Stray_Dog I'm torn between having him reply and having him just rush Grundy whilst foaming at the mouth. I think I should sleep on it. Everything I've come up with for the past few hours has been corny or dispassionate. And that's what makes you a good writer. It's kinda funny though that Psyche saw Robin go down but not Silvia, and Match saw Silvia but not Robin, they must have tunnel vision or something xd Incidentally, kudos on not getting sidetracked. wink

I think I toned down the cornyness to an acceptable level.
I think, or rather I hope, that it's now around the level of Inigo Montoya's confrontation with the six-fingered man in The Princess Bride. "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
Of course, Match isn't consciously acknowledging that he wants to kill Grundy. He's trying to cling to that last vestige of goodness, trying to think of it as justice and not just revenge.
Anyway, lets roll.

Is it ok to have Psyche pick up robin and get him to safety? Perhaps she could realize just how young he is (seeing as she's never gotten that close to him in the past due to his personal space and all) would that ruin any plans?

No problem for me, and the first time she gets a good look at him would make for an interesting read smile
Edit: You know it occurs to me that Robin is probably bleeding a little at this point, I mean punch your hand through a window and you get cut on the glass, right? And Robin just went through head first. eek

Ooooooohhhh FFFFFFFfff idea! so what if his mask got ******** up and she saw part of his face but like...covered it up to respect him?

It's certainly believable that the fall could have knocked his mask askew, especially since he fell on it, though I'm not sure if I want his secret identity to be exposed yet. I do like that mask though, and it would be effective if you think about it; the points and such would really distort the shape of his face and film would hide the color of his eyes. That combined with the change in his hair would make him seem different even to someone who spends time with him in or out of costume.
