_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas smiled slightly, chuckling a bit thereafter. "My name is Lucas, but you can call me Luke if you would like." He said. He laid down on the bed longways, leaving room for Evangeline. "Let's see, I'm mostly human... Seventeen, I like to swim and I would really enjoy becoming a vampire." He stated, looking at her.

Evangeline blushed at his last words. "Well hey there Luke, it's very nice to meet you." She smiled warmly and gazed at him laying on the bed. "You look tired, should I leave?" She made to get off the bed.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas reached over and grabbed her hand. "No, don't leave yet. I'm not really tired actually. Just bored with this house. You see, I can't go outside, so there is really nothing to do, until you came along, and now I have someone to talk to. He said quietly, seeming very lonely. He noticed a small trace of pink across her cheeks. "You're blushing... why?" He asked quietly.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Letting go of her hand, he looked at her quizzically. "...Alright then." He said, not believing that was why she was blushing, but he could deal with it. He stood up then, going to his closet and pulling out a white tee shirt and a pair of black slacks. "I never wear true pajamas to bed." He stated, taking off the white and black hooded coat and shedding his shirt. He had to nice stomach, but his body was lean and rather skinny--almost as if he hardly ate. You could even see come of his ribs. Smiling slyly, he asked, "You don't mind, do you?"

"No, not at all," Evangeline answered, sheepishly blocking the side of her face with her hand. She didn't want to seem like a stranger to him, someone he couldn't trust or believe. She just wasn't good at giving people reasons for her actions.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas sighed, looking at his body in the mirror. He had a bunch of little scars all over his body, and he growled some. "Dammit." He muttered to himself, before replacing himself with the t-shirt and sitting down. He noticed on of the scars had reopened, and he pressed a small hankercheif to it, trying to stop the blood flow.

Evangeline still had her eyes covered, waiting for his all clear. She didn't need to see it to know what it was though-she could smell it. Blood. She trembled on the bed, and just before she lost control, she quickly ran out of the room in a daze, stumbling a few times but still trying to get back to her room. Her fangs grew long and sharp, her senses intensified. She didn't want to do this to someone she just met, especially someone like Luke. She forced the door closed and locked it in a hope to contain herself from within the room.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Lucas watched her leave, before sewing up his wound and stopping the smell of blood from getting him hurt. he walked silently over to her room and knocked quietly. "You know..." He said in a whisper, knwoing she could hear anyway, "I am considered a vampire blood bag. All those scars, they're from feedings. When vampires are, hungry, and choose not to mate... but want human blood, they come to me, and for a price I let them feed sometimes. Other times, they just take and leave me practically dead. That is why I'm so skinny..." He said, getting quieter. He finally asked the question, "Do you want some? No fee or anything... I hear my blood is..... delicious." He said, and this was true. Since he had partial vampire blood in him, it made his blood pure gold and as sweet as ice cream. He was willing to give Evangeline some if she wished, or to get her a blood bag.

"Thank you Luke," Evangeline said through gritted teeth. "But I don't want to use you as a blood supply. I don't even want this, this thirst...I consider it a curse!" She flopped on her bed and sobbed uncontrollably into the pillow, trying unsuccessfully to stifle her cries.

_Terribly_xxxxxxxx Blinking, he tried agian. "Look, Evangeline, I could tell by the way that you drank the blood before that you hate being a vampire. You're starving yourself it seems, and without blood in you, you could lose control and kill tons of humans. May I get you a blood bag at least? It won't satify your hunger unfortunately... He offered. A pretty girl like her didn't deserve this curse, but he was willing to help as best he could to her wishes.

Evangeline considered this: these words, Luke's kindness and persistence. She decided to risk getting her hands dirty and went to unlock the door, wiping all traces of sadness from her face as she went. She opened the door to Luke "Then what will?" Evangeline asked him, indicating his last sentence.

"Like I said, it's a curse, and I don't much like to indulge in it," Evangeline looked down at the floor, a grave expression on her face. "If you could get me a blood bag, I could hold out for a few days." She looked up at him, trying to seem friendly. She just felt the subject of her nature was a sensitive one and should not be negotiable.
