Oh what the ********. I had the same idea for a genjutsu for Katagi that they did in the manga with Izanagi...Albeit a different name, but it was the damned same concept.

It's like an initiation. Also make sure passive understands that their profile needs to be looked over by their kage, not just you.

Also make sure passive understands that their profile needs to be looked over by their kage, not just you. yeah I know, I'm just pming him for help, he wants to make a bat character person with chakra absorption, I suggested Kouri's rikki clan but for chakra absorption..? and I think now would be a good time to bring up this: In the old system theres a chakra absorption skill, but in the new system there isn't? Did kenk just take it out O; P: I'm not filling the application out for him, just suggesting stuff, he already has ideas for himself mrgreen

XD, as far as I know chakra absorption went into the category of chakra control.
