in lower level college courses, in my first year of high school. =D I've had it beaten into me. Which is why APA makes me cry. Why can't everything be MLA...?! ;____;
I had a class last semester that required APA format for the final paper, but then the earthquake happened, and because so many of us went back to our home countries for the rest of the semester, he got rid of the final paper. ;D It was awesome.
