Tokeru kept on running after her, following her through the streets. He didn't want to tackle her to the ground again, or order her to stop, so he did the only thing he could think of.

Tokeru lept off the ground and grabbed Ediths arm, pulling her into the air after him. He held onto her with both arms as she squirmed and tried to get away, to no avail.

His arms were locked with one another and nothing short of a bulldozer could seperate them, that and by this point, they were a few hundred feet off the ground.

Tokeru kept flying, not stopping for fear she would take off again when he landed. "Edith, I don't know what you're thinking, but you never hurt me. You didn't hurt anyone, you just needed blood, so I freely gave it to you. I told you I would do anything, and now I need to change that. I will do anything for you, but leave you to struggle with your personal demons alone. We need each other Edith. I need you, and you need me. We need to overcome our demons together, and nothing can stop me from doing that for you."

He forced her to look at him, sadness rimmed his eyes. "My little temptress, never believe that you can hurt me. Never believe that good things can come from you leaving me alone. I love you, and I will never leave you alone during your battles, and I never want you to leave me alone."

Tokeru smiled sadly. He hugged her closly.

"Edith, you are not dead. You are not. I love you, I will never leave you alone. If you pump yourself full of UV, i will revert to what I was. I hated myself that way, but I will be full of anger and hatred, the only emotions I had before. I will return to the self destructive suicidal behavior I used before I met you. I love you Edith, I do."

Tokeru smiled as he felt Edith kissing him. His mood brightened and he wanted to cheer her up even further. "Hey, if ever you get hungry, we can always go for more cake." He grinned suggestively, telling her that he really hoped they would.

"Oh right, we need to go talk to your brother right? We should probably get to that."

Fate appeared discreetly on the rooftop of an apartment building. There was a couple sitting out, who would probably be heading in for more than just a bite to eat soon. She sighed a little, not wanting to do away with both of them. They were young, and at first, seemed nice.
The guy appeared to be pressuring the girl to do something, and she verbally refused. He continued, and began getting a little too fresh with her. Fate scowled.
Having enough of the shananagins, she intruded upon the conversation. To say the least, the two were shocked upon turning around. Fate was far from human at the moment. Smiling slyly, she told the boy, "Stop harassing girls. Karma catches up to you." When she'd completed her last syllable, Fate's pale, petite hand shoved him over the side. The girl to her right, shocked and mortified, screamed with horror filled eyes. Fate quickly clasped a hand over her mouth. In the silence, the shattering of skin and bone could be made out beautifully.
In the young lady's eyes, there were tears of fear. Fate smiled, and pressed a finger to her own lips, indicating silence. The girl in her arms trembled. "This will only hurt for a moment, love. Sit back and enjoy it." This girl didn't deserve to die, and Fate was only somewhat thirsty..now. She would draw a pint from the boy below later.
Fate carefully dug her fangs into the girl's neck, and she whimpered and wailed through Fate's hand. Within a few moments, the girl's features had changed. They were more pale, less warm..dead like. The girl had ceased with fear, and even feeling altogether. Fate released her mouth, and then her body. "How do you feel?" The girl hissed slightly, and stared downward, glancing at the place where her boyfriend had landed. "Don't worry, you'll learn to love this."
Fate appeared beside the boy, and in her flask, drew what blood was left within the corpse. From above, a new child of the night began planning her night.

She was about to speak, when her phone began vibrating. Pulling it out of a strap next to her magnum on her thigh, she flipped it open, reading the message Will had sent to the Hunters. Looking over at Krii, as he would have gotten the same message, she motioned for the waiter to put the rest of their food to go. "Come on you," she said as she stood, grabbing the bags from the waiter and waiting for him. "You think they are getting married already?"

'Kinda quick, really.' Sethe replied. 'Oh well. Guess that eliminates a double wedding option.' he said, smiling. 'When should we set the date for?' he asked, taking the boxes the waiter provided. He took one last bite, and started shovelling his food into the take out trays.

Standing, he picked up both boxes, and put his hand out to help her up. 'Shall we go, then?'
