it is. it eventually turns into scitsophrenia if left untreated too long and if that goes bad it goes into multiple personality disorder

I'm usually skeptical with most people who say they're bipolar, even if it's been officially diagnosed.
But I think there are cases where there's actually extreme, uncontrollable shifts in mood, from screaming happy to suicidally depressed.

greeney does that, but not too often. only like once a month. the others I know who are definitely bipolar do it twice a month :B
and, although texas is a conservative state, austin is just... weird. its like amsterdam. or what people say of it. I've actually known cops to stop people who look like they'd do drugs so that they could get a hit or two XD
and the festivals! the smoke clouds are a mile high then. people run around naked, the coppers are all there getting drunk and smoking dope, the kids are getting high. its very comical
