*Synge notices Aykon's emotion and her sympathetic look grows. She most certainly knew how that felt...but that wasn't something she dwelt on anymore. Quickly her face brightened up and she smiled.*

You get to be together now though! Which is all that really matters.

((haha Aw *pats your head* She disappeared I suppose.))

*Synge nodded and took another drink of her very refreshing water that was given to her earlier. This time she emptied the contents, leaving the glass empty.*

And hopefully you won't have to be apart again any time soon!

*She takes another look around the tavern as if she is expecting someone else to show up.*

((haha Oh the cleverness of you. That's cool, I figured you had to leave soon! I'll be studying all night, and RPing too of course because I enjoy multitasking, heh.))

*Synge raises an eyebrow at Aykon's comment, but soon sees what he was referring to. It appeared that Rhodes had fallen asleep, She waited patiently for Aykon's return. While he was away she rested her head on her propped up hand and let her thoughts swim around. She was a little startled when she heard Aykon's voice again so soon.*

That was fast! Are you used to putting people in their beds around here?

*She laughs softly at this and smiles.*

*Synge smiles at Aykon's hearty laughter, and laughs some herself. She too had witnessed many people falling asleep around this room. She wouldn't be surprised if she joined their ranks one of these days if she stuck around long enough.*

Well, maybe it isn't so much that you are boring, but more likely it is that this place is so comforting. Everyone really seems to like it here, and I know it is growing on me fast. Having a home is a lot harder than it seems these days.

*Synge notices your moment of daydreaming but doesn't interrupt your thoughts until you speak to her again.*

You really seem to care about the people that come in here. Have you always been so considerate of others?

*Synge laughs at Aykon's comment.*

I wouldn't be surprised if I feel asleep in here either, but I'll try not to put you to work anytime soon.

*She watches the dominos appear and seems to be pretty impressed but doesn't interrupt your actions with a comment. She smiles as you produce another domino behind her ear. This was beginning to feel like a magic trick, but she soon sees the real purpose. She watches carefully and nods in understanding.*

I guess I never thought about it like that. I usually think about things the other way, as if my actions will be unlikely to effect anyone. Looking at it like though, makes things seem different.

*She pauses for a moment, as if considering something.*

Yes, that makes the importance of helping people seem even more important. You are just helping that one person, but so many others too. I makes me feel good to know there are people like you out there helping us out. I wish I knew more people like you!

Don't worry about it, if I have to use my mad shoe removal and people carrying skills for you too I will be fine!

*He smirks as you watch the trick and realizes that you are understanding his message.*

Yes...Synge, even something as smiling to someone or not acknowledging them can change everything...its a deep topic called "The Destiny Flow" but I live by it. I make sure people can live life even if I have to give up most of my own life and time to do so. Doing nothing is worse than doing the wrong thing.

*He smiles and taps you on the shoulder*

Oh, but you don't know just one person...you know two...Ksi does the same thing...we are part of the same team...people that protect life. But look at it like this...you live here and have access to both of us, between myself and Ksi, you will be safe...sleeping or not. *chuckles*

But another thing you don't see is that every edge of this place is protected by so many protection layers that I maintain that no one can enter these doors if they intend to do an ill will. If someone gets in here...their heart is in the right place or my power has failed...

*Aykon shakes his head and smiles*

A smile makes anyone's day better. I know I appreciate them...just like I appreciate talking to people. Someone who is always nice and always tries to find value in other people is a hero in their own right.

*He can't help but smirk a bit at this blushing, perhaps there was more to the story but he wouldn't ask.*

Yes, you are definately safe and hopefully happy too. I mean...there have been people here that have people after them for stupid reasons and they live here happily without a thought. Now, once you got past the door of this place and the gate at the front of the yard...that I can't protect you unless I am there. If you ever worry about your safety, come and speak to me.
