He looked at the pop, then at Ukaia, feeling his blush coming back. "I guess it could not hurt..." he said quietly. He took the pop from her and barely tapped his tongue to the candy.

"You can't taste it like that"s he said smiling athim like he wa sa silly child. she grabbed his hand an pulled the lolly back
"Taste it like this" she said giving the pop a long slowl lick watching him
"See?" she said to him. completely oblivious to anything that might pop ingto his head seeing that..

((in his defense, blayne doesn't know how to deal with girls because he was busy studying magic as a teen...he's only about 18-19 though))
"O-oh," he stammered, watching her as she licked the pop. "Is that the only way to be able to taste it?" he asked, trying to not fidget when she had pulled his hand along with the pop.

"Alright, if you say so," he said, bringing the pop to his mouth and licking it slowly, exactly the way she had shown him. The shock of cherry surprised him, his eyes going very wide. "It tastes really good!" he exclaimed, looking between the pop and Ukaia.

"A-actually, I had dinner while in town," he said apologetically. "But something small would not be bad." He put the pop in his mouth and sucked on it a bit as he thought. "Perhaps just some toast and jelly."

When Ukaia set the toast down, Blayne nodded his thanks and picked up the toast. "Thank you, both for this and the pop. Seems I am learning about several new things today," he said, before taking a bite.

"I should do the same as well," he said, pushing the last bit of toast and jelly into his mouth. "That really was what I needed." He stood up and carried the plate to the kitchen. As he rounded the bar, he stretched his arms above his head and yawned. "I hope you have a pleasant sleep, Miss Ukaia," he said, bowing to her, then picked up his book. "Good night." He bowed a second time, then turned and climbed the stairs.
