xXxSierra_UzumakixXx Sorry for aasking a stupid question, but I can't find the link/thread to where it says the chakra limit for being a Genin, to where you have to take the exams before you can learn anything else. Is there a thread for that, or am I hallucinating? No, you are not hallucinating, but if you read the Shinobi Handbook when you first entered the guild, it should be somewhat familiar to you. The information you are looking for should be in Chapter two. No question is too stupid to ask, just so you know. Hope this helped.

Hey, when making a Katana in Hidden Katana
Right you get to find a picture for what it looks like
Can i like add a Lava Steel to make it indestructible to any fire element or maybe just make it stronger so it's hard to break.

Sliver Queen Is there any sort of policy on combining multiple smaller abilities into a larger made-up? Especially if it includes a clause that only one can be used at a time? I'm thinking of making a made-up based on the ten factions of the Ravnica block from Magic the Gathering. Each one having a temporary ability, and an item with a themed ability. (Boros being a temporary defensive boost, and a ring that turns into a flaming sword, for instance.) If only one can be used at a time, would I be able to combine any or all of these into a single made-up, or would it have to stay as ten different ones? Submit this made up to be reviewed

Deathrider888 Hey, when making a Katana in Hidden Katana Right you get to find a picture for what it looks like Can i like add a Lava Steel to make it indestructible to any fire element or maybe just make it stronger so it's hard to break. You can pick fire to be your emitter and then submit that one of the made ups for the blade is a fire immunity for the blade

Can I host an exam in like a week for Jounin and then one for Chuunin at the same time? The Jounin exam having a longer duration so the brave of heart can just roll into Jounins if they so desire? I'll be active in keeping up with the exam, I promise. Really, I will. So can I, huh, CAN I? 4laugh -mostly directed towards Drago but other mods can answer- We just haven't really had any in timely manner so I figured I'd lend a hand. If there is a mod that doesn't plan to particpate then I can run the idea for the exams by them and they can manage it if they feel up to it. Just want the exams to happen again.
And if there are three ROTS ninja's and one puddle but one of the ninja's missing, where is he? -anyone can answer this-

Serious question: If one of my rpc gets zapped completely by a Data Drain from Hidden Fragment by one of my other rpc and slips into a coma with no means to act or come out of it... do I get to make a new character? Is that considered cheating? Just curious. Haven't done it. Thought about it, thought it was cheating, and did something else. But I couldn't help but wonder. What do you peeps think? Cheating, right?

I have few questions I can think of at the moment.
1. First if you learn the extra techniques in the academy such as weight sparing do they count toward your chakra max as a academy student or genin and the like?
2. In hidden alchemy are the various techniques of the seal master grouping subject to a clan as some of the text is purple and I wanted to make sure they weren't miss colored.
3. I'm sure its not the case but do words out side of post threads count towards anything?

Oh Yeah I need to still color that. But yes those techniques or at least some of them are clan. 3. No. If I understand your question right

I have another question.
I have an idea for an uzumaki clan that is based off of a seal idea. who would I pm to work out all the kinks as I know it needs help and I wanted to start working on it now with someone so that later I can enjoy being part of the clan.

Cheating, right? You can host sure. I think lala had some ideas but they are for chunin. Your character is in a coma... I guess it's not cheating to bring them out of it.

As far as I know, all of the medical techniques are only restricted to going medical specialist, which could be any clan or village. Beyond that, I'd say to doublecheck Kabuto's clan in Sound, or maybe poke around in Hidden Heaven or Time.
