Abigor-X ((In ayenee standard rules, for T1 fighting at least, is that a reply to a line of text has to be at least half the size of the text line originally sent. That's their definition of fair, and about half is all most people are able to get to respond to my posts.)) scream ((This is JdH, buddy. If I wanted to respond to that post with one paragraph, nothing can stop me.))

Duellist Bertram loosened his collar, unhappily. "Um... yes." He turned pink, and then finally finished the meal, placing it before her with a little piece of parsley on top. "Do enjoy!" (( XD Gosh damn! Abe's RPing skills make mine look like pieces of crap! ))
"Thank you," Ikue said in a polite manner, smiling. She took a small bite of her ham and cheese sandwich, munching on it as its taste mingled with her taste buds. This was probably one of the best sandwiches she has ever tasted, enjoying her simple meal. After she had finished the sandwich, Ikue took a few sips of her water, then wiped her mouth gently with a napkin. Still holding her glass of water, she looked back up at Bertram. She wasn't much of a conversationalist.. well, it depends, if she had something to talk about. "Ah.. so how long have you been in this place?"

Abigor-X (( this isn't the first time somebody's tried doing 'better' than me. ; ; we're gonna get like 2 posts in and fall asleep lol )) ((I am so tempted to kick it into high gear, but when that happens I get impatient... Ask Jackie.. when we rp I give her like two pages of description and then I get antsy for her responce (which ends up as long as mine).. then we go back and forth like that until we scream and end up using little posts to make it go faster. -snicker- Its more fun to do detailed posts with evil charries too.. Like my Elizabeth...and Alyssa..))

Abigor-X ---Big fancy introduction--- Once cheerful thoughts of Mimi bathing herself in the shower were ruined. The soft body he imagined sparling with clean water erased! No, no.. they were destroyed, his mind was bathed in darkness. Something was wrong! Something was not right! He'd never felt such.. Such.. Evil energy! It made the orbs he called eyes which once burned like the finest ruby go dull, glaze over! It was scary, it fightened him.. Not once, not once in his stay in Hell had he felt such a strong aura. It made his knees feel weak, it made his stomach churn, it made his mind burn! How.. how was it possible?! How was it possible that someone was as strong, if not stronger then him?! He could feel it, he could feel the power over flowing in Abigor's aura. It.. It was truely something to be feared. Or.. was it simply that Hakan was weak?! Such thoughts burned him like holy water! Ruby eyes would now narrow, where was the source of the power? t was close, very close.. Near the doors! His eyes would narrow into a glare. An evil stare, a glance which could kill someone. He would show eyes which could scare a small child piss itself, and make a grown man cower. He didn't like this, he didn't like the fact that someone felt stronger then he did. Hakan had only been in exsistance for a mere 15 years, but he was already proclaiming that he was the strongest demon, or anything for that matter, in Gaia. He would spin on his heel to face the doors, the black and silver chains which decorated his black, baggy, cotton pants jingle. Hakan himself was not as muscular as Abe, s**t, the skinny 15 year old was no where close. And standing at a mere 5'11", he would feel smaller, weaker then the other demon in the park. Was he intimated? Hakan was, but he refused to let himself believe it, he wouldn't give into such emotions. He would not believe that he was so weak! Never! And yet, once he stare at the door, he felt fear. He felt as though he couldn't move! It was aweful, Hakan hated the feeling! He couldn't believe that another demon could make him feel so small. He hated it! If Hakan got any angrier, he'd burst into flames! There was so many emotions corsing through his body, fear, anger, inferiority.. It only served to burn Hakan up further! As he stood there, he could feel his own dark energy surge through him, it was because he lacked control over his emotions, which in turn made him lack control over the dark energies within him. The spirit inside of him which shared his body, she too cowered. She hid herself inside of the eye which was covered by a curtain of jet black hair. Black and purple bolts of energy, much like electricty, zapped and cracked at the tips of his long, black finger nails. Who was this demon? Who was this demon!? He'd never felt such a thing, not even in Hell. The teenager which once felt as though he was on top of the world, the once arrogant soul.. He was cowering! He was beginning to back away from the source of energy.

"Um... 70 years, ghost and wraith, Ikue..." his voice was soft, embarrassed. "Um... so..." he was't good at conversation either, especially not with girls. "what about... you? How long have you been an... um... exorcist?" Bertram had always believed that they were old men, dressed in robes carrying crosses. A beautiful young woman was something new. ((Sorry! Watching Ocean's 11, a bit distracted.))

His head riddled with what he should do next. He waited there like a statue, wondering what was on the other side of this door that he would have to face, man to man, or to woman, or beast. He didn't know. Abigor liked to know how to address a stranger, and he rarely knocked on one's door if he didn't know them. He felt comfortable being prepared for things like this, because his address, primarily the first one, was very important, to him anyways.
His ears perked at the noises he heard now, from the other side. It was just like a leap to him, two different planes separated by a doorway. He wanted to know what was on the other side, but he had his manners enough to wait for someone to address him properly. He did like what he could manage to hear from this side. 'Do enjoy!' Someone was eating something. Maybe he came at a bad time. He knew from personal experience how rude it was to interrupt one's meal. He often went off on people for doing that to him.
His hand began to glow, the left ring finger encased by a solid gold ring forged from the rocks of Hell. This was no ordinary ring, and it seethed with arcane powers, lying dormant no longer as they sunk into this realm like drops of water from a leaky faucet, pooling in the depths of a filthy sink with no exit to any place further. Abigor spaced out long enough for his ring's powers to break his hold and miasma fogged his entire hand. It was not wise to wield the powers of Hell with limited control. One thing Abigor would have to learn would be to focus more on his powers and less on being civilized. With great power came great responsibility - or need for such responsibility at least. The miasma began to get out of control, feeding on the door in front of him, burning and rotting its surface, leaving nothing but dust behind. The miasma wasn't intense at this level to do much more than scratch the surface of this door, as it could only be controlled to a heavier extent if Abigor actually focused and intended to break through the door. The ring only tried to give him what he wanted, and it fed on his mind just as it ate at the door. The ring was evil, but such was expected from an item forged of Hell with it's wicked intentions in mind.
It wasn't much longer before Abigor noticed this leak, and quickly pulled his hand away from the door, containing his miasma and strengthening his psychic binds on it. Demonic symbols were weaved through the stones of the surface gold, branding hotly into the ring's precious metal and dissipating, shielding any further damage the miasma could cause. It took a powerful sorcerer to completely bind the ring permanently. It was more like plugging holes in an already sunken ship, and telling the water to stay out, but in this case, the miasma to stay in. It wouldn't hold for very long.
Speaking of long, it seemed as if Abigor had been waiting out here for eons. He wasn't the type to remain patient for long, although his ideals of being a polite, model citizen kept him at bay. He was a demon, not a push-over. It drove him crazy how he couldn't kill and stay on Gaia. He was here until he proved his worth as a demon and killed as a demon would kill. Until then, he got what he wanted and remained on Gaia... but for a price: his urges had to be locked away just like the miasma in the ring he wore. He may be powerful, but he felt enfeebled by this curse, this hex.
His figure began to change, and thicken in its core. Apparently his jump hadn't finished, as the ley line was much too strong to release him just yet. His walk was still being savored by the powers of the realms and their lines. This is why the door had not yet opened. He wasn't fully there yet. The shift from half-warped to full was quick for him now, and he realized here that he needed to be much more careful with his warps, otherwise he risked being pulled through the ley lines and sent back to Hell, as that is where the Void thinks he belongs. The temporal distortion caused by his rift seemed to spiral through the halls, separating his astral form from the ley line, and releasing his 'soul' back to his body. The sonic distortion caused by this rift was so jagged, that if the hallway had been any more narrow, it would have exploded. Abigor gasps, choking as he feels his Gaian form and just how much it actually differs from his Astral form that he used in Hell, and through the jump he made when he plane walked earlier. His eyes were so pale that they had fogged over, the flesh being much warmer than his previous hollow form. Blinking a moment to adjust his vision, the door had opened automatically, now sensing a presence there to trigger it.

((Viola! Behold the magnifigance of my lengthy post! :coughcough smile )
*The loud noise had startled Najaran, almost causing the poor girl to scatter her precious supply of sweets across the ground. Instinctivly she scooped up what was left of her chocolates and hurridly stuffed them back into her pouch. Holding it protectivly against her chest, the girl reached out for her polearm, which lay nearby. Holding it out defensivly, Naj began to cautiously inch towards the source of the sound.*
