Corinne happened to be taking a short cut through the subway to elsewhere when a familiar aura came within her radius and even caused her to stop in contemplation. Elyan was back. Where he'd gone was a mystery to her but even so she couldn't deny the feeling within her that she was glad he'd made it back. Almost before she knew or realized it she was making her way toward his aura. It was somewhere within the subway system and soon enough she would locate it and be able to see what had become of him. Had she possessed a heart it would likely be beating at an accelerated rate.
It only took a few moments to locate him and soon enough she was behind Elyan. She waited there for the hint of a moment and then began speaking, an amused tone to her otherwise monotonous voice that was lined with her Finnish accent. "Good to see you are alive and apparently well, Elyan. It's been a while. I thought you'd perhaps left the city for elsewhere."

Darksithoverlord (enters) James walked slowly, it had been a very long time since he'd last been here. He woundered what had ever happened to the wolf he'd met her that night. The one that he'd choosen not to kill. A first for him. But now James was here alone and simply tired. He took a long drink from a brown bag that clearly held a bottle in it. He leaned against the wall as he lost balance. Then he slowly slid down the wall and simply sat on the ground leaning against it. The room seemd to spin for a bit then settled again. The world through his eyes spun a lot these days. He had only two things he worked towards anymore. One, killing wolves and two, finding a vampire strong enough to help him kill a special wolf. The multi-coloured wolf's tail began wagging as she picked up a familiar scent though she frowned when she detected the overly sharp smell of liquor. She'd tasted the stuff once when she'd been accidentally captured where people had the intentions to make her their trophy and while out of her cage and in their cellar, she'd stumbled upon a few bottles of beer. They hadn't given her any water so she'd cracked the bottles open and had tasted the liquid, finding it to be very unpleasant.
Almost as if her timing had been in anticipation of James' thoughts, the wolf came upon her wolf friend and she happily huffed and walked up to him. She was quick to get in his face and invade his personal space, licking his cheeks and moving back almost as quickly to sit on the ground in front of him. Her lavender eyes were flickering with her youth and with her excitement to see her long lost friend in New York again.
~James! I thought I recognized your scent.~
The wolf's tail was wagging almost out of control and it was evident she was having difficulty sitting in one place. She wanted to leap and bound around for joy and her huffing never ceased, her pink tongue showing as she did so. She was very glad to see her friend again and eager to see what he was up to.

James frowned and squinted. He knew this dog felt familiar. Dog? I cant feel dogs.... Then she talked in his mind. "W-what?... " He shook his head trying to clear it, but today he'd drank a lot and his body, while better then normal human was still working through the booze. He swayed slightly as he leaned up straight. "wh-....whut errr you....heh little duggy." He reached out a hand, it was red with blood as he reached out to pet her, but it wasnt his blood. It smelled of youth and wolf. James, while he looked young did not smell young.

Sibyl's muzzle managed to turn upside down into a frown of sorts and she tilted her head to the side and stared at James in utter confusion for a few moments. Her instincts told her that something was wrong and that James wasn't himself. This wasn't because of Charlie but because he was acting strange for some reason. She didn't understand why he didn't recognize her or why he thought she was a dog. James of all people knew a wolf when he saw one, she knew that he hunted them though he'd made an exception of her for some unexplained reason.
Her nose scrunched up almost in a gesture of digust the moment James suggested that she was a dog. It was pretty clear the wolf was offended by his suggestion and she wasn't afraid to correct him. How could he mistake her for a dog? He'd known her for quite a while before he'd disappeared and she didn't look anything like a dog. She was a pure wolf, born with the heart of an animal. People could usually sense that within her and tended to avoid her because of it. They knew she was wild somehow, untamed, not concerned with society's standards.
~What? I'm not a dog! I'm a pure blooded wolf!~
When he reached out a hand to pet her her instincts told her to avoid his touch though her curiousity overrode her instinct to flee and she instead sniffed his hand. She could smell the young lycan blood on it and she snorted for a moment and bumped his hand away with her snout. She then proceeded to lick it, intending to clean him off. He was an absolute mess.
~Why do you have blood all over you, James? You're a mess.~

James pulled his hand away in slow motion like moving through water. "Wolf? da-hic-m wolfs...." He reached in his coat and pulled the bottle out, leveling it at her like a gun. He chuckled and jerked his hand up. "Pakooo....dead..." He almost fell onto his side but managed to sit up right. He turned the bottle upside down so the liquor poored out on the ground. "Here wolfy wolfy...you much be thursty huh boy?..." He smilled wide, his teeth while normally clear and nice looking where mostly red or a dark red in color. The mixed scent of blood and booze drifted from his mouth.

The wolf stared at James in utter confusion as he decided to pull his hand away from her and in even more confusion as he pointed the bottle at her as though to use it as a weapon. Her instincts instantly screamed at her to put some distance between them since the bottle was lingering in the air as if it were a threat of some sort. However, soon enough the drunken man dumped the contents of the bottle onto the ground and the wolf ventured over to it to inspect it with her nose. She took one whiff of the liquid and snorted rather loudly and shook her head from side to side, her ears creating a flapping noise as she did so.
~I do not have a need for your tainted water but thank you ... It's very unpleasant and it makes my stomach feel odd.~
It was clear the wolf was beginning to get a little unnerved as her fur bristled slightly and her haunches tensed as if she was preparing to flee at any moment. James was not acting like himself at all, something was making him act different and she was starting to wonder if it had anything to do with the liquid he was drinking. It smelled really bad though he seemed to like it. However, he also didn't seem to recognize her at all which disappointed the wolf slightly.

An unnerving chuckle sounded from the james and he stood up suddenly. " Well here there... Doooooogggee...." the higher pitched voice of Charlie came out as if he was using a microphone and James was the speaker. James grinned and pulled his hat off, tieing the long hair back. "LLLLLLong .....t....t...time noooo seee. Yup....Im....gettting a bit...weller....better at these words." He looked at the ground where the whiskey had been poured. "Has james been sharing.... his alcohol with you?"

When James stood up, Sibyl actually jumped out of her skiddishness which was due to her discomfort with this particular James. He was definitely different from how she remembered him and it was beginning to make her uncomfortable. Of course, after jumping back it did not help things at all when Charlie's voice fell upon her ears. The wolf's haunches instantly raised and her tail rose into the air, her front legs lowered on the ground as she snarled at him. It was clear that the wolf did not care for this persona in the very least and her perfect white teeth were itching to be displayed to this threat.

Charlie chuckled. "Nowww Dooooggee...bbbbbee nice. Jaames is in...in...in..well drunk right now. He cant hardly...sight, see you." He took a step toward her, licking the blood from James teeth. "Mmmm, oh mmm....that was a good...meal..." He washed it down with a small drink of whiskey and then tossed the bottle behind him. " Actually am st...sta...starting!...to like this body."

Kalan glanced to the man named Peter for a second before trotting down the tunnel. She could smell it in the musty air, these catacombs had been traveled by all races. The scent of beasts stung her nose while the weight of eyes bore into her from behind. The experience was unpleasant to say the least, and Kalan's small size didn't add any to her comfort level. The burly male behind her did a bit though.
Rats, caught up under her spell as all things were, skittered closer to her boots. She tried to gently brush them away as she walked. Smaller animals had always been affected more so than larger ones, wanting to actually touch her. That's not to say the larger ones avoided her, it was the exact opposite, but they kept their distance most of the time more curiously attracted than interactive. Kalan suddenly remembered the beast that had attacked her brother nine years ago. When she had reached her tiny hands out to pet it, the monster had come slipping through the trees at her command. Why had the wolf responded if it knew she was the hunter's daughter? Surely it had known the consequences of spilling her blood, and yet it had still come. Watching the rat's persistence, Kalan finally realized why that monster had approached her as a child. Because she had called for it.
The thought gave her chills. She had wanted that thing to come closer, so she could reach out her small hands, and touch it. Now, she knew the dangers of wolves. She knew that just one could kill her. She knew that those claws and teeth could rip and shred flesh. And she knew that most were unstable, finding it difficult to control inner beasts. But still. As a child, she had wanted to touch one. Her pale hands had reached towards the darkness of the forests. Her lips had called it to her side happily. And her crystal eyes had looked longingly into those ancient unnaturally golden ones as they fell under her deep spell. She looked to the rats as they darted around her feet. An expression of fear flickered across her face for less than a second, and vanished just as quickly before she scattered the rats. "So how's your night going?" She muttered over one shoulder. Conversation would ease her nerves, but volume was a problem. Who knew what was lurking about the tunnels at this hour.

[Enters]
Nathen appeared near the subway, he was running hard. The shadows pulling towards his body. Strings of darkness and emptiness pulling from his eyes as he vanishes appearing closer and closer towards Peter a look of pure hatred in the pits of his eyes. He had hunted down this beast for too long ..would kill it tonight.

((sadly I'll agree.. a little note Rose, as the short time I was away my character profile for Peter was deleted.. and so I'll be having talon killing him off soon,^-^. I'll finish up this Rp and do as much with him as I can. But Nathen will be killing him off soon. In the place of my one character I will bring in his brother's son.. a Werewolf. which will be my future character. Personally I like this guild and hope it doesn't die. I'll be regularly active as long as there's someone there to put in a reply post.))
Peter walked alongside Kalan quietly before she spoke, he was thinking.
"My night has been interesting to say the least.. I was strongly reprimanded by my superior, met a friend of her's.. got shot at by a team of vampires.. that then vanished along with the girl I was suppose to be backing up. A many things have happened tonight... and I scented someone I haven't seen in a very long time." Peter drifted off silently as they walked.
"How was yours Miss?"
