Having fought with the pure skinned female on two seperate occasions now, Alyxander was not caught by surprise by her approach. Should she lean enough against his back she would feel the press of the barrel of one of his M1912's, which he had drawn with his right hand and curled around his body to the left, within his jacket, so that it now pointed out from under his left armpit.

"Well if it isn't little miss whatshername..." The Inquisitor sneered, another slow drag of his cigerette soon to follow. He tried to hide his annoyance that as yet, he still did not know her name, unlike her husband she had been rude enough to not be forthcoming with it. "And to what do I owe this unexpected... pleasure..."

He willed himself not to cringe under her cold touch, his disdain for the undead as potent as the silver that lined his weaponry. He sipped his whiskey and shrugged his shoulders slightly, his trigger finger getting... itchy.

"So... there a reason you're touching me..."

Caelan did indeed feel the press of the weapon and grinned though he couldn't see it. Her nose nuzzled against his ear much like how she might have treated a lover and he would have felt her breath, deathly cold against his skin when she spoke.

"Thought I'd go out for a drink.. and who do I find? None other than my favorite Inquisitor. Out for the same reason or are we sniffing around for information again?" She asked with a taint of poison to her words. She already knew the answer. It had to have been the latter else he would have put a bullet in her side by now.

Her fingers came up and stroked against his chin, and then slowly removed his glasses, toying with them.

"I thought I could try being.... nice.... for a change." The word seemed almost difficult for her to say, and it was uncertain how long this nicety would last before the dynamic of the meeting changed for the deadly.

The Inquisitor clenched his teeth as she stroked his face, removing his glasses. He was uncharacteristically passive towards this treatment, though likely due to his own embarrassment. His eyes closed, he concentrated on refusing to let his cheeks flush, knowing how much pleasure the evil woman would take if she could somehow know he had been weak enough to have an... erotic... dream about her.

"Nice huh? Perhaps you could give me back my glasses then, that would be nice. Plus, you could always return the nicety of common courtesy, and actually tell me your name..."

He motioned to the stool beside him for her to sit, it wasn't that he wanted to play along so much as he wanted her to move off of him, his embarrassment growing harder to hide.

"I could tell you my name, yes. But really that wouldn't be any fun for me since you clearly want to know it." With her chest pressed quite firmly against his back, she brought her other hand up and tried on his glasses for herself. Having apparently decided they were not quite her style, she slipped them back over the bridge of her nose and sighed.

Leaning in far too close for comfort and expecting to be shot at any moment, she nibbled on his earlobe and grinned once more.

"So tell me.. any particular reason why your heart is beating so much faster...?"

Overstepping her bounds by quite some distance, one of her hands came to rest on his thigh.

"I'm beginning to think you're enjoying the attention.... Not get much action from the ladies usually?"

As the canite spoke her filthy words, not knowing how much hurt she would cause, Alyxanders teeth clenched so tightly that he bit through the butt of his cigerette. As it fell the the counter, his mind swam with images of his wife, dying in his arms, and how by some cruel fate, in her pale canite form, she bore more than a slight resemblance to the woman who tormented him now.

As the gnashed cigerette fell to the bar, orange cherry splintering on the wood surface, he squeezed the trigger of his machine pistol, a good five to eight rounds tearing out through his coat point blank at the ivory womans midsection.

Caelan had expected it eventually, and felt him tense as she spoke, knowing she had pushed a little too far. So when he squeezed the trigger and began to fire she managed to move quickly enough so that only two of the bullets pierced. They didn't hit anything particularly vital, however they did ruin a perfectly good corset. Sinking to the side slightly, Caelan laughed as shadow wormed its way into the punctures and began to retrieve the foreign objects from her flesh.

"Oh my my my.... so quick to shoot! Is the concept of foreplay lost on you entirely Alyxander?" Caelan chided, clucking her tongue at him as the room grew substantially darker.

The Inquisitor rose silently and stoicly, his pistol slid slowly back into its holster. He downed the last of his whiskey and turned to face her drawing his silver broadsword slowly from its sheath.

Spinning the blades handle Idly in his hand, the room around him grew lighter, as his holy aura began to flare up. He took a step to advance, but as she made her snide remark he ceased. Pausing uncomfortably he slid his glasses up the bridge of his nose, resetting them as he bannished futher memories of his filthy dream from his mind. It had taken a cold shower and many a prayer that day to make him feel absolved from his subconcious act of weakness, and as the woman was before him once more she was certainly not making it easy on him.

"I take no fun from this as you do monster, weeding your kind out is nothing but my duty, so please, allow me to apologise if you don't have any fun whilst I kill you..."

Alyxander was fairly confident. He had seen a large measure of what she could do, at least so he thought, her husband was the real worry, but neither he nor another of his clan were here. He could finally make an example of this wretched female, and perhaps even get some of the information he had been looking for. His time spent in the company of the society, as detested as it was to him, had shown him many ways to make a canite talk...

*Sat in the booth away to the side, Seraphim hadnt moved a centimeter. But he;d taken everything in.
Until shots had been fired, he'd not even glanced Caelan's way but AFTER that initial violence had been initiated....

Beneath the table, the dragon like shadows he kept around him snapped and writhed until finally, he tuned her handsome face towards the ruckus, though his shades remained firmly in place, hiding the indigo tint around his bright eyes as he watched.*

Swords are so much more chivalrous. Good evening miss.

*Seraphim knew PERFECTLY well who Caelan was, but he wasnt about to be rude enough to ruin her game with the human and reveal her name to him in her stead.*

If the man continues to be so impolite as to harm you for WHAT you are when he's a*****e deep in Cainite turf, do feel free to let me know. I would be more than glad to lend you a hand.

*Not least of which because, akin to his twin, Sera had a little something it should be impossible for Cainites to have. A something which normally made any form of priest question his belief in the nature of the world when confronted with it. Indeed, at the very least... Sera did not seem at all bothered at being in the presence of someone with faith.*

"Good evening" Caelan repeated, ignoring Alyxanders typical piece of dialogue about how they were all monsters and he wanted nothing more than to erase them from this earth, so on and so forth. With a little bow of her head she acknowledged Seraphim's greeting and offer and should she find herself in over her head she would certainly take him up on it.

"I appreciate the offer and may take you up on it.. depending on how much of a fool Alyxander here is willing to be tonight." Her icy gaze fell back upon the inquisitor but only for a brief moment as his blasted aura came into play, making her shrink away lest she stupidly blind herself. Shadow slid up her arms, rising from the floor beneath her and the dark symbols that whispered beneath her skin, a trait that was not born of her Clan, gathered towards her face. Blackness lensed over her eyes, taking away some of the pain of looking directly at him and so she turned her head back in his direction. It hurt, however, his faith made her incredibly uncomfortable and she ground her teeth together in annoyance.

However, it seemed she had stumbled onto something from the quickening of his pulse, and the way he had paused only briefly as she uttered filth at him. Pale lips split into a grin and began to move again.

"I wonder if you really want to kill me...." Mused the Cainite, the darkness that had collected in her palm taking form and developing mass as something used the medium to move from the other side to this one. Caelan had become quite accustomed to moving objects in such a fashion, and as this particular object-a black broadsword cast in an unnatural metal-was alive... all she had to do was call to it. Cthillde, the weapon she so rarely wielded as she was loathe to the nuance of close combat, took shape in her right hand as she spoke.

"I'm starting to think you've become too fond of me to finish me off.. Alyxander..." The way she said his name was almost taunting. She knew his and he did not know hers after all.

"I wonder.." She began, walking to the side, dragging the tip of the blade along the floorboards as she moved, her eyes staying upon him. "Are you jealous of Azrael..?" Her tongue ran over her lips and an incredibly perverse expression crawled across her features.

"Do you wonder what it's like...? A cold body next to yours..?"

"We don't have to stop to catch our breath..."

The Inquisitors gaze flicked to the man with purple hair who had spoken to his prey, and he raised an eyebrow. He couldn't make much of him from here, but he certainly seemed... different. He was used to this on DeSeer turf however, and he paid the mans threats no mind, if he interfered he would simply have to be dealt with also.

He gripped his sword tightly as the pale woman returned her attention to him, and found himself blushing once more as she directed another barrage of filth his way. He grit his teeth, and they ground audibly enough to be heard over the low hum of the taverns lighting.

"Silence filthy harlot! Just what I'd expect from one of your kind!"

In his anger, his free hand rose, and he drew a large cross in the air with his palm, white trails of light forming in its wake. Once drawn, he thrust his palm outwards, and the white cross of holy energy burned towards her through the air, scorching the floor as it went. He knew she had seen this technique before, but it was used now more to let off steam than as a legitimate attempt at victory.

He waited to watch her movements to evade, and fired off a second towards her, this time ducking low and running to follow it. As he began to close the gap between them he leapt high into the air, flipping forwards so that his feet hit the ceiling. He pushed off hard with his feet, using the momentum to spring board himself towards her once she had dodged the second projectile, his sword swinging in a mighty horizontol arc.

"So you've thought about it then have you?" Caelan quipped back wearing a severely perverse expression. She could only laugh as he blushed and used one of the tricks he had before.

Still laughing, well really it was closer to cackling at this point, she used a technique she had picked up from Azrael and flash stepped out of the path of the holy cross. Her image flickered and came back into focus several feet away, only for him to attack again. This time she would not give him the pleasure of an easily predictable location and her body moved rapidly downwards, diving into the shadow that had been congealing at her feet.

The cross burned past, leaving him with nothing but air to strike at. Caelan shadow stepped out from behind him, as he was making his horizontal strike, and should he have put too much momentum into a forward motion, he would have a difficult time deflecting the stab she took at him from behind, her own dark blade gripped in her hands.

"So tell me.. when you think about me.... when you think about.. us... what am I wearing?" Asked the Lasombra, only assuming that it was she he fantasized about. If not, he'd sure as hell be thinking about it now, as the concept had just been introduced.

With his target vanishing before he sprang from the ceiling, the sword swing was not needed, and therefore not implemented. As he landed from his downward leap, he shrugged his shoulders sharply, his arms crossing across his chest, and he collapsed from the landing into a forwards roll. The shrug of his shoulders left his long white coat behind, which would now be skewered by her blade, and as he rose from the roll, he grinned, discarding the pins from his crossed hands.

"Don't flatter yourself..."

It was then the grenades in his coat would explode...

Caelan hissed and dropped the blade but not quickly enough. Bringing her arms up to cover her face, the force of the blast sent her flying backwards, crashing into an adjacent wall. Slumped against the floor for a moment, the bloody mess that was now her arms began to heal quite rapidly as she rose to her feet.

A hand outstretched and the blade, unscathed from the explosion, came singing towards her until its hilt was back within her grasp. The humming metal seemed to turn back towards Alyxander with a mind of its own. Brushing her hair away from her face Caelan smiled broadly, revealing pointed twin canines.

"Azrael then? Is he more your taste..?"
