How do you know? ninja
Holy s**t, that debate last night lost any faith I had in the US governmental system. Why the ******** was Iraq the only thing they talked about?? That is SO not te president's only job.
I see the Laburnum meeting thread has been made today. How lucky...today is the first time I've been in here in almost a week. sweatdrop Well, I'll try to get a post in there at some point today.

Songjewel Why the ******** was Iraq the only thing they talked about?? That is SO not te president's only job. Actually, that was the theme of this week's presidential debate. Each week has its own theme, basically the hot issues, which the presidential candidates research and debate. This way things are a bit more organized and the voters don't get confused over topics and such (I think). What you said a general misconception. Actually, I thought the same thing until my roommate mentioned to me last night what I just wrote. Just thought I'd clear that up.

Simple solution.
Everyone go down to their local voting whatzit and check the 'other' box.
...then write in: "Jello". 3nodding
Make me your ruler... You know you want to. domokun
Gabi already said she'd vote for me. I think I still have that PM. xd

Degobah - thanks for clearing that up, but I haven't seen any other debates announced or heard anything about them...if there's one every week then how come nobody seems to know about it? stressed
Josh - hey, I'd vote for you if I thought it would do any good, but that just means I've wasted the effort of going down to the voting place. At this point, I'll take the unknown of the two bad options. I already know Bush does a crappy job of managing the country in the way I want him to. Kerry has yet to proove incompetant. xd I'm sure if he gets elected he'll be quick enough, though.
