The haunted grounds of Jekyll de Hyde tremored with negative energy, now moreso than ever previously. Abigor had attempted yet another plane walk, and was porting back into the physical realm. Where he'd pop up, he wasn't quite sure, but he found through his walk that this area in particular was extremely tainted by sin. Any area with ghosts had to be on or near a ley line to an alternate dimension - in his case, Hell. Being a demon, he had the unique ability to sense how evil a ley line was, and how strong of an affect it had on an alternate world. A tombstone in the cemetary begins to crack as the creature lands his spot in reality. Landing was perhaps the most difficult part, because the area a plane walker ported into had to be completely barren otherwise the port would cause damage. Not that Abe couldn't handle it - he was a tough guy. The embodiment which was Abigor continued to pull itself from the shadows, growing in form as it spread through the ley line and resonated above the ground, over a grave. The tombstone was too close, and through the immense flux of transdimensional shifting, the tombstone began to ripple with cracks, soon chipping away and becoming dust on the ground under his feet, leaving nothing but a stub of molten stone.

The noise of the tombstone exploding was much louder than most of the screams that one would hear from this godforsaken realm of the undead, and even though such noises were probably commonplace here, it would definitely peak curiousity from passersby. The creature inside stands at ease, rolling his head back upon chiseled shoulders, his neck popping in several places as his robes fall into place around his adamant figure. He stood seven feet tall at his best, and wasn't too big of a build, but definitely had some meat on him. His pale green skin glistened in the darkness, covered with a thin layer of slime, possibly from the damp area in which he chose to port. The effects of his walks were still unbeknownst to him in their entirety, but the more he practiced, the more he found this ability to fall in his favor.

He decided it was about time to look around, and just like his last walks, he never liked exactly where he was able to port to, mainly because the places he was able to port to had always been stained with evil. It made detecting the ley lines easier this way, since he was demonic himself no matter how much he could deny it. His bright amber orbs lit up like fog lights, which in this wet atmosphere served him quite well as far as sight goes. He notices how different this place was than the place he left mere moments ago. Evil seemed to engulf him and mess with his aura, of which he instantly disapproved. Raising a hand, dark electric blue energy coursed through his flesh, rolling around the palm of his hand and growing in density, shaping into a ball of pure light. His tendrils closed around the light, squeezing its warm glow tightly before it dispersed through the slots betwixt his phalanges and leaving wake to a puff of charred smoke. The smoke began to weigh on the atmosphere, and pull in minor spirits, tainted with his unholy word and infused with the evil of miasma, a poison deadly even amongst the undead. Abigor's resistance to miasma was unheard of throughout the realms, though legendary to those that actually knew him. And his ability to perform magic with miasma was even more renowned. The kindred spirits that bothered him seconds ago now fled for their very existance, or what remained anyway. Abigor didn't take crap from low-level demons and spirits. He made his way to a building, which he was sure would prove to be the exit from this ghost hole.

He pressed his hand against the wood surface of a door, his fingers seeming to fall through. He'd pull back to examine himself only to find more of that ectoplasm that covered him, globbing over his fingers. "That's not right," he mutters through a frown, before shaking his head and walking through the door, disregarding any more mind-games this part of the realm would play on him. He opened his eyes for the first time to see actual light. Real light. He was out of the graveyard and away from the ley line, now left in a hallway that lead two ways. Abigor headed down one path, passing a sector that looked alot like an amusement park or carnival, with all the rides and games he saw there. Passing the noise a little further, he was able to make out the voices of actual people. He makes it a little closer to the hotel, but stays far aback enough to flee if the owners of this place did not take kindly to their guest.

Abe leaned around a corner near the hotel, scratching his claws along a wall to try and get someone's attention. He cleared his throat, and decided it might be smart to knock on the door. He rose a hand to try, but froze, lost in thought. To knock or not to knock.... Did they even hear his scratches? What about his footsteps? Were they so insecure as to neglect him and let him this far into their facility? Surely someone suspected something by now. All he had to do was wait. "Or maybe I'll knock," he whispers, still confused as to what he should do.

Duellist
Bertram nodded, seeming distracted, as he poured some water into a glass, and looked up. "Um... Miss? Ice or no ice?" It sounded like he was unlikely ever to use her first name unless specifically invited, and maybe not even then. Probably a nice treat for the young woman. While waiting for a response, he snapped his fingers and a knife started to slice the cheese and ham up, before going to a selection of breads. "And...any specific type of bread?",

The door softly opened, then, and the two vampires walked in. Bertram looked flustered. "M-master..."

Duellist nodded. "At ease, Bertie... making yourself useful for this young lady?" He asked, grinning and showing a full-set of fangs. Taryn smacked him. "Sorry, dear..."

The vampiress walked past Bertram, patting his hand easily. "We'll be out for the night, Bertram... so you can just let yourself into the lair tonight. Is that okay?"

The wraith nodded quickly. "Yes, Mistress..."

Duellist looked impatient, and coughed. "I'd love to be introduced to the new resident, but that bounty isn't going to catch himself, dear..." Taryn sighed, grabbed two packets of blood from the fridge, looked apologetic, and the two vanished.

((There... now that that's been taken care of, it's just Bertram to play with! For now, at least.))

"Heh, you know, you can just call me Ikue.. Being called by my last name makes me feel... Ah, I dun' know." The young girl chuckled a little, unable to find a word to describe it. "Yes, with ice, please. And just plain white bread is fine." She wasn't looking forward to some fancy meal for dinner. When the two vampires had entered, one of them being Bertram's master, she greeted them with a small nod, but remained silent. After they left, Ikue fixed her attention back onto the ghost, watching him prepare her small meal.

Bertram loosened his collar, unhappily. "Um... yes." He turned pink, and then finally finished the meal, placing it before her with a little piece of parsley on top. "Do enjoy!"
