Dizzy the messiah gear Revision:
Queen's Blade Participant- This lady warrior has been invited to take part in the Queen's Blade tournament. Whenever she encounters another participant (another character who has this made-up) they can fight. The winner will gain an additional 10% to their word count for the duration of the battle. After they fight, they must wait at least five days before they fight each other again.
(I was wondering for that suggestion for the last version. Isn't that kind of eliminating the point? Especially since most fights would take, at my current rate of post/word counts, well over a thousand words. And since the technique gained would have been random, that just seems like a poor choice. Especially considering it's supposed to be a prize for winning, not a penalty.)This one's good. sweatdrop
It just seemed like a poor choice, being able to get a free technique every 5 days. I've discussed this technique with Dizzy and I would like it to be added to my three most recent OCs as their first MU tech as well:

Drago approved her learning these two abilities from her summon, Archer. Posting them here so they can be added to the Compendium.
(New name: Imperial Edict: Art of the Sword- Tracing)
- Tracing - By drawing upon the nature of his Reality Marble (third ability) without the need to deploy it, Archer is capable of recording all information regarding physical constitution, supernatural properties and even history of any manner of ancient and modern weapons merely by glancing upon them, and then materializing an astonishingly precise copy. The copies not only possess the same magical and conceptual traits as the originals, but they also retain the memories of the weapons, enabling Archer to reach into these records and download any skills or techniques these armaments might have been employed for. His method is not without limitation, though, as weapons traced are lowered in power by one rank, and it is not possible to replicate artifacts composed of substances not existent in this world.

- Reality Marble, Unlimited Blade Works - A Reality Marble, also known as an Innate Bounded Field, is an extremely rare and high-class technique that expands an enclosed alternate reality that is a physical representation of a user's soul. Within a Reality marble, users are able to violate the laws of nature, the creation of an ideal battlefield. Archer's Reality marble is known as Unlimited Blade Works, which manifests as an open, barren field, littered with countless weapons anchored in the ground like grave markers. Monolithic black gears gyrate in the distance, and illumination from the sun is obscured by thick haze obscuring the horizon. Wisps of black smog float on light zephyrs throughout this world, and sparks of iron forgings rise from the ground like bubbles from water.Within Unlimited Blade Works exist all the raw materials and chakra required to facilitate Tracing, allowing Archer to reconstruct any bladed weapon merely by seeing it. Furthermore, his Tracing allows him to inherit the combat skills of those who previously used his weapon, granting him instant proficiency with whatever he traces. However, human imagination cannot fully conceptualize the existences of an object through only one sense, so the quality of enchantment on each Traced weapon will be degraded by one rank, never equaling the original. Swords, spears and halberds are favored, but shields are also replaceable at a slightly higher cost. Archer is also able to levitate weapons within his Reality Marble, arcing blades into the sky and then raining them down on opponents. Most of the weapons in Unlimited Blade Works are copies of legendary weapons archived inside the Gate of Babylon, although several others were Traced through his own experiences.

Ryu Hoshi Hidden cloud Shin shoryuken- Ryu had training in ways to increase his strength so he can master his move effectively his move shoryuken has been enhanced because of his training under his master the shin shoryuken the impact of each punch can cause the earth to shake under you and the shock of the impact could damage the opponent from dodging distance but this powerful moves only works up close within ryu reach a powerful version of the standard Sho-ryu-ken but it does three powerful hits(two stomach hits into a powerful uppercut that comes out quick and deadly but only at close range within ryu's reach but the aftershock knocks opponent off balance unless in air.

Demon Kazeka: Hidden Gears Force Style Kenjutsu: Six Blade Assault Using the force style kenjutsu, Demon has the ability to use the metal in his environment in order to create 6 arms. From then Demon uses his body parts to use 6 force style blades all at once. They are based off his first force blades and have the exact same properties. These blades can be used for 6 posts like before, and has a 5 post cool down like before. They may virtually cut through anything and even clash with chakra based attacks such as the rasengan, Etc Pending.
The only real problem is that I don't know what your force blades can do. But I assume that they're strong. I think that last line, makes this technique a little much.Force Style: Assault Mode Deep inside Demons body is a large construct of missles and destructive abilities. When he activates this stage he takes a new look, his entire body is turned into a weapon of mass destruction. He gets a new casing of armor and can launch honing missiles from any part of his body. Each missle has the power of only 800 chakra points and can be easily dodged or destroyed. Demon has a total of 30 missiles, when they are all used up he must recharge for one day without using this stage. Force style: Gantz Rampage Once again another part of Demons abilities of a super soldier. He has the ability to to fire off chakra based Lasers from any part of his body. Each laser has the destructive power of 2,000 points and can be used together with any other force power.  Force Style: Core Cannon Once in a battle, Demon has the ability to fire off a total obliterating blast of energy which has the power to level an entire village. Though there will be a countdown to this once started it cannot be stopped by any means, for a protective sheild which no chakra can get through is created. Using this wil result in Demon being unable to perform any type of jutsu, not even taijutsu for one day. This technique is only to be used when there is no other way to protect Demons beliefs. ((I'm hoping I can get this one)) Pending.
Um. The only thing about this, is that for the ability to destroy the village, having only a loss of the ability to fight. neutral

Kontserun(literally Combine)-
This technique allows the user to use multiple jutsu as one depending on their current level or chakra. But, all deductions of chakra still apply. EX= One combines a jutsu that is regularly 800 cps and one that is 1000 cps together, it would cost 1800 cps to use these two jutsu at the same time. This only counts as one action of the two actions per turn.
0-5000Cps= up to 2 jutsu to be combined at once.
50000-75000= up to 3 jutsu to be combined at once.
75000- Up= up to 5 jutsu to be combined at once.
Pretty sure this has been tried beforeXD

The only real problem is that I don't know what your force blades can do. But I assume that they're strong. I think that last line, makes this technique a little much.((I ment it like my blades can clash with chakra based attacks like chidori or rasengan. By cutting through anything I ment as far as most things. Things like special armor or swords ETC won't be able to get cut through)) Ah. Well it was just that you weren't too clear about it.
Instead of saying "etc." can you name what it can cut through, that way you cant add stuff as you go along. xD And say that they cant cut through special stuff. Just confine the locations he can shoot lasers. Like. "from his finger tips" or something. Um. The only thing about this, is that for the ability to destroy the village, having only a loss of the ability to fight. neutral What if I lengthened the time or added an extra effect. Like his body will take three days to reboot or it causes temporary shut-down? Hmm. Either do some sort of physical destruction to his body itself. Or a force shut down sort of thing, leaving him vulnerable in that area, for so long.
Because it's a strong technique, you're trying to gain. And I'm not going to let something go off for just a loss of jutsu for a day sweatdrop

Kamereon Sukin (Chameleon skin) jutsu
Uses a combination of Chakra and the knowledge of human anatomy to recolor the skin to one chosen color. The user can only pick from the five basic color red, yellow, blue, Black, and White. (200 points)

An enhancement variant to the strains that Umbrella Corporation has created. This Virus strain is actually made to represent the quantum leap in killing power. Instead of simply boosting the subjects strength and ferocity. It also boosts the subjects fighting ability. This Virus augments the subject's strength into being that of ten times their normal strength. Meaning that they can actually lift objects that are much heavier, and larger then they should be able to normally. As well, their strength alone, could possibly cripple a normal human, or knock them away entirely. Thanks to having their fighting ability augmented as well, the subject finds it possible to be able to fight past pain, and injury almost like that of a Juggernaut.
Looks good, will add it to the list and such.
Reincarnate Salvador
This taijutsu technique, is a considerable technique created to be used much like that of the mentioned name. Going back to the original Dr. Salvador, and all his likeness of kin. Aeron managed to fulfill his own abilities with the use of a chainsaw or two. Spending a good deal of time within his own village, creating and perfecting a technique, with the assistance of some scientists. He managed to have created for him, two identical and yet reversed chainsaws that can actually be hidden beneath his sleeves. These chainsaws are able to retract, and extend from his sleeves, without a sound, the extension causing the blades to begin their rotation in the same amount of time it takes for them to emerge from the sleeves. These chainsaw's chains are capable of sawing through flesh with ease, making them a deadly tool for close range combat. Only a thought, and a spark of chakra, is needed to activate the chainsaws, for this taijutsu technique.

Description of Jutsu: With this jutsu, Juugo is able to control the properties and elements of his Kekkei Genkai. This allows him to manifest objects from his body, such as a sword from his elbow (like when he fought Sasuke and Suigetsu), or to grow more limbs or body parts, such as a pair of wings similar to Sasuke’s in his second level of his cursed seal state. Using the power from his Kekkei Genkai, he can alter his molecular structure, turning his body to stone, or he could add to it, causing something to grow where once nothing was.
Pending.
Ok. The technique doesn't make sense to me.
What Kekkei Genkai? First of all.
And secondly, it talks of a curse mark, and yet your character shouldn't have one. neutral

After using this technique Demon goes into a state of shut-down. His body must recharge for 24 hours, whilst like this there is a protective shielding to prevent his body to being touched or tampered with. Ok. Fine.
But I'm deffinately watching this technique for abuse. He cannot cut through things like special weapons or armors.  woahhhh... discrepancy, they can't have the same properties and then have upgraded cutting power, that's a paradox. Your saying one thing, but then doing something completely different and I don't approve. Force style: Gantz Rampage Once again another part of Demons abilities of a super soldier. He has the ability to to fire off chakra based Lasers from his shoulder panels as well as his arms. Each laser has the power of 2000 chakra points and can be used in multiple ways. They can pierce almost anything, excluding any special weapons or items/armors.

animekittyninja-aka kiki Kanshin Enkou -Flaming pin wheel- Kanshin allows her foot to be surrounded in fire and will begin to spin. The fire will spread out, depending on how fast she spins, can spread out to enemies any where from right in front of her to 1 1/2 yards away. -Fire Dancing- This is Kanshin's little made up attack that she made up for when she needs to keep her fighting interesting. She uses dance-like movements to spread fire around the battle feild. Its helpful if you're a fellow fire user, but other than that, it's a very dangerous attack and could risk setting the wrong things on fire or possibly burning down a large amount of area. It basically the same as Flaming Pin Wheel, the only difference is that she's dancing around -Firey snake- It's basically as it sound. Kanshin first creates a long, narrow cylinder that takes the form of the snake. She then whips the snake around like a whip as it "bites" the enemy, or any one else who gets too close. Kikyo Soshi -Shatter Heart Keyblade Barrage- Shatter Heart Keyblade can absorb Evilness and convert it chakra. So Lets say you are facing somebody That is Evil and they have 100,000 Chakra you absorb 15% of their chakra which is 15,000. So you have an extra 15,000 Chakra to play with while in battle. However after leaving battle you don't keep that chakra. However it does give you an evil appearance the longer you use the blade. In Shatter Heart Keyblade Barrage, the user of the keyblade charges at a top speed and smings the sword radiply in circular movements on both sides on the user. This helps to not only do offensive attacks, but it can double as a defense as well, depending on how fast the sword is spun. These were approved a while ago, but I was confused how this all worked. sweatdrop So, uh, yeah. Change as seen fit? For all.

And Jugo does have a kekkei Genkai but nobody knows if he is apart of a clan, and again Jugo is Juugams father and this is also passed down. And you must know nothing about Hugo and his techniques because you would know what this is. In the description it says an example of sasuke when he is at the 2nd level of his curse seal, when he had big webbed hands on the back of his back))

You can't be born with special stuff even if your father is Juugo. You can rp for a little while as if you have a dormant seal then you might be able to actually get one in the future. Then once you actually get the seal your made up can be possible or you can keep you made up and it will be locked until we actually give you a seal So scrap that idea of have a kekkei genkai being passed down that's not even in the guild yet.
