She looked absolutly stunned. "Who's Magneto?" She asked trying not to sound stupid. "And what cause does he support?" Based on what she had already witnessed she had very strong suspitions. "I'll assume he's not the kind of person Professer Xavier is, is he?"

Gen shook her head. "Not even close, from what I've heard about him." she said softly, getting the directions to do as Penny asked.
"Magneto is a supremist. He believes that our mutant abilities are the next stage in human evolution and that the normal humans are the abominations." Penny explained, trying to take the shortest route in explaining. "He's trying to erase their existance... where as humans are trying to ignore and forget ours."

"You can't be serious?!" She goggled at her through her glasses. She took a good look at Penny's expression that clearly stated that she indeed was serious. "That mans a monster....he oughta be locked up....the whole idea is sick..." She got a hold of herself. "I can't see how he has any chance of persuading the others of joining him...that kind of an attitude fills graveyards..." She shook her head.

"Let's calm down," Penny groaned and tried to move her back which wasn't healed enough yet. She lay back down, "Magneto and his followers are entitled to their beliefs... When they start spewing them on the rest of us, I have a problem... but today my main concern is saving the X-Men... not whether or not Magneto gets locked away in a looney bin."
"What about Forge?" Rachael asked while Gen went to the War Room to start locking down the sublevels.
"It's best I don't see him again or I will do something X-Men like to him," Penny grumbled and her stomach acids almost spewed up into her mouth. That was how much venom she had towards him. And to protect those people she knew she loved... she really knew she would do something outside of the X-Men 'no kill' policy to him.
"Does this kind of thing always happen around here?"
Penny smiled, "I'd like to say no, but when you are aligned with Xavier and have the word 'mutant' anywhere your name... a big target goes up on your back. We do our best to keep everybody protected."

As each of the X-Men would awaken, they would find themselves confined to a plexiglass cyllinder, courtesy of Courtney. The cyllinder was thick enough to block most of their casual uses of power, and any real attempts to break through would be subdued by the Brotherhood before they would be able to get very far.
The second thing they would notice would be the change in surroundings. They were far away from their school now, and instead locked away in the sanitized interior of Magneto's lair. This was a section of the Seminary that the Brotherhood never needed to intend. It was called the "relearning annex", built specifically for those who might be violently opposed to Magneto's ideals.
And finally, they would notice the strange, almost itchy sensation coming from their heads. As they would reach up, they would notice (some with horror, others with resentment), the helmet-like pieces of machinery bound to their heads.
"Welcome to the Seminary, my wayward brothers!" shouted Magneto as he floated in the center of them all. "I believe you'll find that by the end of the day, we'll all be far more friendly with one another..."

Raze awoke, and noticed two things. His head hurt like hell, and he was laying in a plexiglass tube. His hand instinctively shot for the small device strapped to his belt. Forunately, it was still there. He got to his feet, and moved his hand to rub at the spot where he'd smacked his head on the staircase. His hand met cold metal instead.
Welcome to the Seminary, my wayward brothers!
I believe that you'll find that, by the end of the day, we'll all be far more friendly with one another.
The voice drew Raze's attention to the center of the room that they appeared to be in. A man was floating in the center of it. "This is certainly an interesting first day," Raze mumbled, as he leaned against the side of the tube. Given the circumstances, he looked disturbingly unconcerned.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On the other side of the room, Morgan awoked. His back hurt like hell from being slammed into that pillar, but he was otherwise unscathed. He looked around, and saw that he was in a plexiglass container. He felt something on his head, and reached around to find that there was a helmet-like device attached to it. "Son of a b***h..." he mumbled, taking in his surroundings. His first instinct was to blow the tube open with a forcefield, but that would have been pretty stupid. He was in the middle of Magneto's base of operations, and he had none of his equipment. Even if he could escape from the tube, and get his gear, he would be hopelessly outnumbered. Not only that, but he had no clue where he would head even if he managed to escape, and get his gear, and evade patrols.

Regina groaned as she woke up. Someone had eventually gotten tired of seeing her glare at them and knocked her out. Other than her pounding head from Marcus's blow, she wasn't too badly injured. She heard Moren's curse, and looked around to see that everyone was in about the same state.
~I really don't like this...~ she thought, small worry lines creasing her forhead. She didn't want to speak, it would just give Magneto cause to talk more. That was the last thing she wanted to hear.
Looking for Porter, Penny, and the rest of the xmen, Regina was able to determine that they had missed a few. ~there's still a chance.~ she tried to ignore the itching sensation, knowing full well what he had planned from the encounter with Pietro a month or so earlier. And she didn't like it.
Gen continued locking down the sublevels until she was surprised to hear a voice say "Area locked down."
Hurring back to Penny and Rachel she just looked at them. Knowing they had most likely heard the voice as well. "What next?"

Rogue woke up to a strange feeling in her head. Taking in the situation, she noticed she wasn't getting out any time soon. But still, it couldn't hurt to yell a little. "Let me out of this stupid contianer, I ain't a bug!"

He awoke groggily. The contained sonic burst upside the back of his head did really did a number on him, not to mention the faceplant afterwards. There was still some crusted up blood on his face from said fall, and he could feel a dried track down the back of his neck. After the haze wore off, Jacen looked around and saw all of the other students locked away in glass-like cylinders. As he took stock of the situation, he heard Magneto boom loudly, "Welcome to the Seminary, my wayward brothers!"
Jacen growled. How dare Magneto call him a brother? For years, Jacen followed him blindly, only to be practically discarded when the chips were down. There were still questions that Jacen needed and wanted to ask his former lord. After feeling the upwelling of anger start to increase his powers, he wondered at exactly how long he had been knocked out. Was it hours? Days? Slowly, he scanned the room, noticing the others who had been knocked out. He saw Rogue, ranting and raving, some other kid was there, unrecognizable, even from the old files he had read, Morgan standing there, seemingly perplexed, Regina, one of the leaders, scanning the situation as well, and others he could hardly recognize. The others; Cyclops, Storm, Beast, Nightcrawler, Jean, were also set in cylinders looking as if they were just awakening.
"Not....good," Jacen said as he noticed a few noticeable abscences in the crowd. Penance obviously being his main concern. As he started to see even clearer, he saw the metal helmets adorned on each X-Men''s head. "The....rehabilitation center....."
Jacen remembered this from when he was barely 14. Almost as soon as Magneto took him in, Jacen found himself dead center in this room. That time though, it was voluntary. Obviously, Magneto was wanting to take precautions to a point, through the learning center. This time it seemed, Jacen wasn''t exactly so lucky.
What''s the worst that could happen? I wind up taking on Magneto and the Brotherhood?, he thought as he noticed his former crew standing there, looking rather smug in their victory. He sneered at the way they stood there, almost mocking each and every one of the X-Men encased in glass.
"Insolent....," Jacen said as he slugged the glass in front of him with a heavy right. It didn''t budge. "Miserable.....," he muttered again as he laid in with a solid left, this time using a bit of his power. The glass didn''t budge again. At that, he heard Toad start to cackle wildly and Scion''s repeated failure to shatter the glass. "Insignificant!," Jacen yelled as he hit the glass extremely hard with a half powered right hook. It started to spiderweb out slightly. "VERMIN!!!"
The moment Jacen hit the glass in front of him, there was a massive shock that he felt from his scalp down to his big toe. He didn''t yell, scream, or cry out in pain. He knew that''d give the Brotherhood even more satisfaction. But as he leaned on the side of the chamber, he noticed one of the Brotherhood members look at the spot of broken glass, noting that it was almost completely broken out.

Markus watched Jasen as he tried to break free from the cylinder. He felt that the electric shockers were a bit eccesive but he wasn't consulted in the matter. He watched as the others came awake. He said nothing and did nothing...his orders were cleart, prevent them from escaping..nothing more.

Racheal sat on a chair staring at the wall. She was tired but to wound up to go to sleep. She sighed and rubbed her eyes. Penny was looking a bit better so it wouldn't be to long. She turned and stared at the sheet with the classes schedual for the danger room when a thought struck her. She looked over at Penny to make sure she wasn't asleep before talking to her. "Penny?" she asked softly.

"My my my, such bottled up aggression... pardon the pun," stated a mildly amused Magneto. "Allow me to dispel two notions immediately. First, there's the idea of escape... don't try it. Lets assume you defeat not only my followers, but myself as well. you would find that this base is located within the Arctic Circle. Magnetic North, to be exact, but as far as you are all concerned, its cold enough that you would not survive for much longer than a half hour, if you were lucky. I suppose Storm here could increase that factor by quite a bit, but then again, I doubt she possesses the range to change the climate of an entire region."
"Secondly, the devices on your heads are neither instruments of torture, nor are they set up for the purposes of mind control. Quite the opposite, in fact, as you'll find that these instruments serve the exact opposite function as the technology that turned a number of your kind into mutant killers not so long ago..."
He paused, turning a knowing gaze to Blair, Teagan... and especially Jacen.
"Ahab, the insidious homo sapien who forced you to commit such heinous acts, will no longer be an issue by the way. A truly committed search party might be able to locate his frozen carcass somewhere outside this facility, but then again there is no point in expending such energy to locate garbage."
"However, I must thank him for allowing me to develop the technology I'm going to use to heal all of you. See, and I know this will come as a shock... your professor has not been entirely honest with you. He claims to play the part of the benevolent teacher, but have you all not found it just a little to easy to believe that he has never used his gifts to influence your loyalty?"
"Please don't waste words trying to tell me I'm wrong... I've known the man far longer than most of you have been alive. I know what he is capable of, and believe me when I say that he is far more capable than any of you believe him to be... hence the fact that he won't be joining us tonight. Instead, in approximately five hours, our backup power supply will be running at maximum capacity... and those devices you are all wearing will systematically erase the influence of Charles Xavier from your minds, both good and ill. That is the only way we can ensure that his own insideous mind control will be corrected in all your minds."
He turned to Jacen. "I'm especially disappointed in you, Scion... it was bad enough you allowed yourself to become a hunter in the first place, but to then turn to Xavier out of what I can determine to be no less than a petty way to get back at me is so far beneath you I really dont know what else to say about it. Or was it the girl? The one who was regrettably lost in our attempts to liberate you?"
"If you wish, we can remove her memory from you all as well?"

"you're retarded." was the first thing out of Regina's mouth. "we're the way we are because of the pasts we've lead. Not because of whatever the Professor has said. I'm not going to waste my breath on how wrong you are, since you won't listen anyway. But I am the way I am, the values I have, because it's what I believe in. Not some little idea that the Professor pushed in my head, telepathically or otherwise. Besides, the perk of an allowence is a good thing. Can you offer that?"
She was tired of his speech, and felt all the better at having got that off her chest. While she realized she would likely regret the speil, she didn't give a crap and knew that even with the Professor erased from her memory, she would remember how she felt before she had ever even walked into the institute. Lonely, but understanding of the situation for the most part. Professor Xavier had only helped her to learn how to live with the situation.

"You damned hypocrite. You say that you want to remove the influence of mind control. And yet the cure is the same as the disease. Memory erasure. How is that any different than than what you claim that the Professor is doing?" Morgan said, glaring daggers at Magneto.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Erase the influence of Charles Xavier? Considering I was barely there for an hour or two before you had your lackeys bust up the place, I feel compelled to ask: What influence? Well, what influence on me, anyways?" Raze said, shrugging his shoulders. He seemed to be taking this rather well. But then, stranger things had happened.

"A petty way to get back at you?!?!?!," Jacen yelled as he was starting to get back his focus, ignoring what else he had said, "How DARE you say that?!" Magneto looked at him sternly.
"It was YOUR followers that left me for dead," he said through clenched teeth, "Not even one ounce of effort was used to even find me."
"Of course not. I gave them the order to let Xavier's brood handle the situation."
"You....told....them......" Jacen slid down the glass until he was sitting on the bottom of his prison chamber. He was literally shattered. The one person that he had idolized since he was a small child, leaving him for dead....worse, letting the enemy come to rescue him.
"I busted my hump for you for three years. I trained so freaking hard, so often, just to gain favor in your eyes....then to be cast aside," Jacen mumbled to himself, looking very troubled. The combo of what Magneto had said and that he said Penance was lost in the assault. Jacen didn't want to believe it, but the lack of her presence obviously suggested otherwise.
"Well?," Magneto asked again, "Do you wish us to erase all memories of the girl from your mind, Scion?"
".......No....," Jacen said as he looked at Magneto with an intense hate burning in his eyes, "And Scion I am no longer. Not a scion for your irrelevant Brotherhood, not a scion for your petty Acolytes, and not a scion for you."
