Jessekaboom Nexus turned around to see only a flash of red and white. The vampire's bloodstained teeth plunged into the hard leather of his vanguards, catchign his attacker off guard. He turned with a sweeping motion and delivered an attack from both of his sickle-weapons, one to the shin and one to the stomach, effectively eviscerating his pursuer. He knew this would not be enough to stop an immortal however, and as the vampire let out a satanic hiss he reached for his beretta, which was loaded with half silver nitrate and half UV bullets. He knew this fight would not last long with his attacker on such a bloodrage to attack even an obvious hunter, but he did not know who would emerge from it alive. ~Jessekaboom ((PM me and we can talk about what we're gonna do.)) The smell of his blood coursed through her body and she shivered, she needed to hunt this prey of hers, she needed to feed. She snarled and lunged at him again but this time quickly sidestepping as she saw his weapon and she attempted to deliver a hard punch to his stomach...

Macleod_of_Purgatory Raziel stands up and takes a couple of steps away from her. His eyes full of fury at what she just said"Leave them alone......what are you crazy, I'm going to kill every last one of them, I'm done trying to keep this war from happening, because its already happend ok. I will kill them all, with or with out the help of my fellow demons"he says coldly....Raziel turns and walks to the edge of the building, kneels down and looks out towards the city....
"You act brave, though inside your probably crying. Crying, and weeping for everything that has happened. Everyone you have lost... To kill and entire race.... Someone you know had the same goal... Do you want to kill the lycans for Takiko? For your lost love?....."
Akina was calm enough when she spoke that her words would have been able to peirce any truth, and make anyone realize. One of her many great tricks when it came to playing with someone's mind. Now when she spoke, she was facing him. Her black eyes staring into his.
"Is there someone precious to you?"

Raziel stands up and looks at her"Listen, I'm doing this not as an act of revenge, but something to end it all. Takiko was my love, left me for Deo after our son was killed by the lycans...then I died and was reborn a human, then a vampire, now a demon...I'm doing this so no one else from our race will have to. As for me crying and weeping in side, I'll show you what my past was like, and what I feel in side..."he says softly. Raziel puts his hands on her sholders, his forehead on hers. He knew she couldn't resisit in reading his mind, so he let his feelings of courage, fury, lust, hate and power surge into her, then his complete past, all the way back to the days before this place was ever made...watching his family be killed, his brother slain...being tortured...going to hell and fighting his way to purgatory, then fighting his way through purgatory to get back to New York. After he was done, Raziel stumbles back and shakes off the feelings he just reveiled...Raziel looks at her, his eyes showing a fire storm in them....

Akina gasped silently when he basically forced her to read his mind. All of the cruel images flashing past her eyes. Akina's eyes were wide open, and her hands shaking a bit. When she stumbled back a bit, her body crumpled to the ground. She sat there, on the ground, one hand on her head. Right now, she was speechless. And rather amazed that had taken so much of her power to do. Though she was not hurt, she was dazed more or less. Everything she saw continued to flash through her mind, even after their connection broke. Finally she managed to piece a few parts together.
"She still loved you.... but... she did not leave you.... Takiko was dead... she had died before you died... when shizakien snapped her neck... just after you left her, when she was envy." Akina finally realized something. She quickly stood up, the rage in her eyes welcoming a fight.
"You left her! You left her to die! It's your fault she died! She never left you.... At only 16, she had lost the love of her life and her only son. Then she lost her life saving someone elses in the process. She never left you! Never say she left you for Deo." Akina was pissed off and it showed. All the images she had seen through Raziel's mind and through Deo's mind pieced everything together. But something was happening behind her, something she did not noticed. Fog settled itself upon them, so thick any buildings around them were blocked off. All they could see was each other.

Raziel started to laugh"She left me to be envy, because lust wouldn't let her be with me, because I left the sins...I wanted to be a good father to my son and I didn't know she had died..ok"he says quietly...Raziel turned now seeing the fog surrounding them"What is it with people these days and wanting to fight or kill me, I'm about to turn my back on all the clans....I don't exspect you to understand what has happend Akina, but Takiko, understood my reasons, and was fine with it ok. Don't tell me I left her, I went to take care of our son...I left him in Mortis' hands, while I went to help her, because I heard she was in trouble, and by that time I couldn't give a rat's a** what lust said...so if you want to fight me then, go ahead, I'm not going to fight you.."he says calmly...

Akina was softly growling, but her growl was suddenly cut short. Someone from behind her had placed a gentle hand on her shoulder. When Akina looked back to see who it was, her eyes widened.
"Zero, dear. Please don't be angry. I did not leave you. My only intention was of helping the demons. I will admit was a bit power hungry at first. And I thought I could be the one to kill them all, the one who would save everyone. When you thought I had left you, I had. But only cause you thought I did, hunn. It was all in your mind." A soft voice spoke from behind him. "I understand you were trying to help Kadaj.... but think about when I was pregnant. Think back to then. I will never forgive you for that. When I needed you most, you left me. When I bore your son, you weren't there." It was now clear the the only ones who would know that imformation was Takiko Yuki herself. And her spirit was the one, clearly visible, behind him. It was clear she was pissed off.

Raziel begins to chuckle.."Thats all I needed to hear, the person I cared about most, I really did abandon...well no one has to worry about no more now do they...I have a race to kill and Takiko, as for not being there, I was there, you just couldn't see me...remember I was dead....in hell, I fought my back to be with you and Kadaj...so don't lecture me ok....God why do I even try.."he says softly....Raziel's body them becomes engulfed in black demonic fire....he turns and faces her"Its good to see you again..."he says softly..Raziel takes his reaver into his hand, the soul reaver binding to it.....

Right now she looked exactly like she was when she was a happy speed demon. Her baggy black hipugger pants and her small t-shirt. "You never cared about me. All we had was a fling. On which you purposly made me drunk so we had sex." Takiko glared at him. Since she was a spirit, she woudln't be able to settle this. So she turned towarda Akina and took control of her body. What was once a succubus was now exactly like Takiko. To the very last article of clothing. A katana seemed to appear at her side. "How about we finish this now?" Takiko asked, unsheithing the katana as she faced him.

"I did care about you, you were everything to me...I didn't want you to get hurt by Lust, so I tried to get you to quit so I could protect you...but you wouldn't do it...Lust gave me two choices..either I leave and never come back..or she would kill you and Kadaj...what was I supposed to do Takiko"he yelled at her....tears begining to form in his eyes. Raziel quickly wipes them away...to him, showing his tears was a sign of cowardness and he woudn't do it. Raziel puts away his reavers"I will not fight you Takiko...I....love...you....to....much..."he says softly....Raziel turns and kneels on the edge of the building, where the gargoyle use to be...hoping for a miracle....but he knew there wouldn't be one....

The katana dissapears and Akina's body slumps to the ground. Takiko appeares next to her body, looking sad for what she had done. "I'm sorry Zero... I...I didn't know... and now... i'll never come back....I didn't know about what Lust was planning or anything..." Takiko looks down at the ground, still standing next to the unconsious Akina. The thick fog made it hard for her to see him, but she could see his outline.

Bridget walked thru the crowds her heightened senses being over overwhelmed by the chaos and different aromas. She went inside a building and took the elevator to as far as it would go then the stairs up to
the roof. Here on the roof things were much clearer and Bridget felt almost
human; but she wasn't....at least for the past 12 years.
Bridget went over her life from the death of her parents and sister, joining
the Army, Project Nemisis, Free lance..Assassin, Body guard, Thief, and
finally Hunter. She saw all the faces of people she had killed(Project Nemisis & Assassin). Then came the parade of nameless creatures and her
cold analytical assesment of thier deaths.... she wouldn't shed any tears over them.
The hairs on the nape of her neck went up and with her left hand she had the hilt of the Sidhe Blade as she spun around. "No place for you to run
Hunter." "Time to die." ...the voice was melodic but there was a hint of cruelity in it. Bridget went into a defenceive stance instinctively and waited
for the vampire's next move. She didn't have to wait long as the creature
attacked with surprising speed and grabbed Bridget by the throat. Bridget immediately used her martial arts and strength to escape the grip... Then
she hit the vampire with a hard strike to the vampire's chest hurling him
half way across the roof. The vampire got up and snarled and then caught control of himself... "So hunter it would seem you're not exactly as you seem." Again the vampire came in fast and struck Bridget across the chest
blood and stpped when he was far enough away and then licked his fingers
savoring Bridget's blood.
His eyes becoming red and focusing on to Bridget's eyes... Her eyes became sleepy and her movement like lead. In side Bridget's mind was fighting off the mind control....they had trained the Project Nemisis team to resist such techniques. She had fought off his control for the most part
and was waiting for his next move. The vampire walked liesurely to Bridget
stopping just in front of her and stroked her neck..then he tilted her head
exposing her neck. As Bridget felf the hot breath upon her throat she moved strikeing with the Sidhe Blade severing a hand at the left wrist(there was a blue flash when the blade cut thru the vampire's wrist. The vampire reeled back in surprise and pain as he saw his hand laying on the roof.
The vampire reatreated with it's surpernatural speed.... "This round to you hunter I'll shall have my revenge." and with that the vampire fled into the
stairwell leading to the building and elevators. As for Bridget she bent down and retrieved the hand "Evidently the Vampires are getting somewhat pissed off with me." And she headed for the stairwell and entered the building.

"Aren't we all?" Takiko asked rhetorically to his comment of being a drifter. It only took her a second before she leaned close to him, letting their lips touch. This was something she had missed for so long.

Nexus took the blow hard, doubling back and stumbling. He then unsheathed his chain weapons, seeing that close range combat would not help against the infinite strength of a vampire. He swung the holy blades in the air like an X, but the vampire grasped them out of the air and pulled him, towards her eagerly awaiting fangs.
