Tegatus smiled at Mamoru as he approached and they continued into the forest. She was scrutinizing the area closely for any game trails or any other such things. Her eyes kept looking Mamoru over, it was like an impulse she couldn't resist. He was so strong, and handsome.

Mamoru kinda led the group since he was ahead of all of them. He walked directly infront of Tegatus now and glanced at the other guys that were with him. "Hm...this really is easy! There hasnt been any challenges for us yet"

"I know... that's what I'm afraid of..." She then thought she saw something moving in the forest. She held the handle of her katanas incase something was there with the intent of hurting them.

::the forest seemed solid, other than the path that they were currently on. The brush was thick, the trees cast dark shadows on the path, and noises of different sorts echoed through the air. It seemed that just walking the path was not really going to lead them anywhere.::

Whille Kenshin followed the others he was looking around for anything suspicious. He even held onto his katanas so he is ready for whatever comes in his way. Kenshin thought to himself, "Maybe I should stay at the back to protect that side from an attack..." So Kenshin went to the back and stayed armed and ready.

"I wonder if it's edible." Humbra sighed, glancing at the raven in the middle of the cave. "Hm." The ninja looked around the cieling of the room, attempting to gauge the size of the cave that they've been navigating through. Then he gave up, for his mind was simply too tired to truly think about the magnitude of the jouney thus far...

Oni kept the shurikens in his hands, just in case. He then walked beside Tegatus wondering who would accually take the role of the leader. But he remained silent. He looked around the path for any puddles or water sources. It apeared dry. He noticed a small body of water slightly off-path. Everything seemed normal enough. He could hear the animals but strangely enough he couldn't spot any. The forest was becoming dense.

Tegatus turned and faced them all. "Ok, here's my idea. I say we head into the actual forest, ten feet apart. We look for any sign of this village and if we do we tell the people on our right and left. We then meet at that place. We will all be close toghether in the event of an attack. Sound good?" She looked around at them all.

Oni stopped when Tegatus turned and listened to what she had to say. He paused for a moment and looked at the others it sounded like a bad idea to him, but he waited for the others to reply before him. He doesn't know why he does this its just something he does. He wondered if anyone would notice that the water never got too far away from them.

::the birds chirped still, as if not really caring that they were there. But the breeze did seem to shift a bit when Tegatus made the suggestion of entering the woods::
(ooc: sorry guys, I just wanted to respond even though I'm waiting for ya'll to make action hehe)

::The crow looked up at them, tilting it head slightly and the did a little hop, landing onto the floor and began to do that odd shuffling walk towards them::
what do you seek?
::the bird didn't actually open its mouth, but the voice surely came from it::

"I dont like that idea.." Mamoru said after he listened to Tegatus. "What if one of us gets attacked or something? Like..silently and stuff. I mean..skilled ninja's are all silent and quick and we can be on the sharp end of their kunai if we're not careful! So we should stick together and figure this out. Obviously..we're not getting anywhere."
He walked over to a tree and pointed at some markings on it "When we first started this walk, I marked a bunch of trees(When he was jumping off of them)..and it just so happens that these are the exact same markings"
Mamoru stared at the rest of the group. "So there has to be some kind of trick to this. Anybody got any ideas?"

"So...we've obviosly been walking around in circles for awhile" Said Oni as he noted the markings. "But is it an illusion" he ran his hand through his hair as he leaned againsed a tree. did we really even leave the acadamy? he thought. There were too many thoughts running through his mind then. He knew this wouldn't be as easy as it seemed from the beginning.

Kenshin said," What about we all just stick together. This way we won't loose each other. Also half of us could could stay up in the trees and the other half could stay down. This way we could also see from a better view and know what is coming." Kenshin waited for everyone else to reply.
