Alright... I'm going to put this plain & simple...
"ALL HANDS ON DECK! OFFICERS TO YOUR STATIONS. TOPMEN IN THE RIGGIN', DECKMAN TO THE READY. OUT JIB AND STEADY THE BRACES. HEAVE TWO ON THE FORETEGALLANT AND UP THE MAIN. OUT ALL SHEETS. I WANT THIS SHIP ROLLIN! UP THE COLORs, PUT TWO MEN AT THE HELM! OFF MOORINGS AND ROLL SLACK. Oh, would someone bring me some coffee? Decaf, cream, no sugar."
*Looks at Ares.*
"Happy? Now, go ready the guns. Then stow them accordingly."
*Looks about the galley*
"Why are you all standing around... GO!"

Sparrow arks a brow, then scurries behind the hoard of pirates, listening to the orders. Debating weather to run up the flag, or fetch Kuri's coffee, she scuttled away. After a few moments, Sparrow scrambles back on deck. "Colors have been raised, oh, and your coffee is ready Capn'."

*As the crew scurries out of the galley and to their positions, the sound of the sails being unfurled and flown to the wind can be heard. The waves crash against the bow as the Lady sets sial into open blue waters.*

"Welcome Capn'." Sparrow flinches slightly as she was patted, then scurries away to make herself of some use else where. Looking down to the deck, she wrinkles her nose. Getting out a mop and pail, she starts cleaning the deck.

Kubain! Mate, it's not that your ordering the crew around, it's that you are their representitive. You hear what they have to say and you say it to me. You give small commands to them like,"Boy'o, stow those guns." Or, "Coil those ropes and stow them on the pins." Things of that sort. Commands that will tidy the ship. Though, if in the course of a battle, if I, John, Philor, And the future Quartermaster are taken out, you are in control of the ship. But ONLY in that case.
