You'll get used too it.*Ali spun around facing her and took a step back, sitting himself down onto the cliff edge afterwards and resting his chin in his left hand. Watching her.* In my world, it is not so unusual.

She watched him move with quiet curiosity - he seemed to be acting odd .. all this to cheer her up? Interesting if nothing more. She gave a small smile as he finally found a resting point. "Previously .. most would rather see me go from their sight rather than give a second glance or show any acknowledgment of my presence. Other than my master .. father .." she said, looking away from him to the ocean again, pondering her thoughts more.

You think too little of yourself.* Ali smiled a little wider at her, chucking a small pebble at her as punishment for thinking that way about herself.*

"Do I? Hey .." she stopped talking when the pebble hit her leg. Though it did not hurt, she rubbed her leg where it hit as it left a sensation more than a pain. "Why did you do that?"

To make you stop thinking so little of yourself.* Ali snickered a abit as he picked up another pebble, studying it for a few moments before his eyes looked back at her.* Tell yourself that you are a wonderful woman or I'll toss this one at you as well.

"That is ridiculous." she said softly. She didn't care if he threw more pebbles at her, she knew exactly where she stood in the world.

Yes, It is.* Ali smiled even wider as he chucked the pebble at her again, picking up a new one.* If you say it, I will stop however.

"I am Ziven." she said simply, still frowning slightly. "And no amount of .. pebble throwing will do any sort of good."

Fine, At least you've stopped being humble all the time.* Ali laughed a bit and chucked the pebble over the cliff, standing up afterwards and brushing off the dust on his pants.*

"It was taught to me that being humble is a good thing .. do you believe it is not? And what has changed in my actions recently to bring this to your attention?" she asked, tilting her head with curiosity. She was more curios about him, his actions, his needs than her own and hoped this meant they could now move on since he stood, reading his body language, taking this as a sign he too wished to move forward.

You used to say sorry or my apologies all the time, it was getting so irritating. That is something you don't do so often anymore.* Ali rolled his shoulders a bit after his words, it was true. She had gotten more of a back bone so to speak and a tougher attitude, yet she still hade the little something that made her Ziven.*

"I see .. yes, I suppose that is true. All my experiences here have been interesting. I feel different than I had before arriving. No matter what the lead up for others to become part of this place .. they are all far more accepting of differences than those I had met previously in other places." she said softly, thinking back on times before here. "Before .. everywhere I would go, it was as if this little dark cloud were following me, letting people know I was different and because of that they immediately would dislike or fear me. Judge me before they got to know me. Yes, those days seem to be in the past but they affected me so strongly."

There are a lot of people that judge like that, believe me I know this first handedly.* Ali snickered after his words, it was true most thought that just because Ali was friends with Yawg and Crow and had a blunt and somewhat rude attitude, then he was nothing but trouble and walked around eating children or something. It was kinda hilarious once you thought about it.*

She smiled brightly and rolled to her back, now wanting to watch the clouds in the sky instead of the movement of the water. "Mmm, I would not doubt there are some out there that think you are evil to the core, going off in the night to steal children and livestock." she said with a giggle.

'ah, this place feels much nicer... great for practicing a few ancient powers i haven't mastered yet...' he thought to himself as he laid on his belly at the cliffside he had reached after ealking for a while, he put his tome down beside him and started waving his arms a little in front of him, causing a small green aura to form over the cliffside 'I wonder if there are any dragons here outside of the promised lands... I mean, it's the main reason why I left, so i could meet one... '
