So, game wise what level summons could I be looking at at this point....20 to 30 range...?

Well, Summoners normally have a stockpile of demons, its just a matter of how many they can summon at once.

I have 1 phone summon demon and 1 contracted summon demon.
and also, I have no clue what the level the demons should be, so Imma just screw with your brain for a while.

It can vary, really. Levels are... complicated, and to be honest, don't matter too much. XD Think of "weak" demons as 1-20, "medium" demons as 21-50, and anything above that being a fairly significant power in their own right. Or thereabouts.

Summoners are generally permitted up to eight demons; most start with fewer. Introductory and mid-level summoners could have, oh, three demons or so, one of which will be called up at a time. ^^
Note that dual-summoning is "world-class talent" level stuff.

Yup. o wo Y'know, from the official demon lists 'n all. Nothing with totally ridiculous powers, either.
