The Reaper let out a soft sigh. "You would deny a world of true peace based on the grounds of "boredom?" What about the hundreds of lives that are trampled on daily? What about the parents who have to find their children's corpses? What about the people who lose their entire families? What would you tell them? That their sacrifice was worth it so you could have an exciting life?" She shook her head. "So shallow... I suppose I'm wasting my breath, then." She raised one of her arms, and from the earth shot up malefic battalion of reanimated dead, skeletons and corpses with a thick purple aura surrounding them. They let out low, horrific moans as they stared forward, their eyes not focused on anything. "I had so hoped to sway you to my side, Sephriea. You more than any... but I suppose it wasn't meant to be." She began to levitate off the ground slightly, as magical energy was building around her. "No matter. Soon, you'll be re-educated like the rest, and you'll see how benevolent our queen is. Then maybe we can be friends..." She pointed forward, and the reanimations she summoned began to shamble towards Sephriea and Sora, and several more shot up from the ground around them. They attempted to grab them both by the arms and legs, attempting to restrain them without doing any terrible damage. If any were attacked or slashed through, the girls would notice them almost immediately be stitched back together, the parts that had been severed coming back together as though they were magnetized. This was only one of this Reaper's powers--she was incredibly powerful when it came to numerous kinds of magic. "You should just give up, I really don't want to have to hurt you." She intended to restrain them so that she could get close enough to put them into stasis without risking her life. That would be helpful, especially since she was the only Reaper here currently.

"I would.." She said calmly, but did she really mean it? "If you care so much about peace, start by helping the homeless and the orphaned children in this city. That can bring peace far greater then anything else to those kids and families suffering. That's peace, not what you and your queen dream of." As the Reaper began to summon up her undead soldiers, Sephriea cringed a bit, trying to not be SO obvious just how incredibly creeped out she actually was. Sephriea, creeped out by creepy undead.Who knew she had such a weakness? "Ugh, really...are you so weak that you can't fight without your filthy creatures?! " Then, they started to appear all around them within the next few seconds, while the first set advanced toward her and Sora. As if the fact that they were SO close to them wasn't bad enough, the moment the creatures even laid a rotting hand on her arms and legs, she literally lost it........In the form of a very large sword slashing wildly in front of her, somehow, in her frantic strikes she was still careful not to hit Sora or La'riah in the process. Meanwhile, though Sora's wrist was grabbed by one of the un-dead creatures, it didn't stop her control of the staff she possessed, and without warning, multiple fiery explosions erupted all around the Reaper! While she was held, though, her precise target wasn't quite one hundred percent, and may of missed her.

"This conversation is going nowhere fast, I'm afraid. If you won't take my side, and you won't stand by and allow this to happen, then you must be restrained." She put a finger to her chin as she floated there above the ground, smiling. "Maybe, maybe not. But what's so filthy about them? I think they're cute, and you're being quite rude." She and Yugi would be best of friends. She jumped a bit as the explosions began around her, but raised an arm, erecting a potent magical barrier around herself that deflected all the explosions away from her form. She seemed to have quite potent magical abilities indeed. She raised a hand, pointing a finger at Sephriea, and sending a white beam out of the finger directly into Sephriea's dominant arm. Had it struck, Sephriea would feel that arm completely seize up, stiffening and no longer responding to her brain, and likely drop her sword as well. This wasn't the same as the stasis technology they were using to incapacitate people, but it was her own magic. "Whoops." She said merrily, smiling innocently and blowing on the tip of her finger, as though she were blowing out the smoke from a gun's barrel. She would leave her to continue trying to fight being restrained by her reanimated dead as she appeared right in front of Sora now, wearing that same pleasant smile of hers. The magical barrier was still surrounding her. "Is this what you wanted to see? Reapers are soooo monstrous! You just love to see me as the villain I'm not, don't you? And you're lucky I'm not. You're really hot, you know." That smile turned to a grin. "If I were more like Krul, you wouldn't like what I'd do to you. And what could you do? All you have is magic, and sadly, that won't do anything to me." Her barrier didn't do anything to protect against physical attacks, which is why she wasn't getting anywhere close to Sephriea until she knew she was completely restrained, but magical attacks like what Sora specialized in? They were almost all completely repelled. "If you say sorry, and take back your harsh words, maybe I won't have to put you in a stasis." She put her index finger against the center of Sora's chest. "Better hurry though..." It wouldn't take much to put her in that state, though she'd rather not do it if she didn't have to.

Sora would see a blade slash down in front of her, severing the Reaper's arm just above her elbow, and then came a kick delivered straight to her face to make her back away. "Someone such as myself is fated to always arrive fashionably late, it would seem," Reiner said as he arrived on the scene."M-my arm... oh god, my arm...! Y-you cut it off...!! I-I'll never be able to live a normal life again... why...?!" A thick purple energy enveloped the empty space where her arm once was, and when the energy vanished, what was left was... an arm. "Just kidding~" She winked. "Gotcha, didn't I? Still, pretty rude to just go around chopping people arms off!""I'll buy you a nice bouquet of flowers as apology," Reiner said sarcastically, turning and slashing through the reanimated corpses that surrounded Sephriea."My, such a gentleman," she returned playfully. "You'll find that a bit difficult... Uh?" The undead collapsed into piles on the ground. "...A holy weapon?!" While nothing could kill her little pets for obvious reasons, holy weapons would incapacitate them for a while and actually sever them successfully."Straight from the Theocracy of Rausten!" He grinned, brandishing his Light Brand. "Begone!" He raised the blade, a burst of light magic exploding upon the Reaper's form....Only for her to yawn. "Yeah, sorry, magic still doesn't work." Even holy magic couldn't pierce her magic barrier, it seemed."The old fashioned way it is, then!" He sprinted towards her, slashing upwards, only for her to shift positions in the instant before his attack would've connected, slamming her knee into his chin and sending him reeling for a moment. "Not bad!""Mm, not bad yourself," she smirked. "That Ephraim has really attractive kids, doesn't he? Both you and Queen Velora..." One could practically see the question marks flying around Reiner's head. "Oh, don't worry. It'll make sense eventually. Come! I think it's time you get taught a little lesson..."(( OOC: ))

"As if you could. " Sephriea didn't have much comeback here, she didn't want to say to much, and end up being on the losing end, how ridiculous would she look then? "The fact that you find those things cute puts up a good view of your twisted soul. That smiling face moments ago was just part of your act, wasn't it? Whatever, I won't feel so bad when I have to cut you down in a moment, then! " Little did she know, her worst fears were destined to come true. Her magic was quicker then her own movement, and as she rushed for her, the white beam struck her before she could ever hope to move away, or even block it with her sword. No, it hit, directly where she must have wanted it to, and as her sword clattered to the ground she would understand just why she struck her there! "Oh dear god....this isn't happening..Not to me...not now...." " What?! ...ugh, don't even joke like that. If you don't want to turn into cinders, you best watch that tongue around me! " As if she really had much to threaten her with, it was pretty darn clear she wasn't going to get a single strike at her with that barrier protecting her. But if she could, somehow destroy it....well, maybe her chances might be more fair. "The more you speak, the more you give away your true twisted nature. You are no innocent being, you are just a monster, as everyone knows you to be! " She was lucky, this one time, the moment her words ended, the blade came down on the Reaper's arm, and she was kicked back a safe distance from herself. Quite the relief! If she was into the hero gig, or anything like Teresa, she might of praised the green-haired hero of the day, but that wasn't Sora, she was rather rude, and quite cold and distant. She didn't have a whole lot of friends due to that, not that she minded, she preferred it that way! For now, all she and Sephriea could really do was watch and hope this mystery teenager became the hero of the day, for all there sake. This Reaper's power was to much, even for her. And Sora didn't care to admit to anyone being better then herself.

"I'm sorry that you seem hell-bent on seeing all Reapers as evil, irredeemable creatures, but I'm afraid the truth is rarely so simple. It's fine, though--you'll see soon." When she was re-educated, that was. It was quite amusing to her when Sephriea lost her ability to fight properly, and she could see she had an apparent fear of her cute little pets. What a surprising thing for someone like her to have... too bad Reiner had to ruin her fun."Haa!" Reiner slashed his Light Brand towards the Reaper once again, only for her to pull the trick again--shifting positions the instant before he struck her, slamming her foot into his skull and knocking him back a bit."Goodness, this must be so humiliating for you!" That had happened four or five times now. "It would be so much less humiliating for you to just get down on your knees and submit, you know. You're just being embarrassed in front of these cute girls by another cute girl!" She giggled, looking at him with half-lidded eyes."..." Reiner closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. Just ramming his skull into the problem clearly wasn't going to get him anywhere. He opened his eyes, spinning his Light Brand to hold it back-handed, which earned him a puzzled expression from his adversary. "Dodge this!" He stepped towards her, slashing towards her once again... which she dodged once again, shifting positions the instant before he struck her. But his arm stopped right as she shifted, thrusting it backwards as quickly as he could, forcing the blade directly into her midsection, earning him a pained, surprised gasp. He threw his body weight into her as soon as he knew the thrust landed, putting her on her back, before pulling the sword from her gut and standing. The fact that it was a holy weapon certainly didn't help the pain it inflicted, but she also couldn't handle physical hits nearly as well as magical ones. Reiner turned, grasping his sword with both hands as he looked down at her."Your dad would've already killed me," she grunted out. "You'll never get the chance to do so again." And with that, she dissipated on Velora's orders, fleeing back to the Reapers' Realm before her life was put into serious jeopardy.Reiner let out a short breath. He wasn't quite as unflinching as his father when it came to felling his foes--he didn't want to kill unless he had to. Ephraim didn't either, but he was a lot quicker to kill those who might pose a significant long-term threat to his family. People like Reapers, who could teleport anywhere at any time, were incredibly dangerous to leave alive, especially if they had a grudge. And Ephraim's time in the War of the Stones hardened him more when it came to killing. It was never easy, but sometimes you had to do what you had to do. He turned, looking at Sora first. "Are you fine? I can heal you if necessary." He then looked at Sephriea, taking a step towards her, and putting a hand on her shoulder comfortingly. Oh god. "And you? Don't worry, those things can't get to you anymore." Poor Sephriea would probably have rather the Reaper won than for anyone to notice she was a it skittish when it came to undead. It would be a moment later--after she had enough time to deny that she found them creepy or scary--that suddenly another one would shoot up from the ground, letting out a ferocious roar while looking right at her. The Reaper's parting gift, probably. Reiner raised Light Brand, slashing the monster right across its torso, sending it back to the ground in two pieces--both of which slowly dissipated. "Er... well, NOW they can't. Probably." Very reassuring, Reiner. You're very good at this hero thing.(( OOC: ))

What a humiliating moment, not only was she stopped within seconds of the start of the battle, but to look like a helpless little victim needing saving? That was the worst possible thing ever! She was a pretty well skilled fighter herself, maybe not perfect like say her father, Cloud or Zack, but still good enough she didn't require help against her enemies. It seemed however, to her horror, this green-haired hero saw into her embarassing weakness, her rather obvious discomfort to the undead creatures. Again, she was a strong girl, she had no fears! Nothing! ...or so she liked the world to believe. "...W-what? ..." She moved away just a bit, so that his hand would fall away from her shoulder. "You talk to me as though I was afraid of those....things..Do I look like a person who fears such silly, weak creatures? I could have taken them on, and that girl....I was...just...working my magic up to dispel her tricky spell that stopped me momentary! Don't think of me as weak! " How about, "Hey, thanks for saving us. We owe you one! " Nope, nothing like that at all! "As if i'd be afraid of----!!!" And there it was, the sudden pop out clown affect of a even more creepier thing, another undead shot out of the ground, it even had a moment to give a little roar out as she froze up from the surprise of it all. "............." And again, it was demolished by the green-haired teen before she could even lift a finger. Oh yeah, she was so tough, so cool! ".........It surprised me.......that's all! I barely had time to react before you took it down, nothing to it! I'm not afraid of undead monsters!!!!!" Sephriea quickly knelt down, retrieving her sword as if it were the only ability to look cool left. "You just have all the quick moves from Terra or something..super speed, and Cloud skills...I guess..." Yeah, she was assuming his bright green hair meant he was Terra and Clouds future child. Was she ever in for a surprise.

Reiner blinked as the unfamiliar girl stepped back, beginning to vehemently deny his words as though he had said something terribly incriminating. One could practically see the question marks popping around his head as he looked at her. "But... I saw you..." His eyes squinted, as though he was having a very hard time understanding her denial. And then, those question marks turned into an exclamation mark, and he raised his index finger, a happy smile on his face as he seemed to solve the mystery. "Oh!! You're embarrassed!" For someone as skilled as he was, he could really be an idiot who had no ability to read the room at all. It was shocking he even understood her little dilemma. "Well, not to worry, strange silver-haired girl, your secret is safe with me!" It was especially safe with all his shouting. Then came the next moment for poor Sephriea, as he quickly dispatched the foe again as she was there frozen. At least she didn't scream? "Aha, of course! You weren't at all terrified, I could tell! You didn't freeze or look horrified in any way! You're likely the bravest girl I've ever met!!" He gave her a very over-the-top wink, as though saying, "yeah, only you and I are in on this." "This weird silver-haired girl has never been afraid of anything in her life!" Reiner really had no room to be calling anyone in the world weird. "See? When I act like you weren't scared, you don't need to be embarrassed! I'm so happy I could help you!" Sephriea probably wished she had been kidnapped by the Reaper instead. "Mmm?!" Then the question marks were back. "What's a Terra?" He put a hand to his chin. "Clouds are in the sky, and Terra means the earth, right? Is this some kind of strange riddle?" When he pointed that out, it did make the names of those two kinda funny. "By Cloud, are you referring to that one guy who lives here? Oh yeah! Tina's parents were Cloud and Terra! Well, I haven't really met Cloud or Terra yet, but my parents are named Ephraim and L'Arachel." At the very least, she would probably recognize Ephraim's name--he was quite well-known. Also, she had met him once or twice, so there was that. "Anyway, I'm Reiner! In another world, I would be a prince, but here I'm nothing terribly noteworthy. It's a pleasure to meet you, and I'm happy I could help you hide your embarrassment!" Oh, Reiner...(( OOC: ))

Sephriea's eye twitched slightly, her hands balling up into fists! "...You saw nothing! N-o-t-h-i-n-g. I wasn't afraid! " The more words came out of his mouth, the more her cheeks became rather warm and red as roses. "No..! Ugh! You talk to much..If I was embarrassed about something, I would solve the problem by putting a quick end to the source! " All that big talk, how many failures did she actually have in her years of life? To many to count. "You know...the more you speak, the more it sounds as though you are mocking me! I really am not afraid! Of anything! GOSH!" "Heh,heh...She was definitely afraid, and now she can't stand the fact that she got saved by a real hero! Hehehe.." La'riah, she had such a cute face, and even a cute outfit, but all that was cover for the evil streak she embraced more! The world was in trouble, the day she became a teenager! Little miss dangerous, she could be called. With that, she lifted her hand into a wave to her brother, grinning. "That was a way cool entrance! You made the girl run before these two could even move against her. They try to act cool, but the coolest one here is you!" Well, if he ever needed a boost in confidence, he would certain get it from his sister here. Putting the others down so sharply, and praising him. That must of irritated Sephriea all the more, and one had to wonder, was she also saying these things to get under her skin too? "...Ugh, it makes sense now. "Sephriea looked at the two of them, shooting a small glare at La'riah, before turning her attention back to her loud, but strangely amusing brother. "..........." Well, it seemed he wasn't Cloud or Terra's kid from the future. There wasn't a whole lot of green haired ladies in the world that she knew of, but Terra and Rydia. Her mind just went straight to Cloud and Terra, maybe because they were here in the city? Who knew! "Yeah, those two...Why am I not surprised you already met Tina? " She was a pretty out-going person, but gosh! "Oh...Ephraim, yeah..his name travels. Not sure if that's a good thing, or a bad thing. Popular guys tend to get more enemies.." It seemed to be proven true with Krul at least. "...Reiner, huh..uh....nice to...." She paused, giving him a look, the look that most people understood to shut up to, though, for him? She wouldn't doubt if he kept on talking! 'For the last time, I wasn't embarrassed, or scared! " "....I'm Sora, and the scaredy-cat here is Sephriea..." Sora said with a twisted grin. One could almost see the flames raising from Sephriea's head. Both Sora and La'riah were pretty evil streaked when it came to getting under other peoples skin!

Reiner tilted his head as her irritated denials surged forth--he looked rather flabbergasted. "Er, I think there's been some misunderstanding. I already know that you were scared, you don't have to try to convince me. We are trying to fool other people into thinking that you weren't scared. Does that make more sense? It's a combined effort!" Poor Sephriea. She may regret ever meeting the spirited prince. "Yes, that's the spirit! Just like that! But to others. I already know the truth." He smiled, then blinked as he caught her expression still being less-than-happy. "...Is something amiss? For the record, I think it's very cute that you're so scared of monsters." Yes, that would make her feel better. He turned his attention to his little sister now, that signature steady smile of his returning. "You worried me a bit when you wandered off, La'riah! Did the weird silver-haired girl seem too interesting not to come talk to?" Silver WAS a pretty nifty hair color, though that was coming from a family filled with teal and green hair. "Well! It's only natural that I should steal the spotlight. I am Prince Reiner, after all! Few can match my skill and none can surpass it!" None except Ephraim, of course, and... probably a handful of others. But hey, he was surprisingly talented in combat, especially for one at his age. Reiner practically beamed as he spoke. It was no wonder he had such a high opinion of himself, if he had a sibling like La'riah. His mother probably didn't help matters either. "What makes sense, strange-silver-haired-girl?" Reiner asked inquisitively as he turned his attention back to her. He really did come up with the best way to address people who he didn't know the name of. "Ah, yes, Tina. She's..." His face reddened. "V-very friendly!" Quite a reaction... "It matters little, there's few things my father can't handle." That much was true at least, though Ephraim would never overestimate himself by making such a statement. He knew better than to be overconfident. "Ah, nice to meet you Sora! That's a very nice name." Not one he heard very often, and he liked it. "Mmm? Scardey-cat? Ha, I think you must be thinking of someone else! The weird silver-haired girl isn't scared of anything!" He leaned a bit closer to Sephirea, covering his mouth with a vertical palm as though he were being secretive. "I think she's onto your secret, Sephriea." His whispering was characteristically just a bit too loud... as if Sora hadn't literally just seen and heard everything he had said before anyway!(( OOC: ))

"It's rather impressive that you're Ephraim's son..." She muttered quietly to herself. Maybe his brains came from this L'Arachel woman. She would have to meet her someday soon, just to get a idea of where the ditsy price got his intelligence from! "The more you keep talking about it...the more other people here this odd conversation, that's soooo not true. Let's just drop it! " That would probably be the smart choice at this point! And for a moment, she thought he might get the clue to not bring up the subject again, he couldn't be that slow, could he?! ....Of course he could. "..Ugh, what...?!! That is hardly cute...and I-Am-Not-Scared-Of-Monsters! " There was no hope for Sephriea's luck getting better today! La'riah grinned at him. "I'm sorry..I thought you wanted to find the sailor girl, so I left you alone so you could spend time with her. Then I found her, looking super bored and gloomy, I was about to get a tour of this giant city when all the creepy girls appeared." She blinked, glancing around their surroundings for a moment. "Um....Wasn't there more? What happened to the big lady in the sky? " Maybe in the partiuclar area they were in as of now didn't have any further Reapers, but other area's probably weren't completely clear yet. "I don't like the way you said that.. " Very friendly, did Tina already kiss him?! She was such a guy chaser these days. Of course, the fun didn't end there, not for Reiner apparently. He was still very much enjoying going along with pretending to back up that she wasn't scared at all! Everyone standing within a few feet of Sephriea already knew, how could they not? "Gah! That's it! If I was so scared of monsters, would I suggest that we go check out the city for anymore of the Reapers? Huh!? " "Um..Yeah, because if you go with all of us, you're more secure and safe, but you didn't say that you would go alone, which must mean you're scared! You don't have to worry, though, you got my cool big brother to protect you now! " She beamed rather cutely, only to wink at Reiner a second later. She was such a evil sneak. ".................I don't need protection! I don't fear monsters! I don't fear anything! Hush! " Well spoken, Sephriea. She had never failed life so much in one day before until now! "If you're coming, then...not a word more on..that...subject!" She quickly began to walk forward, having no real destination in mind but to scout the city for any other threats that might still be around..

"Why, thank you!" Because that was so clearly meant as a compliment. He seemed to have quite a good sense of hearing to understand what she said despite her muttering it like she did. "Huh? Well, alright... but how will we convince people of it now?" He put a hand to his chin, thinking deeply about this apparent dilemma. "Well, I thought it was cute. A girl who acts really tough on the outside but is actually really loving and girly on the inside, but rarely shows it, you couldn't write a cuter character if you tried!" Apparently Reiner was a fan of tsunderes. Good taste. "Sailor girl? Y-you mean Tina? Er, aha... I don't know where she would be anyway..." Just the mention of that girl got Reiner all flustered. She had some kind of power over him. "Well, maybe once this is over, the bored and gloomy girl can give us both a tour of the city. And we can all get ice cream!" These two were certainly siblings, weren't they. "You should come too!" He insisted, addressing Sora now. It was just a big fun adventure with the cheerful siblings and two of the most distant and rude girls in Midgar. Would be a grand old time! As Sephriea spoke, and had his little sister throw some kind of logic at her, Reiner put a finger to his chin, thinking for a moment. Then came her last words. Almost surprising she gave the invitation at all. Maybe she secretly liked the lively company. "Of course! My lips are sealed!" Sure they were. He began to follow along behind her, and it was probably less than five seconds later that he spoke again. "But you know, I don't think it's a bad thing you were scared," those lips really were sealed huh. "We're all scared of some things! It's nothing to be embarrassed over. I find the idea of loneliness to be terrifying, but I bet you're perfectly fine all on your own. We all have strengths and weaknesses!" He did have a valid point there. Poor Reiner though, one might think he had many friends with his glowing personality, but his complete inability to read the room, or facial expressions, or body language, as has been demonstrated here, caused many people to be uncomfortable with him and avoid him. His fear of loneliness wasn't something he rarely had to deal with--the main people who enjoyed his company were his family. "You know, if we were to become friends, I wouldn't have to be lonely as often, right? And I could protect you from those monsters. It's a win-win! We're stronger together!" His expression held that steady smile of his as he said that. What a positive outlook. Probably not something you'd see on most people, especially not guys his age. Reiner was certainly a unique individual.(( OOC: ))

"....Gosh, he really is slow! " She thought to herself, well! He would certainly not hear that one. "...Just SHH! You do understand the meaning of that, don't you?!" Poor Reiner, if he wasn't used to rude girls, he might be in for a little disappointment if he was unable to handle such things. Not that she wanted to be rude, it was just her nature to come off as rude at times of irritation, such as this. "I think you have me all wrong, i'm hardly cute! And I'm far from girly. I don't think I've ever done a single girly thing in my life.." Because of course, it was a sign of weakness! She would not dare show such a terrible thing! .....but so was being afraid of certain monsters, particularly creepy ones, un-dead, basically, anything horrifying looking or gross! "As for Tina.." She broke into his and La'riah's discussion. "She's probably at Avalanche mansion. Did she show you there yet? " Assuming they were at least on the level of friends, she probably showed him by now? "....Um..." She sighed, it didn't seem like she was getting out of this tour of the city after all, in fact, her grave was digging deeper with the doom of an ice cream trip following the tour fun. "Oh,goodie..." She was a sarcastic one! As he went on, Sephriea glanced at him as they walked, giving him a brief glare! "You don't listen very well.." If he mentioned her being scared one more time, she might go batty herself! Unfortunately, she couldn't bring herself to show any further anger as she caught sight of his smiling face. He clearly meant well, why did she have to have another secret weakness? The weakness of kind people. She couldn't lose her temper around them. Especially not with such a happy smiling face. "...Hard to believe you would ever be alone.Someone like you should have a endless amount of friends.." She paused a moment, this was happening a bit fast! Did he always pick up new friends like this? "...You're really friendly, and i'd rather not destroy that smile of yours. I'm not that friendly as you are, I don't often hang out with people..I'm uh, kind of a loner, I do things on my own you know? I don't do well with others, I never really have. I'm sure there are other people much more pleasant that you would enjoy your time with much more then someone like me. " She wasn't trying to look depressing in anyway, just telling him how it was. That was how she was, so it was probably best to let him know who he was getting close to. "Trust me, you're a kind prince.I'm just a girl who doesn't do well with others, and isn't quite so innocent.." She didn't want to be a bad influence on him ether, or his sister.

"Yes, I suppose so, but why would you be saying that to me?" The question marks were popping around his head once again. It seemed very difficult to be mean to Reiner, as if he just couldn't comprehend why someone would be rude to him in the first place. "Well, no, you certainly are cute. Even among other attractive teenage girls I've seen, you're one of the most cute." Just as with Tina, his compliments came across as being completely genuine, so one could tell he wasn't just giving empty flattery. He didn't even phrase it as though it were a compliment, more so just an obvious observation. It was a wonder if Reiner could even be disingenuous. "That big castle thing? I haven't been inside, but I do know about it." There was also that big spire thing, but of course, he had been warned not to go there. Sephriea showing the two spirited siblings around Midgar would certainly be an interesting scene if indeed it happened... "Well, you may think that, but... well, I've been told I'm not the easiest to get along with. I don't have the best social skills." Ironic since he was so extroverted, but one could have bad social skills on both sides of the spectrum. He had no ability to read people in social situations, or the mood. Most people felt very uncomfortable in his presence, much like Sephriea herself probably did. "If you don't want to destroy this smile of mine, you shouldn't turn down my friendship! It's as simple as that." Not that it would destroy him if she didn't--Reiner didn't seem the type to stay down long. "That's quite alright, I prefer being around people unlike myself. I'm somewhat sheltered in terms of social interactions, so broadening my horizons means being around all kinds of people." Quite an issue given the aforementioned problem making friends. "And I won't make a good ruler if I can't understand others. Being around someone like you would be perfect, really!" He was always one to speak his mind frankly. It didn't occur to him that she might be trying to push him away simply because she didn't want to be around him, but then, when did it ever? He had to have things like that spelled out to him. "Besides, I think it's cool you don't mind being on your own, but that doesn't mean you should never have anyone around, right? Friendship might be fun if you give it a try!" One had to wonder if Sephriea had ever actually tried that. Friendship. A wild concept.(( OOC: ))
