If you'd have me, i'd still run the hollows. If not, then i understand....though unfortunately i've lost all of my post structures when my computer went blah... so i shall have to redo the one i was working on for here.

I will accept all of you, though Vizards need to be tweaked. No offense, Heru, but I had complaints as to how it all works with your descriptions, so I'm going to institute a more effective method, one I've used before.
As for the lot of you, you're all accepted into your rolls. I will be removing a race or two, but that's fine. I will remove several locations, but each race will continue having their own nation. However, each leader will be expected to participate in random events until the true threat of the storyline comes out.
We need Active Members, and junk. I will be setting up something I am doing in another guild, a system of team members with Vice Captains each assigned a specific job and the crew being divided amongst them. However, unlike what I am doin in the other guilds, I won't require you to give up your positions. But I will make sure that the other leadership positions are given to members only.

Gah, I wished the government worked like that xD Anyways...-salutes- I say we just get rid of old posts and just start fresh in posting...I dont think I want to keep Ozoke (Vizard leader) in hiding anymore.

Aye captain! I'm here and reporting to duty! Let's get this ship off of the ground, shall we?
I also approve greatly of some of the changes you've made. Rp based rewards helps to balance out the combat based advancement system, and pulling the staff out of the game helps since now we don't have one super god like leader person with a ton of low levels, which mucks up rp a little. A leader is more genuine when the players can rebel.
Which im service are we using?
If it's up for any form of vote, i put my vote for skype because of the group moderation. If not, i will download anything you need me to.

I'm unsure yet. I will likely take out the Literacy Ranks for the time being, and I will allow mods to play a character that is either an Auto-Ranked Antagonist, or a new character at the lowest rank. However, I will still desire that none play leadership positions, though not demand it.
Skype would be a good choice.

D:< A word of note sir, is that quoting that a second time does not in fact, notify us. exclaim The classes thing is a bit dodgy, but I think that it could have appeal. Perhaps some traditionalism? By that, I don't mean forcing Japanese culture and name elements on people like shinigami or vizards, or Spanish themed names for arrancar (because Kubo didn't stick to that), or Spanish theme named zanpakuto (which he did). What I do mean though, is a lack of vizards or hollow elements within the shinigami ranks. If a shinigami possessing hollow powers is a violation of the noted rules, then it's direct defiance, or in some cases, insubordination. There aren't many guilds that actually care to deter people from "deviating" from the norms, so it might be something that sets this guild apart?
