So for the past 2 weeks I've been twitching, because I like to change my avi almost every time I log on. So, now that the contests have been extended again... will it count against me to change my avi?

*sigh* I just blew 12000 of my gold on the Lusty Scoundrel... It appeals to my inner romance addict... and yes I do read those... But honestly I bought it for the sunset back ground and the whole 'hair blowing in the wind' thing... I think it's cool... but now I have... 4,900 gold... yikes... I wish I could get some work... I joined the gaia job center to get artist work and I haven't gotten any jobs since I was hired by Transcendent Illusions, and they are having a slow time, so I'm not getting paid.

I was having a fantastic day until I heard it on TV...Bernie Mac is dead! This is a sad day indeed. He was fantastic! I remember watching Badder Santa the other day and commenting to my brother that he was one of the people I'd cry over when they died.

Mia, you should have told me you wanted it. When I have gold, I have no problem gifting an item over. ...When it first came out I was loaded. ...then I gifted a bunch of things to my husbands account.
Kirby, I found out about Bernie Mac from one of my customers last week at work. Talk about waking up in the morning. (She was my first customer of the day.)

Angel, it's alright if you aren't all that active, we aren't going to go after you with torches and pitchforks, we like you too much!
*sigh* First Heath Ledger and now Bernie Mac... Why is it that all these people are dying right after I find out I think they're cool?!
But what happened to him? I haven't been able to get the internet to load anything about it...
And thank you for the generosity, Padfoot, but it's ok... I don't mind spending my money, and I didn't want anything else at the time, I have the only item that was on my wishlist (my new little black bat is so cute!) I have an animal lover avy now, hee hee!
And I changed mine just because I was going insane wanting to change her.. *sigh* on myspace, I used to change my profile everyday. Now, I change my avy everyday... I suppose I'll have to change her back though, huh?

Yes, very sad indeed. First Heath and now Bernie. I'm just praying that no one else I like dies! I won't say any names in case I jinx them!
I was watching TV when I heard, and since I have a DTV box, which isn't as great as they say, the channel was messing up. I managed to hear that he had a disease and during the Bernie Mac show sometimes, he'd have to use his oxygen tank in between takes. He died of lung or heart failure I think, not entirely sure.
The part that got to me was that his wife was holding his hand and said something along the lines of "Come back to me..." right before he died.

I'm kinda wondering what everybody thinks of my art? I drew this when I first joined on this account, but had no scanner, finally got it scanned today, resized it and I colored it in MS Paint.  I know the hand and eyes are kinda messed up, I tried! sweatdrop

Everyone please read the fallowing.
I will be gone from today(8/13/0 cool , until this Saturday maybe Sunday. I'm telling you all this since I'm Prefect, and our Head of House Aquajade is on hiatus for the time being.
In two weeks school starts back up for me as well, so I might be harder to reach if you have any concerns. So please pm me any questions, or concerns for at the very least I'll check my messages everyday.
Also I'd like to remind you all that the Haven is a literacy guild. We encourage more then one sentence responses, thanks, its just a reminder.
Have a great couple of days, I wont be leaving until later in the day so I should be on this afternoon.
Mia, and Minerva my lovely veterans I leave you two in charge. Make sure they all get there assignments done, and brush there teeth. Mamma Gryff needs a vacation! *Laughs*
You heard me everyone listen to them, for now they hold my crown, plus they've been around longer then me.

Oh, you're probably talking about me when you say you encourage lengthy responses. Forgive me, I don't know where my brain was at that time...most likely asleep since I was forcing myself to stay up last night to watch the Olympics! Well worth it, I might add!
